| body | The essential characteristic of any ring is the color of the gemstone. Of all the quality parameters, the attractiveness and cost of a gemstone most strongly depend on the coloring. Color is also an essential diagnostic feature when identifying gems. However, sometimes it isn't easy to choose a suitable ring with a particular gem. Each gemstone radiates its own unique energy, so choosing a ring by eye color or zodiac is best. | title | WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WEAR A BLACK STONE RING |
| body | People can wear whatever they like and make it mean whatever they want it to, but still, there are some guidelines from trend-setting areas of the world, and well-established jewellery and ornamentation tradition that folks adopting the black ring may want to be aware and conscious of. The black stone is a symbol of self-control and resilience. A black stone can also be referred to as an Onyx. Onyx is a chalcedony that is used in jewellery. It has so many effects attached to it that reassures people that wear rings with the black stone. What colour and materials you choose, as well as which finger you wear your ring on, tells what attribute in yourself you are attempting to amplify or draw people’s attention to. There have been so many beliefs and traditions that were attached to the wearing of black rings or rings with black stones. Some see it as a sign of mourning, while some believed it can be worn for protection. But recently, a black ring on the right middle finger may mean that the individual is asexual or an extreme celibate, or at least it may also mean that the individual is not open to sexual approaches from any gender at the moment. As the middle finger is the diddle finger for most people, wearing a ring on it could mean they are not using it and are free to ornament that part of themselves, or they are so in love with their middle finger that they are monogamous to it. A black ring on the thumb of a woman may indicate that she is a super lesbian, meaning that she has absolutely no interest whatsoever in males, and she is not ready to mingle or have a relationship with the male gender. At some club scenes, it has been observed that the ring with the black stone placed on the thumb indicates that someone is into orgies, parties, and plays. A ring with a black stone on any other finger on the right hand could indicate that someone is a swinger and they are involved in more than one sexual relationship at a time. A black ring with a real ruby, especially a star ruby is likely worn by a spiritual polyandrous person who is aware of ruby’s filtering properties. These set of people want to signal their ability to love flexibly, but to actively repel people with bad and exploitative intentions. Any reddish stone on a black ring passes a message across that the bearer of the ring is mystical because even red glass has mystical properties that basically means if you cross the bearer of such ring or mess with them the wrong way, you would be dealt with. Even a carnelian (a hard red chalcedony used in jewellery) agate on a black ring means that the person knows how to curse you in a way that you can never get rid of the curse, as it would become a part of you especially if that curse is carved on the stone of the ring and they wore it the day you first had sex. If you ever hurt such people, you will probably die or come to wish you had. Like most other rings, the finger the black stone ring is worn on is what majorly determines the interpretation it is given in a society and/or you could decide to give it whatever meaning you choose to. |

| body | Hi… It’s me again. Annarise And maybe it’s time I tell you the true story… …the one without Guns and Knives. I grew up in a town with no fences, no heights. Never dark, always bright. We had a saying, “no blood, no life.” We stood together, closer than brothers, knitted like feathers …We were the demons the heavens sealed in hell, we were the monsters every child should fear. We were death itself! *** “Jason!” “Mum! Hold on! I just started a new series!” “Get your ass down here now and drop that damn laptop!!!” Oh shit! Okay guys, that’s my Mum―Actually… my foster mum. Our relationship is really complicated and right now is not the time to hint you. I need to go… P.S, everything I wrote before now is all a lie. I’m just a shitty teen who loves to bully the toothless girl next door. But who cares? What better way there is to start my story if not with lies? |

| title | Are the best gifts really the most expensive ones? |
| body | Buying a gift for someone can be the easiest at the same time most daunting task you'll ever have to carry out. There are several reasons that influence your choice of gift like, the occasion, the age of the individual, lifestyle or personality type and above all else, your relationship with the person. Some events have themes or staple gifts, gifts that have always been associated with the occasion. For instance, wedding anniversaries! Every year has a gift theme and that helpfully narrows down the choices. When faced with the ultimate goal of getting the perfect gift, most people lean towards getting the priciest item they can buy. However, after considering the factors mentioned earlier, the gift choices you end up with may have large price tags. This happens most often when the person receiving the gift means a whole lot to you and in few cases has expensive taste or is a big fan of luxurious items. Your relationship with the person receiving the gift can