Are you a little unsettled, deep down, that you’re depending on others to take care of your problems for you?  Do have a desire to DO something rather than just talk about it?  Would you like to help Drain The Swamp from the bottom up and meet those Draining The Swamp from the top down - somewhere in the middle?\n\nThis is an email with a synopsis of a Municipal Court Hearing that happened in New Jersey State last night.  \n______\n\nJoe:\n\nHaving had a little time, now, to process everything that happened in your court appearance last night I’d like to share some thoughts and observations for your consideration.\n\nFirst, I feel happy and privileged to have been there to support you last night.  It’s the first time I’ve participated first-hand in one of these “Court” proceedings.  Indeed a fascinating experience now that I’ve begun to understand what’s truly going on in there. \n\nAs we discussed, you made some mistakes but you did a lot of great things, too.  You maintained your standing admirably in making it clear you are a spirit being, made in the image of God, and an inhabitant of an earthly vessel composed of flesh and bones - and not their dead, fictionalized property.  You successfully avoided giving them your consent and your agreement to participate in their public administrative procedure (and be willing victim of an inland pirate operating a foreign vessel in dry dock).  \n\nWhen you said, “I don’t consent”, and “Does anyone here have a claim against me?” and “I am here in this matter” (instead of giving him the NAME of your Strawman), and “I am a New Jersey State National and not a citizen of the United States of America\" (a corporation owned by foreign entities) -- you didn’t even give him a chance to ask the other entrapment questions (\"Do you understand the charges?\" —and— \"How do you plead?”).  \n\nThe judge was clearly rattled.  He was stammering and confused and when he began blustering and then shouting at you it was clear you were on the right track.  First he gave you one future hearing date then, confused, only moments later he was anxiously shuffling papers and gave you a different date.  Did you notice that every other continuation date was taken care of by the Court Clerk?  The Judge was terrified, had no idea what to do, and was yammering and stammering blindly in an effort to just get out of there as quickly as possible.\n\nWhen you left the room we were momentarily disoriented and just sat for a short bit.  Then I said to Jay and your mom, “let’s go” and we walked out of the courtroom and into the hallway outside the “Court\".  The County Prosecutor had beaten us out the door and was standing in the hallway.  At that point the Bailiff (Police Officer) came running out and said to the outer Court-Security (Police-Officer), “Did you see that?”.  The Court-Security-Officer asked, “What?”.  The County Prosecutor then blurted out, “Sovereign Citizen” (an oxymoron said by an oxy-moron).  They were all in a state of nervous agitation.\n\nAfter a minute or so in the hallway, again a little disoriented having not been in this situation before, I asked no one in particular, “Where’s Joe?”.  The Security-Police-Officer (clearly a nice guy) looked at me and said, “Outside.”  I thanked him and we went outside to meet up with you.\n\nOutside, while we were talking, did you notice that both the County Prosecutor and Bailiff-Police Officer came out, walked past us, and left within about 4-5 minutes?  I can only surmise that the judge was so scared that he adjourned the court and sent the remaining 10 or so waiting people (waiting for their time before the Judge) home with new court dates.\n\nI’ve heard that in other situations like this the court case mysteriously disappears.  Do you have a way to check the status of your case?  Anything can happen, and what do I know - new at this as I am - but I’m hopeful your case simply vanishes from their system.\n\nOn the other hand this collection of Court Players (aka Actors) were clearly not the best and brightest.  You need to be mentally prepared for the possibility there will be an escalation and they’ll come after you with smarter, more skilled, more aggressive Players with even more trumped up charges.  I don’t think this will happen, though, because they’re beginning to see their system falling apart around them now that more and more people are beginning to understand the crimes they are committing.  \n\nI hope you’re able to join us soon.  We’re going to begin going into detail on how to address the various public officials throughout the arrest-processing-arraignment-psychiatric evaluation-court process every step of the way.  \n\nAlso, there were some very interesting techniques brought up in the National Assembly conference call last night that will be immediately helpful to all of us but definitely for you in your situation. \n\nWhat you did last night took a lot of guts.       "body": "THE WIZARD OF OZ - A motion picture made in 1939. MGM, book by L. Frank Baum.\n\nJust as you can read between the gory lines in the newspaper on any day and discover clues issued by the 'Powers That Be' - if you look hard enough - as to what is actually going on, such notice can also be found in lighter faire, like the movies. Such a movie was 'THE WIZARD OF OZ' - an allegory for the new state of affairs in the 1930's following the stock market crash and factual bankruptcy of the US government immediately thereafter.