| body | For one, I believe we are being bombarded by the perfect body images and ads all around us. From our early teenage years, we start to be self-conscious, we start paying attention to how we look. We start dreaming and fantasizing about the perfect tuned body. We develop uncanny feelings towards our own bodies, sometimes feelings of hate and shame. And no matter how much effort we put to look healthier or younger, we are always dissatisfied and irritated by the images and ads of the perfect tuned body. It is as if these images have sculptured itself deep into our brains and it scared us for life. How many the times that we felt that we just want to change our own skins, just to get accepted. How many the times that we wanted to break free from this stigma, and go back to nature where we do not have to care anymore of how we look. Nothing feels more accepting and freeing than being in your own birthday suit. Nevertheless, our background play a huge part in our upbringing. Most communities are still drowning in a thousand years old cultural and behavioral constrains. Illegality, shame, immorality and a lot of negative arguments are automatically associated with expressing naturism. As well as the huge mental barrier of being naked in front of people. Commonly, most of us is raised with the fact that no one should see your privates except in limited cases as your doctor or your significant other. We long to free our brains of worry, as well our body of shame. Enter German Sauna, where there are signs that say “in this area swimwear is prohibited”. In other words, German saunas requires you to be fully naked. Although this might sound as freedom for those who are longing to experience nakedness, it may be also shocking. It might be an existential dilemma that raises the question “Who am I” its answer required altering of ones thoughts in order to be capable to swipe the years of body shaming and the layers of predefined social norms and behavioral constraints. But I promise you a one of kind experience. Once you are in, you will be in awe of the tens of glorious naked bodies. Different sexes, different ages, different shapes. But also, when you mingle with the hoard of naked strangers, you will be finally relived of all the boundaries you have carried years on your shoulder. You will finally be free because you know now that there is not an exact perfect body, everybody is perfect and everybody is beautiful. For the first time in your life you will be free. You do not have to worry how you look, what are you wearing (D’OH), you will not care and nobody will care. Most importantly: everyone minds his own business, that is: meditating, relaxing and enjoying your own birthday suit. What I am going to say next may sound peculiar and unusual but: I believe this is another level of sophistication. Weird at some point, but- At least for a newbies like me- absolutely elating. The thought of being naked in front of strangers for the purpose of relaxation and meditation, whilst disregarding any lustful basic thoughts, without the slightest of a doubt is sophistication. I assure you after you visit a German Sauna, you will finally accept and love who you are and how you look. It is absolutely elevating. |

| body | I want you to imagine a huge library, with infinite books, books in every language and every topic you imagine. Now imagine with me an old heavy book. A book that contains only numbers, infinite random combinations. Like the decimal representation of Pi, the fraction never ends. Now, this means in this book, lies all the information in the world, and also that means information yet to be discovered. Information very specific to you as what did you have for breakfast and general information as the rebellion of the first Martians (Humans born and raised in Mars) against the settlers. Now, let’s imagine that somehow you could actually decipher and extract information. That means that all the knowledge is actually before you. Here comes the funny part, I have a question for you: What do you want to know? What are you so eager to know that you do anything for the exchange of this piece of information? Wait, there is a trick here, do you actually want to know? I mean knowing will spoil whatever you want to know. When will I die? Will I be satisfied and happy when I am old? What is the best decision that I have to take now to enhance my life? So many questions you can find answers to, just right there in front of you. Yet, knowing the answer (of the most important question in your life) in my humble opinion will kill any enjoyment of living. In one side, sure, you think now you can rest in peace, not think about what was keeping you awake all the time, no more worries, no more running. On the other hand, now what? After knowing, do you think you will actually be in peace? Many the times we wished for certain things to happen, and normally they never do. Would you know now and be disappointment ever after? What will be the purpose of your life after knowing, knowing that your life is now going as you wished. Or would you enjoy your life and let it be? Also, would actually knowing the answer of one question be enough? Or will you need more answers? Probably more. Let me complicate things more. Knowing won’t make you able to change anything. Meaning this is your destiny you cannot alter it. It is final, no matter how hard you tried to modify it. Would you still want to know? Would you try to change your destiny even that you know that nothing will happen? Now imagine, that by choosing not to know, the answers you seek will ever keep changing. Picture Schrödinger's cat, but instead of a cat it is the answers you seek and instead of the living, dead, living and dead states, your answer is in a multitude of infinite choices. When you look for an answer, you are forever stuck with what you get. If you are wondering how this book can have such different answers, I would like to remind you that it have infinite number with infinite combinations that provide different answers to your questions. Usually, readers ask: what is the purpose of your essays? And as usual, I say these are wonderments I find sometimes amusing and some other times I just want to rant. It would make me happy if you have insights to share. On the other hand, if you are not satisfied by my answer you can search the Schrödinger-pi book. |

