I hope we are all on holiday for Christmas and New Year's festivities? I am on holiday for a short while. \n\nFirst, let me tell you what inspired this post. A sister of mine came to visit me, and we've been watching a movie for some hours now. As time goes on, we got hungry and decided to eat but we are too tired to cook because of the stress we’ve passed through the day. We had to go for a fast food called **Eba made with Garri and Efo Riro Soup**\n\nThen I thought of shooting the process and putting them on my Blog as it might come in handy for people out there searching for easy step by step of making Eba. Eba may be simple to make but not everyone knows how to make it, even some people out there can't cook noodles :) \n\nEba is one of the most common swallowed food in Nigeria. It is coined from Cassava named Garri. You can eat it with soups like Efo riro, Okro soup, Afang, etc. Eba is made with hot water and Garri. I am going to be showing you in this article how easy it is to make Eba.\n\nTo make Eba you will need A Pot, Garri, Hot water, a Turning spoon, or Spatula. \n\n\n### How to Make Eba\n\nBoil water in a pot and then slowly add Garri and stir it very well. Use a spoon or spatula to turn it till it comes together and it’s lump-free.\n\nServe it with soups like Efo riro, Okro soup, or any other soup of choice. Although, I ate it today with Efo Riro soup.\n\nYou can chew the Garri grains. Yes, it is very ok to chew the grains straight out of the pack because Garri is roasted and processed from cassava. Chew it with groundnuts (peanuts), coconut, or palm nuts. You're welcome! \n\nYou can also add cold water, sugar, milk, groundnuts (peanuts) and drink it like cereal.\n\n### For the Vegetable 🍃  \n\nYou will need Onion, Fresh pepper, Palm oil, Maggi, salt, Vegetable leaf, and Water.\n\nGet a neat pot ready, place it on heat. Add a little quantity of palm oil, let it hot a bit, and then add sliced onion, fry for some seconds, and add grated pepper.\n\nI prefer to add seasonings and already boiled meat and fish at this juncture and cover it for some time. After some time, I remove my meat and fish from the pepper and I add my already blanched vegetable leaf and cover it for some mins.\nWhen I feel the soup is almost ready, I pour back the meat, fish, and other things that I removed initially and allow everything to cook properly together.\n\nThat is the way I get the result of my homemade **Eba and Efo Riro**.  \n\nThanks for the constant love shown to my blog, I appreciate it. A friend came to visit me and she asks me to change her look, and as a stylist, I decided to look for what can befit her look, so I asked her would she like to make a deadlock hairstyle and she agreed. \n\nI will show you the simplest way to install your dreads while giving good scalp coverage.  Install dread professionally with these simple tutorials;\n\nWe have two different styles of fixing dreads, the crochet one, and the Kinki box braids. I am going to be walking you through how I to do a dread with Kinki box bread style as you can see here below.\n\nMind you, before you start installing the dreads, you need to first braid Kinki braids with your hair. The Box braids are typically small, so when fixing the dreads you need to be extraordinarily careful so as not to make a rough dreadlock.\n\n### Equipment Needed\n\nSince I am not going for the crochet style, I don't need a crochet pin. What you only need is *a big comb* to comb your hair or a *straightener*, a *cutting comb* to cut the kinki braids, and *scissors* to cut the threads, a big 4-5 pieces of *needle* with a Dreadlock ***weave on***, and a *hair oil*.\n\nTake your two pieces of natural hair and cross them over the dread. This gives you three sections that you can braid, keep the tension, and braid.\n\nAfter installing the ***Dreadlock weave on***, measure the thread into two sections, and insert it into the *Needle* one after the other, you can now start to sew the Dreadlock. Without taking too much of your time, I will be walking you through how I braid the **Lose Box Braiding  Hairstyle**. This Lose Braid hairstyle is a great alternative to the regular braiding for ladies. Instead of regular braiding which uses two sections of the hair, Lose Box braiding uses three sections of the hair as you can see in the photo placed here.\n\nThere are so many Box Braiding Hairstyles you might be seeing on the head of ladies with all kinds of styles like Kinky Braids, Marlins Braids, Goddess Box Braids, etc.\n\nIn today's episode, I am going to show you how to make a Long Box Braid, there are different sizes you may want to twist on while developing your Lose Box Braids like; Small, Medium, and Big Sizes.