Si estás en busca de una receta rápida con pocos ingredientes, entonces vas a amarlo. A continuación te enseñamos a prepararlo paso a paso, ¡verás qué bueno queda! Ingredientes 600 ml de leche 4 huevos 200 g de harina de arroz 120 g de mantequilla canela en polvo o azúcar glas (opcional) (Puedes sustituir la harina de arroz por cualquier otra que tengas en casa, o agregar ingredientes como vainilla, ralladura de limón o almendras) Preparación Bate los huevos en un tazón y agrega poco a poco la mantequilla derretida. A continuación añade la leche e incorpora bien, antes de añadir poco a poco ha harina de arroz tamizada. Vierte la masa en un molde grande para tarta o en pequeños moldes de cupcake para un postrecito fácil de llevar a todos lados. Hornea a 180° C durante 30 minutos, o hasta que piques la tarta con un cuchillo y salga limpio. Deja enfriar y espolvorea con canela o azúcar glas al gusto. Una vez que el agua esté hirviendo poner los camarones y cocinar por 5 minutos. Sacar nuevamente los camarones del agua y reservar el caldo. Empezaremos este rico ceviche de camarón ecuatoriano poniendo los camarones en una cazuela de agua hirviendo con sal, y dejándolos hervir por 5 minutos. Hay que poner el camarón cuando el agua está hirviendo. Es recomendable que para sacar el camarón del agua hirviendo usemos un colador como se ve en la foto. Al sacar los camarones hay que colocarlos inmediatamente en hielo para cortar la cocción. Adicionalmente pelar la cebolla y cortarla en medias lunas delgadas para lavarlas en agua con sal y azúcar. Exprima los 4 limones y reserve el jugo. Pele los tomates, remueva todas las semillas y píquelos en cuadraditos. Mezcle los tomates y el jugo de limón con la cebolla ya cortada y añada la mostaza, la salsa de tomate, el cilantro finamente picado, sal, pimiento y el aceite. Mezcle muy bien. A este mezcla debe añadir un poco del caldo del camarón (a su elección), y cuando todo esté frío incluya los camarones y mezcle nuevamente. Acompañe su ceviche con canguil, chifles, tostado o incluso arroz. Con esta sencilla receta podrá disfrutar de este delicioso plato cuando y donde usted quiera, siempre que logre conseguir los ingredientes frescos. Puede añadir pescado cocinado, conchas frescas en su jugo y muchos mariscos más.