\n\nThe setting was Kansas; heartland of America, and geographical center of the USA. In comes the twister, the tornado, i.e., whirling confusion - the stock market crash, theft of America's gold, US bankruptcy, the Great Depression - and whisks Dorothy and Toto up into a new, artificial dimension somewhere above the solid ground of Kansas. When they finally land in Oz, Dorothy comments to her companion, \"Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore.\"\n\nThat's right. After the bankruptcy, Kansas was no longer just \"plain old Kansas\" - it was now \"KS\" artificial corporate venue of the bankrupt United States, i.e. the \"Federal Zone\", newly established \"federal property\", and Dorothy and Toto were \"in this state\" (see definition for \"this state\").\n\nIn the 1930's the all-capital letters corporation sole, straw man, newly created artificial aspect of the former American sovereigns, had no brain - and Americans were too confused and distracted by all the commotion to figure out that they even had a straw man. The Scarecrow identified his straw man persona for Dorothy:\n\"Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking. Of course, I'm not bright about doing things.\"\n\nAnd in his classic song, \"If I Only Had A Brain\" the Scarecrow/Straw man succinctly sings:\n\n\"I'd unravel every riddle, for every 'individdle', (individual) in trouble or in pain.\"\nTranslation: Once one discovers that his straw man exists, all political and legal mysteries, complexities, and confusions are resolved - and once one takes title to his straw man he will no longer be in trouble legally or be damaged legally.\n\nThe Tin (TIN = Taxpayer Identification Number) Man was a hollow man of metal - a \"vessel\" or \"vehicle\", newly created commercial code words for the corporation sole straw man. One of the definitions of \"tin\" in Webster's is \"worthless; counterfeit.\" \n\nJust like the Straw Man had no brain, this Tin Man vessel had no heart. Both were \"artificial persons\". The Tin Man also represented the mechanical and heartless aspect of commerce and commercial law. Just like they say in the Mafia: \"Nothing personal, it's just business.\"\n\nThe heartless Tin Man also carried an ax, traditional symbol for God - i.e., modern commercial law - in most earlier dominant civilizations, including fascist states. The \"Ace\", etymologically related to \"ax\" in a deck of cards, representing God, is the only one above the King. One of the \"Axis\" Powers of World War II, Italy, was a fascist state. The symbol for fascism is the \"fasces\", a bundle of wooden rods containing an ax with the blade projecting. The fasces may be found on the reverse of the American Mercury-head dime (the Roman deity Mercury was the God of commerce) and on the wall behind, and on each side of, the Speakers podium in the US Senate. At the base of the Seal of the US Senate are two crossed fasces.\n\nThe Lion, \"King of Beasts\", i.e. king of the goyim - a denigration in itself - representing the once-fearless American people, had lost his courage. After your first round with the UCC-constituted IRS \"defending\" your straw man/vessel/vehicle/all-capital letters name/artifical person, you probably lost some of your courage, too. You didn't know it but the IRS deals with you strictly under the laws of commerce. Just like the Tin Man, commerce is heartless.\n\nTo find the Wizard you had to \"follow the yellow brick road\", i.e. follow the trail of America's stolen gold and you find the thief who stole it. In the beginning of the movie the Wizard was represented by the traveling professor/mystic whom Dorothy encountered when she ran away with Toto. His macabre shingle touted knowledge of \"The Crowned Heads of Europe, Past, Present, and Future\".\n\nBefore the bankers stole America they had long since dethroned the Christian monarchies of Europe and looted their kingdoms. With a human skull peering down from its painted perch on his wagon behind him, the good professor lectured Dorothy of Osiris and Egypt.\n\nWhen Dorothy Gale and crew emerged from the forest and arrived in Emerald City, the city of green (the new \"fiat\" money, or money by decree, Federal Reserve Notes), they were serenaded by the Munchkins on the glory of the Wizard's creation: \"You're out of the woods, you're out of the dark, you're out of the night, step into the sun, step into the light, the most glorious place on Earth!\"\n\nThe foregoing jingle abounds with Illuminist-Luciferian symbols and metaphors, e.g. darkness and light.\n\nThe Wicked Witch of the West made her home in a round, medieval watchtower - ancient symbol of the Knights Templar of Freemasonry, who are given to practice witchcraft and who are also credited as the originators of modern banking, circa 1099 A.D. The Wicked Witch of the West was also dressed in black; the color symbolizing the planet Saturn - sacred icon of the Knights Templar and the color of choice of judges and priests for their robes.\n\nWho was the Wicked Witch of the West? Remember in the first part of the film her counterpart was \"Miss Gulch\" who alleged that Dorothy's dog, Toto, had bitten her. She came to the farm with an \"Order from the Sheriff\" demanding they surrender Toto to her custody. Aunt Em answered Miss Gulch's allegations that Toto had bitten her:\n\n\"He's really gentle. With gentle people, that is.”\n\nCould \"gentle\" be a metaphor for \"Gentile\"? When Dorothy refused to surrender Toto, Miss Gulch threatened:\n\n\"If you don't give me that dog I'll bring a damned suit that'll take you're whole farm!