| body | The negation of oneself allows a new form of identity-less personas. This sounds like a multiple identity bipolar psychological problem. Yet, when one loses his own skin, and get out of the cocoon, a beautiful butterfly will emerge. Free your mind from the downgrading thoughts and ideas that pull you down to the unholy norms, the societal craved boundaries. Do not chain your brain and lock it down. You are not a prisoner, you are not a prisoner. Free your imagination. Wake-dream about Borges Library of Babel. Be Zhuangzi’s butterfly. Wonder about nothing and everything. Travel into a deep minded state where you are everyone and everyone is you. Be the wind and sunken the ships of the mind invaders. Accept your own skin and image. But most importantly define who you really are. At least, know your boundaries, and then break them. Create new milestones, challenge yourself and outskirt your predefined limitations. Get out of your comfort zone, declare yourself free from all that chain you down. Then go back to your comfort zone and then out again. Accept who you are, and then work around this persona. Be lazy, but know how to avoid it when you need to. Know how you actually work. Understand your brain and realize your potential. Know that you are capable of change. Know that you have a potential and a goal. It might not yet be clear. And it might be not fixed. It might be that you have to decide what to do and aim for something no matter what it is. And it might be that you are a wanderer, you go where life throws you. On another note, when I think and wonder, occasionally I consider that the wrong and right only lies in our brain. The wrong and right are merely a reflection of our upbringing. It is for me the same reason how you speak and present yourself. The exact combination of words you utter to describe yourself and use general talks. Sure, there may be fundamental basics that elevate us from being another specie in the animal kingdom to a civilized ahead of the curve dominant species. It is also inherited that no matter how advanced we are, it is evident that we sometimes tend to strip out of our civilized gowns and regress back to our animalistic instincts. It can be fun sometimes, but can also be horrifying and alarming. To be capable of changing your thoughts and ideas is a fundamental process and a stepping stone in ones existence. To be capable of understanding one another, to reason our thoughts and why are we who we are, is crucial for personal peace. We are not casted into predefined bricks. We need to change, we have to change. We have to doubt our thoughts and existence, in order to find our true identities and be capable to change our realities and make any progress. |