influence how expensive it should be. Getting a gift for someone that you're not really close to or barely know can prove to be a really tricky task and most people opt for pricey gifts in this case. If you have a close relationship with someone though, you can usually conceive a lot of great gift ideas for them that are relatively inexpensive. Your closeness to the person receiving the gift also increases the amount of affection that goes into selecting the gift. Your knowledge of the individual easily helps you to get amazing gifts that don't have to leave your wallet shrunken. Are the best gifts the most expensive ones? Not always. It all falls back to who is on the receiving end. You could spend a lot on a really expensive budget-bending gift and it would not be as appreciated as something that costs way less. Usability and durability is another thing that makes a gift perfect. The quality of the gift is determined by how much the receiver will appreciate it, which is why it's safer to get someone a gift that they've wanted for a long time but don't have the time or money to get. A common misconception is that all gifts have to be bought. That is quite untrue because when it comes to giving, the thoughtfulness behind the gift is the most important thing to consider. A gift may not have to be bought, it could be created and that really amps the sentimentality. Knowing that it was handmade and that it took your time and concentration really pulls at the heartstrings of the person you're giving the gift. When getting someone a gift you should also consider the level of rationality. Certain expensive gifts can be highly irrational based on the receiver's personality type and lifestyle. The best gift is a product of the thoughtfulness behind it as opposed to how much it cost to get it. The best gifts always have sentimental value- expensive or not. |

| title | It can be fun to drink responsibly |
| body | It is not uncommon to find that the concept of having fun has different meanings to different people and this is usually based on lifestyle and personality type. As human beings, we have the tendency to overdo a lot of things. One way or another in our daily activities we end up being guilty of occasionally eating too much, being too hard on ourselves, playing too much and sometimes even drinking too much. It's a common saying that too much of a good thing can make it have a bad effect on you eventually. This has become all too apparent in the amount of alcohol consumption globally. It has gotten so bad that some people don't believe they're having fun unless they're getting wasted (incoherently drunk). Meeting up with friends for a few drinks, chitchat and jokes is slowly becoming described as prudish behaviour. It is totally normal to want to have fun and relax with a drink in hand but, when most people hear the phrase "drink responsibly" they think it means having a very small amount of an alcoholic beverage. However, it simply implies that you should drink to an extent at which your body can tolerate the alcohol without making you lose your wits. Drinking so much that you lose sensibility is an embarrassing thing to experience and it can also be a bother to whoever you're going out with as they may have to take care of you while you're drunk or blacked out. Alcoholic drinks are usually consumed for relaxation, celebration and the occasional treat. When drunk and out of it, you pose a serious danger to yourself as well as others around you. You can easily harm yourself and if you're driving or going long distance from the place where you got drunk, it would be considerably worse if you have no memory of your actions leading up to where you find yourself the next day or the preceding events. Staying safe should be your number one priority when drinking, and not drinking responsibly directly contradicts that because not only are you barely conscious of the 'fun' you're experiencing, you can end up seriously hurt. Even in the comfort of your own home, it is advisable that you keep the alcohol consumption to a minimum. Having just a few drinks doesn't mean you're a prude neither does it mean you don't know how to have fun. It just shows that you choose credibility over mindless frivolity. It can be fun to drink responsibly. Have a good laugh. Get slightly buzzed. That's a better way to spend time than indulging in consumption of what will leave you with not only a terrible hangover but also some health issues in the long run. Drinking responsibly is the best way to have fun while consuming alcoholic beverages. |

| title | 10 Resource Allocation Tips for Managers |
| body | Resource allocation can also be referred to as a plan, which you may develop using the resources that are available at your disposal during a project. Resource allocation, also known as the plan is a short-term goal roadmap set in place to achieve future goals. There are diverse resources available ranging from the individuals you work with to the equipment that are being used to complete tasks to the materials and other supplies you need to even the site where you’re working on the project all fall under the umbrella of resources. We have compiled a list of the top 10 tips to guide you when it comes to allocating resources as a project manager. 