\"\n\nToday, 70% of all attorneys in the world reside in the West - America, to be exact, and 95% of all law suits in the world are filed under US jurisdiction. The Wicked Witch of the West and Miss Gulch, my friends, represent judges and attorneys; i.e. the American Legal System (including the attorney-run US Congress) - executioner and primary henchmen for transferring all wealth in America - everything - from the people to the banks and the government. Miss Gulch wanted to take Toto. What does the word \"toto\" mean in \"attorney language\", i.e. Latin? \"EVERYTHING\".\n\nDorothy and the gang fell for the Wizard's illusion in the beginning but soon wised up and discovered the Wizard for what he was: a confidence man. When asked about helping the Scarecrow/Straw Man, among other babblings about \"getting a brain\" and \"universities\", etc., the Wizard also cited \"the land of E Pluribus Unum\", which is Latin for \"One Out of Many\", i.e. converting the many into one: New World Order (Novus Ordo Seclorum). He also proudly revealed/confessed that he was:\n\"Born and bred in the heart of the western wilderness, an old Kansas man myself!\"\nThe bankers did pretty well in Europe but, as the Wizard pointed out, they made a killing in the \"Western wilderness\" - America - with the theft of American gold, labor and property from the - quoting John D. Rockefeller - \"grateful and responsive rural folk\" who populated the country at that time.\n\nWhen Dorothy asked Glenda, the Good Witch of the North, (Santa Claus, Christianity) for help in getting back to Kansas, Glenda replied, \"You don't need to be helped. You've always had the power to go back to Kansas.\"\n\nTranslation: you've always had the right and power to reclaim your sovereignty, you just forgot. The actual act of reclaiming your sovereignty - remedy - a simple UCC-1 form to the Secretary of State, can be completed from scratch in a few hours time.\n\nAmerica and Americans have intimate first hand knowledge of the heartless mechanics of the laws of commerce, religiously applied by the unregistered foreign agents of the IRS. The IRS, collection agency for the private Federal Reserve Bank, was constituted under the UCC in 1954 and has been operating strictly in that realm ever since. She and her team of lawyers are fighting to tear down the “United States of America Corporate” (capital “U”) structure put in place by the “Lizard People” in 1861, 1913 and 1933 and restore the (nearly dormant) “united States of America Republic” (lower case “u”) put in place by our founders ~1776. Many try but PrayingMedic does the best job I’ve seen at interpreting the tweets.\n___________________________\nAnna Von Reitz “Executive Summary”:  \n\nDuring the so-called Civil War one of our Federal Government service providers, the British-backed Territorial United States attacked a break-away group of the original States of America calling themselves The Confederate States of America. It was a fight among federal service providers, and would-be service providers, not a “war” at all.  No sovereign entity was involved, no Declaration of War was ever issued by the land jurisdiction Congress, no Treaty of Peace ever concluded.\n\nAfter this illegal mercenary conflict on our shores was over, the British Territorial United States usurped upon the original States of America and seized upon them as “trust property” to be managed by the British Territorial United States “in trust” while the National level government they were supposed to provide us was “held in abeyance”.  The original States of America were all rolled over into trusts. The original State of Florida became the Florida State (Trust), and so on.  New Territorial States of America deceptively called by the same names replaced the original States of America, so that on the surface, nothing appeared to have changed: the (National) State of Florida was replaced by the (Territorial) State of Florida and nobody knew the difference.\n\nAs a result of this fraud and deceit, the intended structure and balance of power – including the checks and balances built into the federal government – was undermined and commandeered by the British-controlled Territorial United States.  From there, it has been a long history of breach of trust and commercial mismanagement and false claims made against the actual states and people.  If you compare the simple, straight-forward, strictly compartmentalized original structure of the “federal government” with what has developed over time, you see the gross proliferation and incorporation and privatization of the Territorial and Municipal levels of the “essential government service” providers, most especially the development of municipal STATES OF STATES, which were appointed to do the dirty work for the insolvent Territorial States of States in 1951.  \n\nToday the principal parent corporations in charge of all this fraud, the UNITED STATES, INC. and the USA, Inc. are both bankrupt, one in liquidation (UNITED STATES) and one in reorganization (USA, Inc.) and we, The United States of America (Unincorporated) are in court fighting the widespread supposition that we no longer exist and that our assets are “abandoned” and are available to pay the debts of these disloyal foreign federal service providers to their secondary creditors.\n___________________________\n\nWhich side ultimately wins could come down to how many of “WeThePeople” (that’s us) are awake and aware.\n\nThe future of our land is quite literally in (y)our hands.  \n\nWe live in exciting times.",

