From the lecture offered by Professor @awesononso, reading through this lecture series have given me a better insight on proof of keys. To this, I will be writing based on the task given by the Professor. **1.) Explain private and public Keys in relation to custodial and non-custodial wallets.** ***Private Keys*** Private keys are simply cryptographic keys which are used in opening custodial and non-custodial wallets. Here, the private keys are used by the legitimate owners and third party intermediaries of wallet to unlock and gain access to the cryptocurrencies in the wallets. It is a key that is kept private just as the name implies. In-terms of custodial wallets, the private keys are in the custody of the intermediaries or third party (might be a broker, a bank, etc.) who takes charge, controls and can access and as well take decision on what should be done with the coins in the wallet at any time without the knowledge of the legitimate owner of the wallet. For instance, the banking system which we know is centralized, I open an account of which I have some amount of money inside, here, the bank now has the authority and control over my account to access my account as well using my money to trade or give out on loans to people who pays back with interest without my knowledge, remember, this interest payed only goes to the bank and not my account. This is exactly the relationship between private keys and custodial wallets. In terms of the non-custodial wallets, the private keys are in the custody of the legitimate owner of the wallet, it is only the legitimate owner that takes charge, control and can access and as well take decision on what should be done with the coins in the wallet at any time. For instance, in the steemit blockchain, we have wallets, these wallets are known as custodial wallet of which we have are tokens and coins stored. The rightful owner of an account only has the authority via his/her private keys to access his/her funds at any time. It is a system which is operated on a decentralized system. Here, there are no third parties or intermediaries involved. ***Public Keys*** Public keys are simply cryptographic keys used in locking coins in a wallet. These keys are open to the public and can be used to lock coins in either custodial or non-custodial wallets. When a coins is transferred to a wallet, this is the keys that translate the data and locks it in a wallet. It can be used by an intermediary or third party to lock coins in a custodial wallet or by legitimate owners of the wallet to lock coins in a non-custodial wallet. These keys cannot be used to unlock these coins from the wallet. Take for instance, I own a wallet and a transaction is made to my wallet, this key will help me to store the coins into my wallet, but if I want withdraw or access with these key, I will not be able to except I use a private key. From the above, we see that the public keys can only be used to lock funds into wallets while private can only be used to unlock funds from wallets. **2.) What do you think about the Proof of Keys Day? What precautions would you take when participating?** Proof of Keys Day as an event which helps in sensitizing the public and new users on the importance of taking control of their wallet as well as the celebration of Bitcoin Genesis block which has led to the creation of decentralized wallets is a very nice event. It is a day that will let the public know the difference between owning and taking control of your funds and other people taking control of their funds and as such will help in the growth of the cryptocurrency world. Although we have people who are still ignorant of the decentralized wallet and its usage, this will be a good platform to letting them be aware of the importance of owning a decentralized wallet and also having control over the funds at any time of their disposal. It is quite a rewarding day to be valued. To me, the precaution I will take when participating in the Proof of Keys Day is that I will be cautious enough not to miss or lose my decentralized wallet private keys because once it is lost, it cannot be recovered. **3.) Do you prefer Centralized exchanges or Decentralized wallets for storing your cryptocurrencies? Why?** In my own opinion, I prefer the decentralized wallets to centralized exchanges with these reasons: in the decentralized wallets, the owner of the wallet only has the right to access his funds but in centralized exchanges, there is tendency of fraud since the wallet can be accessed by intermediaries or third party, thus funds can be used for other things without the owners knowledge. Not only about frauding of the wallet, but also since the intermediaries are the ones who have control over the private keys of the wallet, they can go to the length of hacking the account, that is changing the wallet details of the original owner of the account so as to be able to run away with their funds without trace since there is no transparency of transaction as compared to the decentralized wallets were every transaction details can be viewed by the public. **4.) Let us assume it is Proof of Keys Day:** **a.)Transfer at least 20 Steem from your Binance wallet to your Steemit wallet.** **b.) Transfer at least 50 TRX from your Binance wallet to your TronLink wallet.** (Provide Screenshots and make sure you have your Keys). **5.) In one statement, what is the major significance of the transfers in question 4.** The major significance of the transfer in question 4 is to remind me that I have a control over my funds in my decentralized wallet via the proof of keys. |