| body | It is the self-destructive man in us that revel. We forget tomorrow, yet we just want everything to end. We are weird, sometimes we want the ends, and sometimes we hate that the end is coming. We capitalize on the past to bear the misery of the present for a fantastic future. Ahhh “Should I drink coffee or should kill myself” do not you think that “Sisyphus” had the perfect ending, so interestingly beautiful. Sisyphus must be truly happy. Do you copy? Maybe it is just some blank infinity, so do not worry yourself. I have walked this road so many times, the fall, the gloomy cloudy cold weather. It is not the same place, but it feels the same. The same path at least. One may at some point recognize the ending. Yet, one closes his eyes and hope for a better journey at least. It is difficult for one to keep his sanity. It is the pit of self-destructive insanity that I truly fear. I may be fulfilling my self-destructive fantasy of falling in the same exact pit. The funny thing is, I am not redirecting. Oh well, maybe I am. “Do you wonder why I prefer to be alone? Have I really lost control?” Sometimes, I think that I can be someone else, no what you think. I mean I can blend and get used to the place and time, to the people and the culture, that I feel I lose my own identity. No, I have actually at some point adopted new identities and then lost those too. The so many contradictions in my brain right now is enough to render me with personality disorders. I am brilliantly significant, just as you. And I am brilliantly insignificant, an image of too many faces oddly reflected in a mirror. Speaking of mirrors. Oh, how I hate and love them at the same time. They speak to me not in images of course, I ain’t yet definitely crazy, I can see no flying Cuckoos near my nest, at least for now. At some point mirrors show the ugly truth with no disguise, they show the emptiness inside us, they show the true naked us. Yet, mirrors build this ugly ego inside of us all. It makes us think how we are beautiful, it poisons our mind with unspoken words. Look how great and beautiful I look today! Look how my hair look perfect! Look at these couple of grey hairs, I am ageing! Look how ugly and fat I am! Pure poison. It is weird how can a mere reflection of one self be toxic and self-harming. "Obsessions lament to freedom" At other times, I wonder on the notion of free will. Huh, crazy I can hear your thoughts from just reading this. Are we in fact free? Should I let the glass I am holding, it will fall and smash, based on my own free will. Yet, in the course of our life, we do not control all the parameters. It is as if, we have options limited to certain predefined paths. The comprehension of free will is mind dazzling. We are so inadequately tiny, yet we think we are on top of the world. Oh get out of your small tiny box that you incarcerate yourself and thoughts in. you need to hear my thoughts to understand who I really am, and so am I. The more I know the more I realize how tiny, insignificant I am. How can one be arrogant, when we all are significantly insignificant? Someday I will break my chains, and grow out of my cocoon, or just fall in that inadmissible pit. But for now “Let my own lack of a voice be heard”. “As we pass ever on and away towards some blank infinity” I will keep ranting up until I figure out something about something, or at least maybe. |

| body | A couple of days ago, I decided not to take my usual route to the office. I lusted for a change, new thoughts and ideas. I was walking down this new road, the sun was a little shy, taking cover behind the unending stream of clouds. It was not cold, a little chilly, this kind of cold weather you enjoy when you are having a hot drink, preferably a good quality coffee with the occasional good quality cigarette that does not leave an after taste. But then, just for a brief moment in the current fabric of the space-time continuum, the sun decided to overcome its shyness and unleash its warm beautiful graceful light. It was as if the sunlight hit me in the face, for a second there I was disoriented, yet I felt complete and enlightened. I felt I was disintegrated into the smallest of the atoms, I was the air you breathe, the small particles of dust travelling around you, and I was the sun rays the passer byes enjoyed. I was –again- connected to the universe, I was the universe and the universe was me. I was so small, yet incomprehensibly so vast. Though, I felt whole, that my brain accessed all the knowledge Mankind has discovered, revealed and wrote. I was thinking- I understood the meaning of life, universe and everything (don’t remember if it was 42 though or not). I saw everything before my eyes: I saw the past, the present and the future. I saw the building of the Pyramids. I saw you walking the streets of this major city and I heard your thoughts-no I read your thoughts in this book I was holding somehow. I saw the future, actually I saw many indefinite infinite futures, I saw a network of threads, with nodes representing choices and each node has millions of threads, a beautiful neural network of an undetermined future. I could walk on this threads, jump from one node to the other. I was overwhelmed. I traveled the world, and visited amazing places in this moment that felt like ages. I was walking the Great Wall of China, and at its end was the Pyramids of the Inca, I climbed it, and found myself on top of the Colosseum, down I went to find myself riding a horse and fighting in Andalusia, I got a hit and fell from the horse, I get up to find myself exercising solitude and peacefulness as a Tibetan monk on top of the Himalayas, I stood up and touched the Gate of the Sun in Bolivia, to find myself midair jumping from the Victoria Falls in Zambia to hit a cushion of ancient snow in Antarctica with Penguins looking weirdly at me. I stood up and started walking until I reached the Gobi Desert and followed the steps of Genghis Khan, I keep on walking until I reach the Sahara Desert and I saw the Oracle temple of Amun in Siwa Oasis crowning Alexander the great as the divine Pharaoh of Egypt. But then this moment ended, as it was nothing but handful of seconds, and it ended as it started, briefly. I was resurrected again. The sheer of this moment rendered me paralyzed that I had to sit down and focus on what had happened. I do not know what was it, whether it is an aligning of sacred planets that opened an ancient passage in the space-time continuum or it is just my brain playing tricks. The thing is the more I try to remember what happened the less I remember. So, I had to write my experience here in case I totally forget it. I will keep walking in this exact path every day until I re-find this “moment” again. But this time, I will either not come back, or I will hold on to the meaning of life, universe and everything. I will keep walking now, until we meet again in the moment. http://showerythoughts.blogspot.com/2017/11/a-moment-in-space-time.html |