      "body": "The old 7 WTC (Building 7) was a 47 story office building (1.9M square feet of office space) whose footprint occupied almost an entire city block. 1 WTC and 2 WTC (the \"Twin Towers\") had total office space of 3.8M square feet each so 7 WTC was almost exactly half the size as each of the Twin Towers. In my 20 year career selling information technology to Wall Street I was in 7 WTC probably 100 times.\n\n1 WTC and 2 WTC were both struck by airplanes the morning of September 11, 2001, and both collapsed into their own footprints at the speed of gravity. \n\nDid you know that 7 WTC also collapsed into its own footprint at the speed of gravity the same day (~5:00 pm).  Why? I received a notice that Fidelity was going to be moving my cash to a government securities (treasury bonds) fund. I called them to say I wanted to stay in cash since the U.S.A. (Corporation) was bankrupt and I didn't want to take the risk this change entailed. \n\nI was told it wasn't optional. I then spoke to a supervisor. After a long hold he came back on the line to inform me this change had been mandated by the SEC and Fidelity had no say in the matter. \n\nPresumably this change affects all U.S. brokerage companies.       "body": "Back in the mid-1980's a group of men in my office made plans to visit a Gentlemen's Club (I don't think they called it that but I want to be politically correct) in downtown NYC.  I figured I'd join them since I'd never been before and try anything once, right?\n\nIt was an extraordinary experience.  After looking around to get acclimated I was having trouble dealing with what I was seeing from the women onstage.  I found myself concentrating my infatuations on a cute bartender who studiously kept her clothes on.  She was very pretty and seemed nice.  \n\nAt one point I did tip one of the dancers onstage $5 and mere moments later she materialized next to me in all her glory to engage in coversation.   \"Humina humina humina\" I said before she lost interest and retreated.  Apparently $1 gets you a smile and $5 gets you a personal conversation (the higher levels of the reward program remain a mystery to me).  Leaving the club that night I decided I could never go back because, quoting myself, \"I liked it way.y.y too much.\"\n\nFast forward close to ten years.  A bunch of \"Gentlemen\" in one of my largest accounts on Wall Street were making plans to attend a Gentlemen's Club and they accosted me and insisted I join them.  Given how critical the sales revenue was from this particular account to my career I saw no realistic way to demur.  Despite being a married man I bowed to peer pressure and agreed to go along.  \n\nWe walked in the midtown club and, after drinks and gawks, the primary technical recommender, Alex, insisted on buying me a lap dance with a beautiful dancer who introduced herself as Candy.\n\nWe made our way to a semi-private area.  With my theatrical background I recognized immediately the extraordinary workmanship of her costume.  In the shape of a bathing suit it was built to withstand daily shows for years on end such was the quality of the material and stitching.  \n\nHer makeup was impeccable.  Her hair was thick and luxurious.  Her gaze was warm, open, direct and penetrating.  My suddenly sharpened olfactory powers detected two, possibly three, different and delightful scents.  And did I mention she was beautiful?\n\nCandy turned her back to my sitting form and proceeded to \"dance\" for me making contact between her flawless derriere (through her costume and my suit) to my rather confused private parts.  I remained still as a statue while she plied her trade.  She \"danced\" for awhile then turned to face me, concerned.  She asked, \"Are you enjoying this?\"  I replied, \"Oh, yes, very much!\".  Satisfied she turned back around and resumed her artistry.\n\nHer work almost complete she turned to face me and looked at me long and a bit quizzically.  She slowly leaned forward without taking her eyes from mine and gently touched her lips against mine - pausing for the merest of moments with the slightest pressure in an honest-to-gawrsh kiss - before pulling back.  She met my helpless gaze with sparkling eyes and smiled a tiny smile before disappearing.\n\nI tipped her $20 at some point in all this which seemed generous at the time but doesn't now.  I wish I could remember whether she kissed me before, or after, I gave her the tip.\n\nI never returned because I liked it way.y.y too much.       "body": "When I was a young lad we men-children were trained to never betray our feelings by showing them. The Marlboro Man silhouetted against the sunset on his horse smoking his cigarette thinking manly thoughts. The \"strong but silent type\" popular in the movies. The Real Men Don't Cry meme we all osmosed even if nobody said it out loud. \n\nThat all started to change in the '60's and we men were not only allowed to feel feelings we began to be celebrated when we expressed them.\n\nAll good.\n\nI sometimes wonder if we've gone too far, though. There is such pressure to never, ever, under any circumstances say or do something even slightly offensive or hurtful as paramount - even seemingly more important than speaking truth or doing the right thing.\n\nFor example, I see people who are risking their life trying to end pedophilia being criticized for offending others with the way they says things while the content of what they say is ignored.  \n\nLet's be clear - Pizzagate is not about \"just\" pedophilia - as if that wasn't bad enough.
