      "body": "The recipe I share with you today came from my son’s cooking class. My children sometimes help me in the kitchen, but Yanis really enjoys cooking, and he has the chance to have different after school classes in his school, for the last term, he chose cooking class and a few days ago learned how to make these muffins.       "title": "Tarte a la citrouille/Pumpkin tart",
      "body": "C’est souvent l’occasion pour moi de réaliser une tarte à la citrouille, ce fruit très caractéristique d’ Halloween. C’est assez simple à faire, comme toujours par ici, ça sent l’automne et ses épices, et en plus c’est bon.\n\nOn réalise d’abord la pâte brisée basique avec(rien ne vous empêche de prendre une toute prête dans le commerce):\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmfLMjA5NhNKeUkR58wQgB65hdbNXLFx8oGZp9TyLsbBTa/image.png)\n-250g de farine\n\n-125g de beurre coupés en dés et mou\n\n-3 cuillères à soupe de sucre\n\n-1/2 cuillère à café de sel\n\n-1 jaune d’œuf\n\n-environ 50ml d’eau\n\nDans un saladier on mélange la farine, le sucre et le sel.\n\nEnsuite on incorpore le beurre, en pétrissant avec ses doigts.\n\nOn ajoute ensuite le jaune d’œuf et l’eau et on mélange jusqu’à l’obtention d’une boule.\n\nA l’aide de sa paume de main, on l’écrase 2 ou 3 fois rapidement sur le plan de travail.\n\nOn l’enveloppe dans du papier film et 30mn de repos au frais.\n\nAu bout des 30mn, on l’étale, toujours sur le plan de travail cette fois-ci fariné, et ensuite on peut l’utiliser pour recouvrir son moule a tarte. Coupez le surplus de pâte sur les bords, et piquez le fond du moule avec une fourchette, réservez au frais le temps d’apprêter votre garniture.\n\nVous pouvez retrouver toutes ces étapes ici lors de la réalisation de la tarte aux pommes.\n\nPour la garniture, il vous faut :\n\n– 1 boite de purée de citrouille( vous pouvez aussi faire vous même votre purée, il vous faudra environ 425g)\n\n-2 œufs légèrement battus\n\n-170g de sucre\n\n-1/2 cuillère à café de sel\n\n-1 cuillere à café de cannelle en poudre\n\n-1/2 cuillère à café de gingembre moulu\n\n-1/4 de cuillère à café de clou de girofle moulu\n\n-250ml de lait évaporé\n\nPréchauffez le four à 180 degrés Celsius.\n\nMélangez les ingrédients secs(sucre, sel et épices).\n\nMélangez le lait avec les œufs, et versez sur les ingrédients secs, mixez jusqu’à ce que ce soit homogène, mais ne travaillez pas trop le mélange pour éviter que ça craque durant la cuisson.\n\nVersez la garniture sur votre fond de tarte et faites cuire pendant environ 40 a 50mn.
