      "body": "دئبت دوما على كتابة المقالات التقنية ,, فأنا محب للتطور و التكنولوجيا ,, أحب أن اتعلم الجديد ,, أجدها من أكثر الأشياء الممتعه في هذه الحياة ,, فإمتاع العقول بالثقافة و العلوم لا تقل بأي حال من الأحوال عن غيرها من سبل الاستمتاع بالحياة ,,  في يوم من الأيام , في بدايات حياتي الجامعية ,, قرأت مقالة قصيرة و لكن سرعان ماغيرت هذه المقالة الكثير في طريقة تفكيري ,, و تحويل الكثير منها إلى الإيجابية ,, بل و الاهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيره (في عيون الكثير ) \n\n![Butterfly-Effect-earth.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVob9CTH6sj3TDauJGAqCJhDsQSSZJGyY9sZJre5Mn5RG/Butterfly-Effect-earth.jpg)\n\nو حتى لا أطيل عليكم ,, \nسأتكلم عن مبدئ مهم ,, قد يغير حياتك إلى الأبد ,, \n\nماهي نظرية تأثير الفراشة ؟\n\nالفراشة حشرة معروفة بضعفها و ربما  يستصغر الكثير من الناس تأثيرها في الحياة ,, و بدون الدخول في عالم الحشرات  و الكثير من تفاصيله الممتعه و الدالة على الخالق عز و جل ,,  فان النظرية تتحدث ببساطة أن كثير من الأفعال الصغيره جدا في عيون أصحابها قد تؤدي على تأثيرات عظيمة  لا يعلم مداها إلى الله سبحانه و تعالى ,,\n\nعلى سبيل المثال ,, ألم يحدث معك أو لك أن قابلت صديقا قديما  لم تقابله منذ سنوات ؟  و ثم يفاجئك بكلمات بسيطة قلتها له غيرت حياته بالكامل ؟؟  سواءا نصيحة لتغيير نمط حياة او فتح عينيه على شيء ربما لم يره ,, مجرد كلمات خرجت من اللب و دخلت مباشرة الى عقله و قلبه ,,, جعلته يعيد تقييم حياته تماما ,, دعلته يتخذ قرارات غيرت مجرى حياته بالكامل !! \n\nو بالطبع الأفعال الصغيره في نظر أصحابها و تأثيرها العظيم ليس فقط على  على الجانب الايجابي و لكن كذلك لها تاثيراتها السلبي ,, فديننا الحنيف يحث دائما على سن السنن الحسنة و الحذر كل الحذر من خلافها ,,\n\nو يمكنك تطبيق تأثير الفراشة على كل مجالات الحياة ... \n\nالخلاصة :\nكن متفائلا دوما ,, لا تصتسغر اي فعل صغير في عينك حتى لو كلمة , نصيحه , فعل بسيط ,, حتى لو لم تشعر ان لها فائده حسب تفكيرك ,,  و في يوم من الأيام ستجد نتيجة افعالك ,,, و تحصد ما زرعت ,,, فالبذرة الصغيره قد تنبت الشجرة العظيمة ...\n\nشاركونا تجاربكم ,, و أراءكم ,,\n\nدمتم بود.",

      "body": "First of all, we have to over view the Idea and Revolution behind the (ICO) i.e Initial Coin Offering , which derived basically from (IPO) i.e Initial Public Offering ( which is known to the stakes market ) , such an brilliant  idea that saved alot of time and effort and headache to the companies and startups and the most important they almost have no obligations towards the purchaser , only a promise that this Tokens can be used later on , in (The Future use there services using this Tokens ) and this is exactly what meant by Utility Tokens which is  boomed in 2017 collecting more than 3$ Billion   \n\nand to make it simple lets explain about them :\n\n1- Utility Token :\n\nwhich is almost 99% of today's tokens are , as said earlier its only used to buy a service that has been promised by the start-up or the project to provide , if for any reason this company fails to provide that kind of services then unfortunately your tokens will have no value at all , and most of the token values has been gaining there value from a pure speculative point of view ((mostly )) and at some point the demand will increase as well as the value of cores .\n\n2- Security tokens : \n\nSimply ( in my opinion ) it's the future , it's a perfect mix between the new revolution tech. IOV ( Internet Of Value , i.e Crypto-currency )  - later on i will wright about this specific terms - And the old style Stakes which is have the real value (over the Utility tokens ) , and let's try to briefly mention why i believe so :\n\n         A- It's exactly same if you have a company shares (( you simply one of the owners ))\n         B- Some will give you the right to vote for major milestones in the company.\n         C- and of course you will gain from the company revenue (by getting shares )\n         D- and the most important thing that your token value will grow together with the company value (of course you have to chose wisely ) \n\nBUT\nIn Fact, the Security Tokens to gain tension for the real money and to attract the investors  need to over come some obstacles .\n\nFirst of all a secure platforms has to be built to reduce the cyber crimes, while in the same time the crypto-currency it self has to find its way out and to be fairly regulated from the authorities, which i believe Will happen SOONER OR LATER.",
