      "body": "En mi país existen gran variedad de suculentos postres que hacen alucinar por su sabor, hoy quiero hablarles de tres de ellos y facilitarles sus recetas para que conozcan un poco de mi país, las preparen en sus hogares y compartan en familia. Entre estos postres tenemos:\n\n1. Las Catalinas, Cucas o paledonia, su nombre se deriva de la castellanización de la palabra inglesa cookie, la cual significa galleta. Exactamente, eso es la catalinas, una sabrosísima galleta blanda, gruesa, dulce y acompañante nutritiva. La receta es sencilla, quedan muy buenas acompañadas con café, chocolate o leche, ademas son una merienda perfecta, a mí me gusta comerlas con queso, obteniendo esa combinación dulce salado que tanto nos gusta a los venezolanos. Para su preparación seguiremos la siguiente receta:\n\nINGREDIENTES:\n1/2 taza de agua\n250 gramos de papelón\n2 tazas de harina\n4 cucharadas de mantequilla\n1 cucharadita de sal\n1 cucharadita de jengibre\nCanela al gusto\n1/2 cucharadita de clavos\n1/4 de bicarbonato de sodio\n\nPREPARACIÓN:\n\n     Para hacer esta receta de catalinas primero con agua y papelón se prepara un melado espeso, se cuela y se reservan 2 cucharadas de ese melado, el resto se coloca con la harina y las especias. Se amasa con las puntas de los dedos hasta obtener una pasta uniforme para después elaborar bolitas y aplastarlas ligeramente en forma de arepitas.\n\n     Se colocan en una bandeja previamente engrasada y con el melado reservado se pintan las catalinas con una brochita o pincel. Se llevan al horno precalentado a 300° F y se hornean 30 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que estén doradas. Los Golfeados; estos son unos panes pequeños o medianos  enrollados en forma de caracol, que se han convertido en uno de los dulces mas apreciados por los venezolanos. Se encuentran en cualquier panadería del país, son famosos, realmente deliciosos y suaves. A continuación, su método de preparación:\n\nINGREDIENTES:\n4 huevos\n1 kilogramo de harina\nLa mitad de una panela de papelón\n200 gramos de mantequilla \n2 tazas de azúcar\n2 tazas de queso blanco rallado\n2 tazas y 1/2 de leche\n1 cucharada de levadura\n1 cucharada de sal\n2 cucharaditas de anís en pepitas\n1 cucharadita de colorante amarillo\n\nPREPARACIÓN:\n\n     Para preparar unos ricos golfeados, primero se mezcla una taza de leche tibia con una cucharada de azúcar y una cucharada de levadura, para dejar reposar por 20 minutos. Después se añade el resto de la azúcar, la leche, la sal, la mantequilla previamente derretida, el colorante y los 4 huevos.\n\n     Se mezcla todo bien y se agrega la harina amasando hasta obtener una masa suave y fácil de extender. En ese punto se forma una pelota con toda la masa la cual se deja reposar por media hora. Una vez reposada se estira hasta lograr una capa de medio centímetro de espesor, se pintan con mantequilla derretida, se le coloca el papelón rallado previamente mezclado con el anís y el queso rallado.\n\n     Ahora se enrolla la masa y se corta en rodajas de uno o dos centímetros para colocarlas en una bandeja enmantequillada, se espolvorean con mas papelón y queso rallado. Para terminar la receta de golfeados, se hornean a 400 grados F hasta que estén doraditos sin dejar quemar. La Torta de Papelón: es un ponque muy sabroso de interesante sabor, es accesible, económica y rendidora, si observamos los ingredientes que usa, típica de Venezuela se prepara para merendar. Su receta es la siguiente:\n\nINGREDIENTES:\n1 panela de papelón\n1 kilogramo de harina leudante\n2 cocos rallados\n2 huevos\n200 gramos de mantequilla o margarina\n2 cucharaditas de canela\n1 cucharada de bicarbonato\n2 tazas de agua\n\nPREPARACIÓN:\n\n     Primero se extrae el agua de los cocos y con ella junto con la panela de papelón se prepara un melao. Para preparar el melao podemos rallar el papelón en un olla agregarle el agua de coco, las 2 tazas de agua y cocinar a fuego lento para que se disuelva bien el papelón y se forme un melao no muy espeso. Después en un envase se coloca el melao y se le agregan el resto de los ingredientes, los coco rallados, la mantequilla o margarina, las 2 cucharaditas de canela y los 2 huevos previamente batidos.\n\n     Se mezcla todo un poco y se agrega el kilogramo de harina, la cucharada de bicarbonato y se mezcla bien hasta que la mezcla quede homogénea. Se vierte la mezcla en un envase refractario previamente enmantequillado y enharinado y se lleva al horno precalentado a 300°F por unos 40 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que la torta este dorada por encima.",
