| title | Harvard Researcher Thinks We "Don't Have To" Age |
| body | Professor in the Department of Genetics and co-Director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research at Harvard Medical School. He is best known for his work on understanding why we age and how to slow its effects. He obtained his Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics at the University of New South Wales, Sydney in 1995. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at M.I.T. with Dr. Leonard Guarente where he co discovered a cause of aging for yeast as well as the role of Sir2 in epigenetic changes driven by genome instability. In 1999 he was recruited to Harvard Medical School where he has been teaching aging biology and translational medicine for aging for the past 16 years. His research has been primarily focused on the sirtuins, protein-modifying enzymes that respond to changing NAD+ levels and to caloric restriction (CR) with associated interests in chromatin, energy metabolism, mitochondria, learning and memory, neurodegeneration, and cancer. The Sinclair lab was the first one to identify a role for NAD+ biosynthesis in regulation of lifespan and first showed that sirtuins are involved in CR in mammals. They first identified small molecules that activate SIRT1 such as resveratrol and studied how they improve metabolic function using a combination of genetic, enzymological, biophysical and pharmacological approaches. They recently showed that natural and synthetic activators require SIRT1 to mediate the in vivo effects in muscle and identified a structured activation domain. They demonstrated that miscommunication between the mitochondrial and nuclear genomes is a cause of age-related physiological decline and that relocalization of chromatin factors in response to DNA breaks may be a cause of aging. |

| title | How to Never Run Out of Ideas for YouTube Videos |
| body | Sometimes the hardest part of being a creator is coming up with ideas for new videos. It can cause many creators enter a slump and can even induce burnout. Luckily, there are many ways to stay on top of this, like writing down your ideas as they come, collaborating with others, or asking your community for guidance. Here are a few great tactics for never running out of ideas. Use The Video Topic Planner To Save Ideas Ideas can be fleeting. One moment, it pops into your head, and the next, it’s gone. Sometimes, unless you’ve written it down, the idea can be arduous to re-imagine. Or what if your subscribers commented with a potential video idea? Not everyone has a perfect memory, so how can you be sure you keep track of everything? That’s where TubeBuddy’s Video Topic Planner comes in. There are many ways to use this tool on YouTube and even on the go with our mobile app. The main way to access the Video Topic Planner is by clicking on the TB menu next to the upload button on YouTube. Under Extension Tools, select the Video Topic Planner. You’ll be able to add in new topics, edit them, mark them as completed or delete them. And if you use the TubeBuddy mobile app, all of your notes from the app transfer over to PC and vice versa. This is a great way to quickly record ideas whenever they come. Alternatively, you can use the Video Topic Planner through Keyword Explorer. While researching keywords, you might stumble across noteworthy tags that you want to save for later. Using the Keyword Explorer, click on the list under Action and select Add to Topic Planner. It’s a simple yet efficient way to stay on top of your plans for future videos. And in the Related box, there is an option to select Video Topics that can provide you with even more potential ideas. Ask for Suggestions It’s okay to ask your community for guidance. There are plenty of people who would love to send their ideas your way. Remember that your viewers may not understand the YT algorithm, so while their ideas may benefit the community, the content might not appeal to a wider audience. Keep that in mind as it can help you determine whether your next video is going to be either a hero, hub, or help content. The Video Topic Planner can also come in handy here since you can readily save your viewer’s suggestions right on the comment page. Under each comment is the TB logo, click on it, and then you can check the box to mark it as a Comment Suggestion. Look To Your Competitors No matter what niche you’re in, there will always be competition. However, you can use this to your benefit by staying updated with what they’re creating. If you have a TubeBuddy Legend License, you’ll be able to use Competitor Alerts. This is a convenient way to be updated via emails, text, or through TubeBuddy notifications every time your competitor uploads a new video. Another option is to use the Brand Alerts tool. Not only can you set up alerts for your competition, but you can choose any term you want and monitor who’s making videos about it. Use Suggested Tags To See Which Tags Are Getting You Views By looking at our Suggested Tags tool, you can check whether your video is ranking for tags you may not have originally included. These words could have been used in the title and description, or are tags used by similar top ranking videos. You can see how many views you’ve received from these search terms and this can be a great way to determine whether you should make another video on the same topic or not. Suggested Tags can be found in two locations: on the Video Edit Screen and on the video Upload page. It’s important to keep track of every idea that comes to mind as best as you can. Whether that’s through your phone, computer, or on a piece of paper. Save your plans, and even if you think it’s lousy, keep it in the Video Topic Planner. You never know if you might use it later on or if it might inspire you to a new idea. And remember, if you are ever in a situation where you feel burnt out, it’s okay to take a break. https://bit.ly/toptoolgrowyoutubechannel |

