      "body": "Pase unos años en Bogotá-Colombia, no es la ciudad más fácil. Es una ciudad que hay que acostumbrarse y que tienen que darle la oportunidad a los que la escogen para vivir. Los primeros días en Bogotá, estaba un poco angustiado por el caos en el trafico, los carros que pitan, el tamaño de la ciudad, sus cuatro estaciones en un día pero después de un corto tiempo sabia como orientarme y empecé a ver la belleza de ciudad, sus costumbre y en especial el trato a las demás personas. Esa bella ciudad está situada en la cordillera de los andes a unos 2.600mts de altitud. Así que tenga cuidado cuando viene desde el nivel del mar uno se marea, es una mega cuidad y oficialmente tiene 8 millones de habitantes un número estimado pero creo que tiene 12 y 13 millones de rolos así se le dicen a los que nacieron en Bogotá y también los llaman Cachacos, a primera vista la gente parece amable pero eso es así en cada metrópolis ¿creo? Yo tuve la suerte de conocer a los rolos son personas calidad en un clima frio y muy amable.\n![1-bogota-noche.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmbF28HhPBPyLyRzHTGsHxAdAf3UY8R6LVz6yiF2SkfJXz/1-bogota-noche.jpg)\n\n Al ser tratado con cordialidad y esmero me hizo sentir muy extraño porque en Venezuela de donde soy YO nos hemos ido acostumbrando a ser tratados de la peor manera o de la manera equivocada, el trato que recibimos en oficinas públicas y privadas, en restaurantes, en comercios, en unidades del transporte público y en fin en todas partes, es cada vez más denigrante. Uno percibe, muy a menudo, una especie de malestar de parte de quienes nos atienden. \nNo obstante, quiero destacar que convivir con este maltrato del lenguaje como por ejemplo en algunos sitios nos referimos a otra persona como mi amor deseas algo, Mi Reina, Mamita Linda  como le dicen a las mujeres para atenderla a igual a uno los hombre como, Mi  Rey, Galán, Mi prócer, que a fin de cuentas se traduce en la misma falta de respeto pues ambas conductas tienen un origen similar, el modelo indiferente e inapropiado de parte de los jefes  y una educación que ha descuidado la formación de la empatía, que no es otra cosa que aprender a colocarse en el lugar del otro, guardando las normas elementales (modos y formas) de la convivencia.\nLa proliferación del mal lenguaje se da porque quienes lo aplican cree que es una forma de atender bien. Y es simplemente, una errada concepción de la comunicación interactiva. Me senté, lo mire y le indique mi pedido. El mesonero salió veloz, mientras decía: pana voy a ver si hay de lo que pides. Mientras estuve almorzando note que a las mujeres presentes se les daba también un trato muy particular como Mi Reina, Mi Linda, Mi Amor… cuando me retire a pagar, se lo comente al dueño o gerente del local. El mesonero que me atendió muy bien es ágil y bien dispuesto, lo felicito, pero usted debe advertirle que no trate a los clientes con tanta confianza y le expuse todos lo que le había escuchado  durante el almuerzo.\nEl señor se me quedo mirando, alzo los hombros, me cobro y no dijo ni pio. Entonces me fui a donde estaba el mesonero, y al darle la propina le dije haces muy bien tu trabajo pero ¿Ya usted paso por el curso de atención al público? Me dijo No y le explique Para que usted sea mejor debe de dejar de tratar a los clientes de Mi amor, mi rey, mi prócer, mi reina, mi pana, mi cielo. Al menos yo como cliente no me siento cómodo. El muchacho se quedo estupefacto, me miro y dijo: si señor disculpe no volverá a suceder, usted tiene la razón \nGuardo la esperanza de que alguna reflexión quedara en su cabeza… Pero no puede ser un hecho aislado. Al menos debemos intentar contrarrestarlo desde nuestros espacios. Porque el buen trato es Parte de los activos de un País.",

Yo tuve la suerte de conocer a los rolos son personas calidad en un clima frio y muy amable.\n![1-bogota-noche.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmbF28HhPBPyLyRzHTGsHxAdAf3UY8R6LVz6yiF2SkfJXz/1-bogota-noche.jpg)\n\n Al ser tratado con cordialidad y esmero me hizo sentir muy extraño porque en Venezuela de donde soy YO nos hemos ido acostumbrando a ser tratados de la peor manera o de la manera equivocada, el trato que recibimos en oficinas públicas y privadas, en restaurantes, en comercios, en unidades del transporte público y en fin en todas partes, es cada vez más denigrante. Uno percibe, muy a menudo, una especie de malestar de parte de quienes nos atienden. \nNo obstante, quiero destacar que convivir con este maltrato del lenguaje como por ejemplo en algunos sitios nos referimos a otra persona como mi amor deseas algo, Mi Reina, Mamita Linda  como le dicen a las mujeres para atenderla a igual a uno los hombre como, Mi  Rey, Galán, Mi prócer, que a fin de cuentas se traduce en la misma falta de respeto pues ambas conductas tienen un origen similar, el modelo indiferente e inapropiado de parte de los jefes  y una educación que ha descuidado la formación de la empatía, que no es otra cosa que aprender a colocarse en el lugar del otro, guardando las normas elementales (modos y formas) de la convivencia.\nLa proliferación del mal lenguaje se da porque quienes lo aplican cree que es una forma de atender bien. Y es simplemente, una errada concepción de la comunicación interactiva. Hace cosa de unos meses almorcé en un restaurant en Barquisimeto. \n\n\n![restaurant 1.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmd7d1t3rJ11SQqwTbbzDPQkFM8nr55Ui3A6VDZm9hGMGj/restaurant%201.jpg)\n\nEl mesonero atentísimo me llevo hacia una mesa y enseguida me pregunto ¿mi prócer? ¿Qué te traigo de tomar? Me senté, lo mire y le indique mi pedido. El mesonero salió veloz, mientras decía: pana voy a ver si hay de lo que pides. Mientras estuve almorzando note que a las mujeres presentes se les daba también un trato muy particular como Mi Reina, Mi Linda, Mi Amor… cuando me retire a pagar, se lo comente al dueño o gerente del local. El mesonero que me atendió muy bien es ágil y bien dispuesto, lo felicito, pero usted debe advertirle que no trate a los clientes con tanta confianza y le expuse todos lo que le había escuchado  durante el almuerzo.\nEl señor se me quedo mirando, alzo los hombros, me cobro y no dijo ni pio. Entonces me fui a donde estaba el mesonero, y al darle la propina le dije haces muy bien tu trabajo pero ¿Ya usted paso por el curso de atención al público? Me dijo No y le explique Para que usted sea mejor debe de dejar de tratar a los clientes de Mi amor, mi rey, mi prócer, mi reina, mi pana, mi cielo. Al menos yo como cliente no me siento cómodo. El muchacho se quedo estupefacto, me miro y dijo: si señor disculpe no volverá a suceder, usted tiene la razón \nGuardo la esperanza de que alguna reflexión quedara en su cabeza… Pero no puede ser un hecho aislado. Al menos debemos intentar contrarrestarlo desde nuestros espacios. Porque el buen trato es Parte de los activos de un País.",
