But as a good Venezuelan always looking for a source that would keep me above the economic crisis Venezuela has suffered for many years, I found something that I liked, to have my own travel agency, and to take advantage of my fruitful human capital. So evaluate the Pro and Contra, guess what?, Won the Pro!. La meta siempre es llegar a ser Empresario, o por lo menos es la mía, además de  poder alcanzar la libertad financiera. \n\n También tenemos a las personas que van a optar por un empleo, no creas que por ejercer tu profesión no te vendes, es decir, para ser empleado tuviste que enviar tu resumen curricular, en éste escribes sobre tus habilidades, cursos y experiencia laboral que hayas tenido, y si no tienes ninguna tienes que esforzarte por crecer más de forma intelectual y social. En éste papel, te estas vendiendo, estas mostrando ante una empresa tu materia prima, lista para ser explotada y mejorada. Te guste o no, estas vendiéndote. \n\nActualmente, tengo un año manejando mi agencia de viajes, todo lo hago desde mi hogar o en el lugar que encuentre. Esto se basa en las habilidades y con lo que te sientes mejor haciendo, ¿tienes clientes para ese servicio o producto?. \n\n*__NOTA#1:__* Recuerda que un producto es un poco más complicado de vender que un servicio, busca oferta y demanda del mismo en los últimos 5 años. Observa su crecimiento, el tiempo en el que tuvo problemas y sus proyecciones en sus próximos 5 años. Por lo general los negocios que han pasado de los 10 años, tienen grandes oportunidades de mantenerse en el mercado.  \n\nEn mi caso hace un año no tenía ninguna habilidad que no fuese números, enseñar, pasión por la ingeniería y tecnología. Pero como buena venezolana siempre buscando una fuente que me mantuviera por encima de la crisis económica que sufre desde hace muchos años Venezuela, encontré algo que  me gusto,  tener mi propia agencia de viajes, y aprovechar  mi fructífero capital humano. Así evalúe los Pro y Contra, ¿adivinen qué?, ganaron los Pro!. Así definí mi mercado: \n\n__Tipo de Negocio:__  Agencia de viajes/Turismo.  __Alcance:__ Nacional e Internacional.  __Servicios:__ Boletos aéreos, hospedaje, cruceros, seguro de viajes, alquiler de autos, paquetes turísticos. __Formas de pago:__ TDC y transferencias. \n\nEn éste caso, no me toco mucho papeleo ya que solo debes comprar tú propio centro de negocio, la Empresa fundadora se encarga de ésta parte. \n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmVPxBWWmRGcdeFZcFRrpbDDF8FJnhYrda1NrhvcNAywvB/image.png) *Segundo paso*, organizar tu cartera de clientes, con la tecnología hoy en día es imposible que no hagas esto, desde Whatsapp hasta Redes Sociales (RRSS), crear tú grupo en **Whatsapp** y crear tú imagen en **Instagram** y en **Facebook**. Ésta parte es fundamental, busca asesoramiento con un profesional en la parte de imagen y manejo de redes, sino puedes aprovechar muchos tutoriales en Youtube y buscar en la web. Publica toda tú información, conecta con tú cuenta personal, a nuestro **Cliente** le gusta saber todo sobre ti, quién eres, y si puede confiar en ti. Busca tú lema, muestra tú visión. Ejemplo:\n\n__Marca:__ WorldUpTravels, __Lema:__ Soy confianza, integridad y compromiso, __Visión:__ Llevar viajes inolvidables, únicos llenos de energía positiva para crecer y encontrarte.\n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWVsG5hUjrhAeFx1ECMPSQRj7PVratWso6zi2wTowHb83/image.png)*El tercer paso*, es el contacto con nuestro **Cliente**, aquí es importante aplicar __Dar Para Recibir__, yo le menciono como DPR, si tú fueses esa persona que esta  buscando un servicio o producto, ¿Cómo te gustaría ser atendido?, ¿Te gustaría unos Buenos Días?, ¿Qué desea?, ¿Qué le puedo ofrecer?. Las preguntas y los buenos deseos son claves en el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes. Recuerda que como empresario o como negociante, quién realmente importa es nuestro Cliente, no importa tus intereses, recuerda en ese momento el escenario es de la persona del otro lado. Lleva un control de todas tus ventas, si se te presenta un inconveniente, busca las causas que originaron ese problema, ofrece soluciones. \n\nA nuestro Cliente no le gusta recibir un \"NO\" por respuesta, o un \"NO TENEMOS\", y aunque así sea, debes agotar todo para conseguirlo y si aún así no logras encontar su requerimiento, saber responder que para la próxima garantizas tenerle lo necesario.\n\nEn mi caso, sacrifique muchos clientes al principio por no saber manejar ésta parte de cuando no se consigue lo que ellos desean. Al tomar esto en cuenta y buscar soluciones, no saben cuanto creció mi cartera. Busqué asociarme con otras agencias y trabajar en conjunto, el *feedback* aquí es impresionante, hacer relaciones con muchos contactos y grupos de trabajo es un poder muy grande. \n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmY6MhAEkrhRA65hV6tdrMJYP2GoyH4zLifoB2HacwrHmR/image.png)*El cuarto paso*, a medida que tú cartera crece debes desarrollar formatos que lleven **el control de tus actividades y requerimientos**, en ésta parte entran los CRM (*Customer Relationship Management*), identifica tus estados, fecha de venta, fecha de solicitud, proveedor, éxito de venta, agrega observaciones. Luego lleva a parte en análisis del crecimiento de tu producción, busca siempre tus ingresos, cómo va la demanda. \n\n*__NOTA#2:__* En Venezuela, actualmente es importante manejar nuestras finanzas tomando en cuenta el % de la Hiper-inflación.  Éste es un factor que debes mantener siempre presente. Recuerda que tú negocio esta basado en la TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno), de ella depende la rentabilidad de tu inversión inicial. \n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmfHzAG2eMT282cmSK61A4x7hZKMDfhDQwwSWYKEunkBi3/image.png)*Quinto paso*. __Innovar y evaluar tú competencia__, es necesario que busques cuales empresas se mueven en el mismo mercado que tú, cuales son sus fortalezas, ¿cuál es su sello?, ¿qué puedes ofrecer tú?, ¿qué te diferencia de otros?, aunque no lo creas, la __atención al cliente__ es lo que hace que las personas con mayor capital inviertan en tu negocio o no. Los Millonarios no solo manejan un concepto diferente de las finanzas, también cuidan su dinero y cuidan a su mayor capital \"las personas\", empieza a pensar como ellos, y crecerás hasta donde desees crecer. Sé atento con nuestro Cliente, sé amable y servicial. Recuerda el DPR!!\n\nPor supuesto que cada uno de estos pasos se van extendiendo a medida que evalúas más los factores y respuestas del mercado, en otra sesión de mejorar la productividad de tú negocio, desarrollare más tips y experiencias que he tenido. \n\nAcepto cualquier tipo de opiniones, es evidente que un año de experiencia es poco ante otros empresarios que llevan desde 10 años en adelante  y que tienen más de una empresa.