| title | Why Robinhood Isn't Listing SHIBA INU Any Time Soon |
| body | Robinhood users may face a long wait before SHIBA INU is listed, the company's chief operating officer has suggested. Christine Brown suggested that the trading platform is adopting a different approach to Coinbase, which has said its goal "is to list *every* asset where it is legal to do so." More than 525,000 people have signed a petition that urges Robinhood to list SHIB. But speaking during a live event held by Decrypt and Yahoo! Finance, Brown said: "Our strategy is a little bit different than a lot of the other players out there who are just racing to list as many assets as possible right now. We think that the short-term gain we might get is not worth the long-term trade off for our users." And stressing that the company has adopted a "safety first" approach, the executive added Robinhood aims to assess everything from a regulatory perspective, too. But striking a positive note about SHIBA INU, Brown told the Crypto Goes Mainstream conference: "One of my favorite things is seeing the community around these coins really engage with us and let us know what they want." Listen to the CoinMarketRecap podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Google Podcasts What This Means It's a bit unusual that Dogecoin somehow fits Robinhood's criteria, but SHIBA INU doesn't. And while SHIB is in danger of retracing sharply after October's bull run — following in the pawprints of DOGE, which plunged 66% after hitting an all-time high of $0.73 in May — this approach also means that the trading app may be shooting itself in the foot. The mania surrounding Dogecoin had vastly enriched Robinhood's financials. In the second quarter of 2021, the joke coin accounted for 62% of the company's crypto-related revenues. Robinhood went on to warn that its business could be hurt "if the markets for Dogecoin deteriorate or if the price of Dogecoin declines." This warning ended up being particularly prescient. Painful results for the third quarter of 2021 exposed a 78% plunge in crypto revenues, and this was directly linked to a reversal in DOGE's fortunes. But Robinhood's reticence to list SHIBA INU, like Coinbase, means that it's potentially missed out on millions of dollars in revenue — all while prompting its customers to take their business elsewhere. In other developments, Brown revealed that 1.6 million people are now on the waiting list for Robinhood's crypto wallet. It's due to be launched early next year. |

| title | 20 MILLION Scanned Coinbase QR Code in 60 Seconds |
| body | Coinbase has revealed that its Super Bowl advert delivered 20 million hits to its landing page in a single minute — far more than its engineering teams had anticipated. The exchange sparked intrigue in its 60-second spot with a QR code that was bouncing around on the screen, prompting many viewers to scan it with their phones. Although Coinbase had been prepared to handle millions of simultaneous hits, chief marketing officer Kate Rouch said "the volume we experienced was astounding in comparison to our projections." Describing the traffic as "historic and unprecedented," she added: "We also saw engagement that was six times higher than our previous benchmarks. Understandably, this volume led to us temporarily throttling our systems. Hats off to our engineering team for getting the site back online so swiftly, and allowing us to welcome more people to the cryptoeconomy." Coinbase's innovative approach to advertising has attracted praise — not least from Adweek, which described it as the best ad on the night. Several companies also took it upon themselves to create their own versions — including its rival FTX. Rouch said: "Crypto has a loyal community who communicate in memes, so it was important to me personally to see that the community had fun with this moment." She went on to explain that the ad was inspired by "the curiosity and intimidation we know many people have about crypto" — and intended to be "surprising, confounding and delightful": "We wanted to pique their interest by doing something different, something that’s never been done in the history of Super Bowl advertising — a playful, low production nod to a popular Internet meme that invites action and discussion both in the living room, and on social media." | title | Why Affiliate Marketing Is the Best Way to Start an Online Business |
| body | If you've educated yourself enough with the information available to us via the internet, then you should have realized by now that your pursuit of a career in the corporate ladder is futile at best. Basically, the idea is to start as an intern, then a regular employee, then move up to a supervisory and/or managerial position and finally up to the executive levels of the corporate business that you're in. Personally, I have nothing against this kind of aspiration as I too once dreamt of such things myself; however, the toll it takes to get to EXACTLY where you want to be could at least take 30 years; 20 if you're exceptionally good at it. The problem is we all can't be exceptional and aside from the fierce competition in play, you'll also have to face the insurmountable amount of bureaucracy, racism, favoritism, gender inequalities and other negative things in order to literally move up the ladder. The trade-off is not an ideal payoff even from an optimistically assessed standpoint. Therefore I would advocate that you start your own business and the cheapest way to do it is by building an affiliate marketing blog or website. Click here to lear more about Affiliate Marketing https://bit.ly/BURNEDBellyFat