| body | .jpeg) [image source](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRpKKDUGjyb4TgfZ3MCOUD5Cjf0X2GBUHbpMw&usqp=CAU) Am gladdened once again for yet another opportunity of this wonderful edition by the cryptoacademy. From the lecture offered by Professor @wahyunahrul, reading through this lecture series have given me a better insight on Meme tokens. To this, I will be writing based on the task given by the Professor. **1). Why Meme Tokens could be one type of cryptocurrency that will have a big impact on the cryptocurrency market in 2021?** Meme tokens which is a cryptocurrency introduced into the crypto world in 2013. It has been a cryptocurrency in the market since then without a much value of it. Just of recent, due to the support of one of the richest man in the world by name Elun Musk about Meme tokens, there has been a rapid rise and circulation of the token in the crypto market. As one of the world richest person, with his high popularity in the world, he is been followed by many, so if he supports the Meme token, this has given a green card to the rapid growth of this token because his fans will definitely want to invest in the token believing of a real sense that is a good asset to invest in. The support of these great celebrities will cause an influence to the growth and wide circulation of the token. We know very well that a man of such caliber will never invest into what is a scam, this will definitely be what his followers will have at mind and will develop an interest, thus will invest and hold the Meme token. The wide coverage and information created by this big influencers will cause the public to invest and hold more of this token in circulation thereby leading to an increase of the Meme token price and a high market capitalization and usage which will make it one type of cryptocurrency that will have a big impact on the cryptocurrency market in 2021. **2). Do you think Meme Tokens is a type of cryptocurrency that shouldn't need to be created?** Just as the name implies, Meme token is all about jokes or memes. It is just a type of token created for fun. To me, the creation of Meme token is not a mistake, it’s a creation in my opinion that has a value for some people apart from the price increase and investment made on it. There are times in life of which we are faced with problems and we become weighed down, fun moment is an alternative to overcoming this state, thus the creation of Meme token. It is aimed at building a fun-loving community. We know very well that a wide range of cryptocurrencies have been created with a lot of impacting value, the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc which have created a lot of impact in the world of cryptocurrencies and the world at large. One might think of a mere word like **“joke”** sometimes, it sounds ugly but there are certain state in a man’s life of which jokes can help manage. Try to consider a scenario where you invest when you are not in a happy mode, would you be able to concentrate in making a successful trade or investment, it’s always like hell. Meme token can be seen as a token that will not last in a long term but will always make a last longing effect on users both in the society and the cryptocurrency world. It is a token that will help in collecting emotions, actions into an easy translating format, for instance, what we have in the newspaper talks about politicians and others. Meme token is a good cryptocurrency that need to be created with it purpose of growth in value as well as the benefits it creates in the society and individual. **3). If you had to choose to invest or trade on Meme Tokens, which would you choose? Explain your choice in detail and provide strong evidence for your choice.** I would chose to invest on Meme tokens. Why I choose to invest in Meme tokens is because it is a token that has a potential value via the supporting rates of influencers. My choice is backed with the following evidence: ***Community:*** Meme tokens are built with the help of token fans community. These are the people that support and promote the usage of their favourite meme token. They can go a long way to supporting members of the community via fundraising. Since, the community token fans are ready to cohabit together to make the token has a value, with this I think, it will be a good token to invest on because I will not run at loss of it. ***Uses Cases:*** A lot of Meme tokens are not just launched into the crypto market for jokes only, some have a specific purpose for why they were created and this is one of the reason that will make many to invest on it as well as hold the Meme token for it specific purpose of creation to be achieved and thus gives it a value in the market. ***Social media Promotion:*** We know very well that most of these memes are used in the social media platform. So, meme as a token if supported by an influencer or celebrity in a positive way will always have an adverse effect on the price value of the token, thus, a more evidence to be invested on since it is widely known by the social media platforms that fans these influencers. **4). Choose a Meme Token (except Dogecoin and Shiba Inu) and do an analysis of the Meme Token with the following conditions:** For this task, the Meme token I will choose is the SAFEMOON. SAFEMOON is a meme token created by a team making up six with John Karony as the CEO, Thomas Smith as the CTO and Trevor Church as the Community manager. This token was created with the aim of ensuring safer gains and the prevention of certainties in price bubbles. It happens to be a new meme token which is community driven with a DeFi system approach that just stormed the cryptocurrency market earlier this year. It has in its few months of hitting the market made a tremendous circulation with over 2.5 million people investing on it as shown on the screen shot below via coinmarketcap: SAFEMOON is a Meme token with an increasing level in its price, ranking, market capitalization, etc. as shown below on the screen shot via coinmarketcap: With the following, fundamental analysis of the meme token, it will be good investment tool. **5). Conclusion.** With regards to the upsurge in value of the Meme tokens as compared to its past thriving rate, it can be seen that Meme token is a good token to be invested in but as a n investor, the type of Meme token you wish to invest in should and must have a good use case which will make the token last in the future times (sustainability). Its sustainability will be a factor to its growth and as such investment can be made so as not to run at loss in an investment. |