| body | I miss the times when I used to walk tens of kilometers in a newly visited strange city, the pain and blisters you get from walking. Walking with a map trying to find your next adventure, and then suddenly realizing you have been walking around the same block, or even better you find yourself in front of a great monument or a historical building. The times you are almost next to broke but you are certain your memories get richer and you experience the fact that you are a citizen of the world, a small fly in a vast universe, a collection of memories, experiences, thoughts and ideas. It is not your color, your language, nor your passport that identifies you, these are obstacles lied to divide us into nations while we are mere citizens of this Earth. I assume if everyone traveled the globe, our different ideas and thoughts, our different beliefs and values will dissolve, and then we shall become true citizens of this world, humans with no differences. |

You don't -... -you see I have lived a thousand lives, I have been here and there, I have created hundred universes and billions of people, I wrote all the novels and books, I constructed all the buildings and demolished them, I created symphonies and played them, I made snow and the heat to melt it, for me it is just the luxury of thinking to materialize my ideas . You are a mere idea my dear sir. -I see you have lost your grip on reality and slid into downfall of hallucinations. -let us do a small experiment, I will count down to three, and you will not be here anymore, as I will not be. One, two, three. Our friend is now walking in a desert heading to a green oasis that is almost fading in the horizon. One, two three. He is now walking in a major streets of a big busy city, high-rise building, huge billboards, suited people hasting with their leather handbags. One, two three, he is flying, we know from this eagle-eyed view, we can see a river running through an ancient desert, a flock of pigeons flying with us, it leaves us and head down to a green meadow that appears out of nowhere. One, two, three, we see the earth standing still, the eternal blue globe, we are shifted away, we are looking straight to the sun, burning hot yet freshly cold in an impossible paradox, we shift away, we see the whole solar system, then then milky way, then the laniakea supercluster, then the whole observable universe before our eyes. One, two, three. We are back to where we started, the other speaker is here yet he is not here. we see him but he can not see us. One, two, three. We are in a car, the time frame is slowed down, the car is crashing into an upcoming truck, front window glass is cracking into a million piece, shattering and heading straight to us, sounds of steel bending, wheels trying to clutch into the road leaving only sliding marks. One, two, three. It was only this, And then nothing. |

| body | Cold it was, this glass of water on a hot day. screams and shouts as usual in the nearby market. people coming and going hustling and bustling, buying and selling. the glass of water stood still, in an eternal wait to fulfill its distant fate, for someone to come along and drink it. you could feel the slow passage of time, you would think ages has passes, the roman empire rising and falling before a single drop of the accumulated vapor slides down with a patient sliding manner. One should ask himself, should we waste the glass of water by drinking it, or should we waste the glass of water by not drinking it. Reflections of ones life is admissible. |