Defining Affiliate Marketing Affiliate marketing is an easy income-generating business method where you take the role of the promoter and help the manufacturers and sellers connect with the end consumers. It should be clear that whether you take a passive or active role in this business, you are by no means the originator or creator of the products/services you promote. But you will get a small portion of the sales as compensation nevertheless. It's basically a 3-way relationship between you, the seller and the customer. What Affiliate Marketing is NOT If you get an unsolicited email inviting you to join an affiliate network and it's asking for an upfront payment, then you definitely have to scrutinize them and find out whether or not they're scam or legit. Go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and find out about the company, if you can't find any, then go to affiliate marketing forums and discussion boards. They would know a lot about these scam sites as news spreads fast in social media and forums. Another thing to look for is if these people are selling you unrelated products or something that you will never be able to use, like the $350 "Secrets to Affiliate Marketing Success" book or some other catchy titles; although a few are genuine but they don't charge you that high. The truth is you can learn basic affiliate marketing from top ranking websites and blogs. In fact, they can teach you more useful information than all those specialized books and DVDs that other people are selling. Becoming an affiliate is free when you sign up to affiliate marketing programs and the only thing that will really cost you money is web hosting, which is around $70 - $100 a year for your affiliate marketing blog. A few other expenses may include a unique website/blog logo (optional), your electric bill; hire a blog writer (optional because you can write the blogs yourself) and probably paid advertising to promote your website or blog (optional). Types of Affiliate Marketing What's interesting about affiliate marketing is that you can earn commissions in more ways than most people think. Allow me to explain the 3 different types of affiliate marketing and how you can earn through them. 1. Unattached Affiliate Marketing - This type of affiliate marketing will not require too much work from you, you don't even have to setup an affiliate marketing blog like those for Amazon Affiliate Programs. This is more like a PPC marketing (pay-per-click) where you just show affiliate ads on sites that allow this kind of marketing and then get a commission for each click through that web users make on the ads. 2. Related Affiliate Marketing - This type of marketing is where you are required to have some level of involvement and this is where you create an affiliate marketing blog or website and always show affiliate links on almost all of your website/blog pages. You also earn a commission for each time a web user clicks through the affiliate links. 3. Involved Affiliate Marketing - This kind of marketing may require you to actually use the products/services before you write a review about them and you should be able to write a more comprehensive and honest reviews. You can choose from these 3 types of affiliate marketing methods, but most affiliate marketing programs uses the Type 2 affiliate marketing, which has some level of involvement and online presence from your end. Putting the Cogs and Wheels Together Now that you have an idea of what affiliate marketing is all about and what its common pitfalls are, you are ready to start your journey to financial freedom and a wealthy lifestyle! Affiliate marketing is just like any other type of business and you'll have to plan a strategy months or even years ahead before you begin, so I will give you the basic strategy of how to become an affiliate marketer, signing up for affiliate programs, setting up your affiliate marketing blog and all the other important details about it. Steps to become an affiliate marketer: 1. Decide what niche topic you want to use for your blog or website. It's better to write reviews or general information about products/services that you're passionate about, because you will write better articles for them compared to those that you don't like. For instance, if you're mad about crochet or kids bicycles, then that is the niche you should pick for your blog! Affiliate programs have a huge inventory of items for sale and they do include crochets and bicycles for a fact. If you're more of the business-minded individual and you think you can write just about on anything, then by all means pick the niche that's most profitable among the lot. 2. Create your website and purchase a cheap but reliable web hosting. You don't need a web designer to build a website or a blog. You can use WordPress, Weebly, Web.com, Blogger, eHost and others to do that. Using their user-friendly "click & drag" features you can create your blog/website in 5 - 10 minutes! 3. Learn basic SEO and use it on your blog or website. Search engine optimization or SEO is a very good marketing strategy to allow your website to be known throughout the entire internet or at least the majority of it. If your website is easier to find in search engines, then it is more convenient for people to visit it, and more visitors means more money for you. 4. Learn social media marketing to extend your presence online. In reality social media marketing or SMM is also a part of the grand scheme of SEO and without it, your SEO campaign would not be as successful as you'd expect it to be. There are literally billions of people hanging around the web on a daily basis and much of them are in social media sites. It would be a logical choice to get visitors there for your website and increase your income potential. 