\n\nThe Braiding is a long-lasting hairstyle when tightening from the root nicely. I am going to be using the *Expression Attachment* product to braid the hairstyle. This hair attachment is sold in cosmetic stores, salons, as well as local stylist shops.\n\nThis **hair attachment** is an original one and I bought it from a cosmetics store around me, as you all know that a lot of things sold nowadays are being pirated. To identify the original product of this attachment hair is so easy just remove it from the nylon and check the texture if it's smooth. The original product will look like a normal well-combed human hair, while the fake product will look like synthetic hair, that is how to identify the original attachment.\n\nMind you, you don't need to pull out the attachment Long when making the Lose Box Braid hairstyle so that it will be well Lose when making.\n\n### Equipments Needed\n\nAs you can see below; These are the equipment you need when making a Lose Box Braid hairstyle with attachment; Ultra Braid attachment, big scissors to trim the hair after making it, hair cream or oil to make the hair look shinier with a cutting comb, big comb or straightener to straighten the hair before making.\n\n\n### To Braid the Box Braiding\n\nAfter cutting the Attachment into the length of your choice, you can cut the hair into a smaller different shape you want it to be with a cutting comb, but I am going to be making a big style and a long one. Paul taught on love and its importance in the Christian community.\n\nIn the first letter to the corinthians, ST. Paul discussed all the qualities of **Love**, Paul said that love is the greatest and cannot be compared with any other gifts possesses by man.\n\nPaul then Highlights the qualities of love saying;\n\n**\"LOVE** is patient and kind; Love is not jealous or boastful; it's not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love bear all things, believes all things; hopes all things; endures all things\"( 1 Cor. 13:4-7)\n\n### The qualities of love, therefore, include the following ;\n\n**PATIENCE:**\nThis is the quality of being able to endure suffering, anger, or insults.\n\n**HUMILITY:**\nThis is the quality of being Modest, Moderate, and Decent in whatever you think, feel, say, and do.\n\n**FAITHFULNESS:**\nThis is the quality of being loyal to God, Jesus, Parent, friends, and Others.\n\n**KINDNESS:**\nThis is the quality of being able to think nice things about others and do them good.\n\n**SELF SACRIFICIAL**\nLove makes a person to put the interest of others first before his interest.\n\n**NON-JEALOUS**\nLove does not show bitterness against someone's achievement or success. Today, I will be walking you through the method I typically use when cooking **Rice and Beans**. When it comes to cooking, everyone develops their style and as life progresses armed with keen interest and practice, you can become an excellent cook even if you didn't start as one.\n\nLike I said earlier if you are passionate about cooking, with practice you can develop your style. Although **Rice and Beans** with **Stew** is my favorite and I enjoy it anytime I make it. What is the joy of food if you don't enjoy it and wish you should never finish eating the delicious food hahaha?\n\n### Method of Cooking Rice and Beans with Stew\n\nI prefer rice and beans cooked together and devoured with stew. That is why I brought up these methods;\n \n***\n#### <center> Step 1 </center> \n***\nPick the beans to get rid off of unwanted parts, rinse the beans and transfer them to a clean pot, add enough water and onions and cover it up to cook for about fifty minutes or till you can easily crush it with your finger.\n\n***\n#### <center> Step 2 </center> \n***\nIt's now the time to add the rice; Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water comes out clear, stir in the rice and salt with the beans, and add water if necessary.\n\n***\n#### <center> Step 3 </center> \n***\nCook the rice and beans for twenty minutes or more, after twenty minutes, check if it's done or needed little water and add if necessary. But mind you, don't let it be too soggy. If it's done, you're don and you can now serve it with your desired sauce or stew.\n\n**NB:** I strongly advise that, don't pour out the beans water when you boil it because the dark-colored water from the beans adds more flavor to the rice and also gives the rice that beautiful tinted look, plus it's good for you!\n\nAnd be very careful when adding water to the food, so that it won't be too soggy.