1. Scope Before your resources can be allocated or managed, it is best to already know the scope of the project you will be working on. Be it a wide or streamlined project, or be it for long-term or short-term goals. Those questions need to be answered, in order to guide you through determining what resources you may need for the project, and in what quantity, to get an efficient result at the end of the project. A clear project scope allows you the chance to best figure out how best it will be for you to allocate the resources required for the particular project. So before any single resource is allocated, ensure that as the project manager, you already have the full and clear picture of the project, prior to its commencement. 2. Resources So once you have gotten the full and clear picture of the project, then you must already know the objective of the project, the necessary tasks needed to be completed in order to achieve that result needed at the end of the project, and within the stipulated time for the project. All these must also fill within the approved budget and the combination of these will lead you directly to the resources you may be needing for this project. Although, this also doesn’t mean the pool of resources will suddenly be unlimited, as we know resources are always in limited quantity. As a project manager, you will need to first determine the resources currently available to you, and what other resources you may need to employ or/and equipment you may need to purchase or that are already available for the project. And finally, the location where every task of the project will be performed, if it is currently available or not. These resources need to be readily available before they can be located in the necessary sector of the project. Ensure you have a list of the resources needed, and ensure they fall within the stipulated budget of the product, in order to ensure the success of the project within the stipulated time. 3. Procrastination As a project manager, you are responsible for the project. You have a reputation to keep and you have a plan to strictly follow. As a project manager, you are in charge of the team, the resources, and their allocation, and you need to ensure everything stays on track, while still preparing for some issues that may tend to come up during a project. Talking about issues that may come up during a project, resources will surely need to be reallocated, after it has been originally allocated by the project manager. This is inevitable as it may even work best for the project. Resources reallocation helps make the project better as the resources are located more evenly and to be more effective. Researches done during the project shows the deficient sector and what they lack, and also identifies the input of every individual participating in the project. When managing a project, set up a resource plan and find a solution to every red flag warning that may pop up during the course of the project. It is the job of the project manager to foresee and prepare for anything that may pop up in the future, that may hinder the progress of the project as a whole. 4. Thinking It is bad to be too focused, and it is also bad to be a little less focused. As a project manager, it is best to not stay too focused on the process. Try to raise your head up from the project plan and try to face what is actually happening in the project. This means going deep into the activities of every section of the project while also checking your estimates against actual progress in the project as they are both crucial to the success of the project. Keeping your head away from the plan means you need to know the current state of every section of your project. A project manager must always be aware of the state of his resources in a project. The team’s schedule; any one of them taking a sick leave, any one of them going on vacation, and the likes. Also, details like when the lease of an equipment may expire, what equipment need to be renewed and the like. Do not let any of these detail slip past you as it could cost you the whole project, or maybe a better half of it. Be available in the project as alone, not just in few sections. Keep track of everything so you will be on top of every issue that may arise. 5. Time Timing. Timing is important as it plays a major role in determining the success of your project. As a project manager, it is always best to keep a close eye on the time, how efficiently is your team working and how effective are the tools being used. It is always best for every task in the project to be time conscious and a day’s job doesn’t get completed only after a week. There are various methods to improve your time tracking in a project. Keeping track means you must keep track of your team’s workload as a whole, in a project. Doing this will require the best and most effective tool, in order to get real-time data that can be collected in a manner where you can see and schedule ahead whenever you may need to. There are tools that can easily help you estimate whether your resources are properly allocated or not. And if not, you can easily reschedule them. This can easily help you balance the workload and run a more efficient project. 