5. Learn about paid advertising and consider it deeply on whether you need to use it or not. Paid ads help because they target the right kind of people who are already looking for products that you promote. Meaning there is a good chance that they will buy. Wouldn't you want them to buy products through your affiliate links? I would! 6. Start filling up your website with content. In case you plan to write boring and unimpressive blogs and articles, then I'd advise you to no longer continue in your pursuit of creating an affiliate marketing blog, because I promise you people will not want to read your blogs or visit your site. Write articles that will impress you first. This will let you know whether or not people will want to read about what you have to say. If you can find an extremely critical person to judge your writing, then that would be better as it will help you greatly improve on your writing style. Reader engagement is absolute in affiliate marketing. It will determine your income capacity, so do your best in writing content for your site above all else. How you earn in affiliate marketing: • The manufacturer/seller signs a partnership deal with the affiliate network or program and in turn, when you sign up with the affiliate network as an affiliate, the partner affiliate network will give you a small percentage share on every item you helped sold. • You'll need to embed or display affiliate links on your website or affiliate marketing blog about the products you're promoting. The purpose of these links is to guide your blog readers to the seller's webpage (which is usually in the affiliate network's site) so that they can make purchases of the items they like. • The percentage commission on each sale range from 1% - 10% (some give more than 10% but rarely) and this is how you generate income. For example, a web user happens by your blog about coffee machines and he/she read your blog review or informative article. The reader was impressed by your blog and decided to click on the affiliate link, then make a purchase of 1 coffee machine worth $350. If the affiliate network allowed 7% of that amount to be your commission, therefore your income for that sale alone will be $24.50. • You may notice that $24.50 is a small amount and not enough to convince you to become an affiliate; however, if you were able to bring 10,000 visitors to your blog in the span of 30 days and about 4,382 people bought coffee machines for themselves, then your income for that particular month should be $107,359! If you're able to bring as much visitors to your website on a regular basis, then you can bet that your monthly income should be around these numbers. Now you can appreciate the value that SEO and SMM can do for your affiliate marketing business. How Much can you Make? The straight answer to this question is... there is NO LIMIT to how much you can earn. The website called Pickmyshaver.com around October or November 2013 and then 8 months later its regular monthly income became $8,446! If it had continued as is it would earn over $50,000 a month by now, except that it was purchased in Flippa by an anonymous buyer for $60,100 around June 2014. That's just 1 website and I'm pretty sure on your best day you can manage 2 - 3 sites for affiliate marketing. At this point I will let you use your imagination as to how much you can earn; or is it how hard you desire to earn. It's entirely up to you. I am confident that this article should help you get started in creating your own affiliate marketing blog and earn not just money, but your freedom from the everyday worries of life. Once you start earning over $8,000 a month, then you can buy more time to spend it with the people that matters to you most - your family. I wish you all the best and don't forget to drop a comment below and tell me how affiliate marketing has changed your life like it has changed mine. | title | What Is Ketogenic Diet / Keto Diet Weight Loss / Low Carb Foods |
| body | The energy that living things produce is produced by three types of molecules: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Here carbohydrates, ie. Glucose is the priority, usually energy is generated by this method, but the ketogenic diet only reverses it and the energy generated by the oxidation of fat cells results in our body starting to lose fat faster and in our blood the insulin level is low. , so it is very safe in diabetics, can not increase insulin spikes. The main source of energy for all of us is carbohydrates. Once carbohydrates are broken down in the body, glucose is formed and the oxidation of glucose gives us energy. Excess glucose is stored in the form of glycogen in both muscles and body tissues, then used by the body, the next energy level is fat cells, then fat cells are used for energy and oxidation is processed in the liver. In this state the body's metabolism is shifted by the brain, too much fat oxidation and this continuous process of fat oxidation and this process is also called ketosis because that's where ketone bodies are formed and this stage is called the keto state. The metabolic framework of the body changes in the body, this is known as ketosis and during this digestion ketone bodies are formed in the liver and are the main source of vitality. Fat cells burn faster and weight loss is faster during this phase, but we must take certain precautions during the keto phase because some of its effects are also visible. ketosis Ketosis is a metabolic disease: it doesn't change completely immediately, it takes some time between 1 and 4 weeks after gradually changing metabolic conditions. First, the state of glucose is released from the stomach, where new enzymes are formed that metabolize fat cells through the liver and thereby obtain energy.