6. Tools Still, on the topic of tools, there are various project management software that may serve as a great asset to managing your projects and ensuring their productivity. With an online project management tool, you must get project data instantly updated and in real time. A good project management software should be able to help you see where your resources are allocated to, across a calendar that is color-coded in order to help you note whether these tasks are on- or off-task, on vacation or sick leave. You should be able to easily reschedule a team member who is overtasked or may not be available due to an emergency. You should also be able to receive notifications and modify them, so when a task is running late, you will be alerted ahead of time for you to be able to get on top of it before it becomes a problem. Email notifications can also be automated to keep members of your team on a schedule without mismanaging them. ] 7. Over-allocation Most managers tend to unconsciously over-allocate, and this may be due to poor planning or the inability of the project manager to say no to certain requests. This never helps the project. Over-allocation can lead to the burnout of the team as the project would have exceeded its time limit and budget. Honestly ask yourself if you actually do this, and if so, try to work towards avoiding it. Be vigilant and get the better of it. In a long run, if this bad habit isn’t stopped, it might ruin the reputation of the project manager as team burnout will always lead to failed projects. Don’t expect so much from your resources, and always go back to re-examine your plan and resources. Ensure they are allocated evenly and effectively. 8. Be Realistic Being realistic may yet still be the best quality of a good project manager. As much as you may want to hope for the best, a project manager should never turn a blind eye to any leak in his project plan. It is a very good practice to be prepared for issues that might arise in your project, as you wouldn’t want to monopolize resources by adding too many people or days to your already made schedule. Always remember to compare your estimate to your actual utilization. And remember that using a tool can improve your efficiency as a project manager. 9. Routine Being a project manager is a structured role. Everything is already laid out and you must make it your routine. You plan, you execute and you monitor. It is only normal when things like allocating resources may fall off track, but it is still your job to ensure they don’t. So, therefore, have a regular routine for check-ins and the likes, maybe a specific day or time of the week, and have a routine for going through your resources, update your project management tool and ensure everything is going smoothly. You can also always talk to your team member from time to time, to understand everything going on in every section of the project. 10. Understand Your Resources You can't control what you don't understand. Understand the skills and requirement for every resource that you have tasked in order to support the project. Understand your team members and know every single one of their abilities. Organise their skills the best possible way to produce an effective and efficient team effort. Most project managers may already have this from when recruiting the team members, but always remember to update it and look to making some effective change from time to time. |

Email notifications can also be automated to keep members of your team on a schedule without mismanaging them. ]\n7. Over-allocation\nMost managers tend to unconsciously over-allocate, and this may be due to poor planning or the inability of the project manager to say no to certain requests. This never helps the project. Over-allocation can lead to the burnout of the team as the project would have exceeded its time limit and budget. \n\nHonestly ask yourself if you actually do this, and if so, try to work towards avoiding it. Be vigilant and get the better of it. In a long run, if this bad habit isn’t stopped, it might ruin the reputation of the project manager as team burnout will always lead to failed projects. \nDon’t expect so much from your resources, and always go back to re-examine your plan and resources. Ensure they are allocated evenly and effectively. \n8. Be Realistic\nBeing realistic may yet still be the best quality of a good project manager. As much as you may want to hope for the best, a project manager should never turn a blind eye to any leak in his project plan. It is a very good practice to be prepared for issues that might arise in your project, as you wouldn’t want to monopolize resources by adding too many people or days to your already made schedule.\nAlways remember to compare your estimate to your actual utilization. And remember that using a tool can improve your efficiency as a project manager. \n9. Routine\nBeing a project manager is a structured role. Everything is already laid out and you must make it your routine. You plan, you execute and you monitor. It is only normal when things like allocating resources may fall off track, but it is still your job to ensure they don’t. \nSo, therefore, have a regular routine for check-ins and the likes, maybe a specific day or time of the week, and have a routine for going through your resources, update your project management tool and ensure everything is going smoothly. \nYou can also always talk to your team member from time to time, to understand everything going on in every section of the project. \n10. Understand Your Resources\nYou can't control what you don't understand. Understand the skills and requirement for every resource that you have tasked in order to support the project. \n\nUnderstand your team members and know every single one of their abilities. Organise their skills the best possible way to produce an effective and efficient team effort. \n\nMost project managers may already have this from when recruiting the team members, but always remember to update it and look to making some effective change from time to time.",