| body | [image source](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcR6swWRJrisKO5f-IvYJZU5lli2UC6ImvcIZw&usqp=CAU) Am gladdened once again for yet another opportunity of this wonderful edition by the cryptoacademy. From the lecture offered by Professor @reminiscence01, reading through this lecture series have given me a better insight on trading cryptocurrencies. To this, I will be writing based on the task given by the Professor. **1. Explain the following stating its advantages and disadvantages:** ***Spot trading*** Spot trading is a type of cryptocurrency trading that involves an investor or trader buying up an asset and holding it to make profit when the price of the asset rises. It involves a trader being able to spot a good position to buy up and hold an asset for some period of time and sell it out to make profit when the price of the asset bought rises or is in bullish. ***Advantages of Spot trading*** It allows traders to buy up asset with a minimum capital thus making profit when the price increases. In this type of trading, the trader cannot run into loss because he/she will hold the asset till whenever it rises more than the capital he/she invested so as to make profit. It allows traders to own digital assets for some period and it is easy for beginner trader to follow. ***Disadvantages of Spot trading*** It takes a longer period before a trader makes profit out of his/her investment. It requires experience of traders on the right time to buy up asset so as not to risk his/her capital. ***Margin trading*** Margin trading is a type of cryptocurrency trading that involves an investor or trader taking advantage of the market by borrowing funds from exchangers to boost its purchasing power. This purchasing power must be more than the trader’s trading capital. The trader now uses the purchasing power via the leveraging to buy larger contracts with low purchasing power to make profit. ***Advantages of Margin trading*** It helps traders with less capital to be able to trade large asset and make huge profit. It allows traders to be able to split positions with low funds via more purchasing power incurred through borrowing from exchangers. ***Disadvantages of Margin trading*** Traders can run liquidity of their account via leveraging. It needs an experience high level of trading so as to make good trading decision. ***Futures trading*** Futures trading is a type of cryptocurrency trading that involves a trader or investor being able to forecast the future price of an asset based on the swings in the movement of price of an asset. In this type of trading, investors take advantage of the bearish and the bullish movement when investing. They can buy an asset in a bearish trend anticipating a potential bullish trend of the asset to make profit and vice versa. It involves a practical knowhow on how the market trend of an asset is via the help of technical indicators and price actions of the asset. In this type of trading, investors are given the leverage (power) to be able to buy larger contracts with low capital to make profit as well as liquidity depending on the market movement of the asset. ***Advantages of Futures trading*** Larger contracts can be bought with small capital via leveraging. Much profit can be made via leveraging in a short time. Investment can be made on an asset either in a bullish or bearish market. ***Disadvantages of Futures trading*** It needs a professional understanding of price movement. It involves risk which can lead to liquidation. An in-depth studies of market trends is expected for a positive price forecast. **2. a) Explain the different types of orders in trading.** In trading, there are three types of orders namely: the market order, the pending order and the exit orders **Market Order** Market Order is a type of order that can be placed for a particular asset to be bought or sold in the current market price of the asset. It takes into consideration the current market price when executing a position. **Pending Orders** Pending order is a type of order that has to do with a trader placing a particular asset to be bought or sold at a particular price which is not the current market price, just as the name implies, the order remains pending until the market order reaches the fixed price of the asset before it is executed. Pending orders are of different types, namely: Limit orders, stop-limit order and the OCO order. ***Limit Order:*** Limit Order is a type of pending order that can be placed by a trader for a particular asset to be bought or sold by an investor or trader at a particular price he/she is willing to sell or buy. He/she must not have to follow the current price value of the asset in the market he/she wants to buy but rather makes a buy and sell order at a price level he/she is willing to. It is when the market price of the asset hits the fixed price that the order will be executed. If it does not, the order will still remain pending. ***Stop-limit Order:*** Stop-limit Order is a type of pending order that enables traders to place a limit order on a particular asset when the price of the assets gets to the stop price that was placed either a buy or sell, the order is accomplished thus the limit order is executed. But if the price of the asset does not hit the stop price, the limit order will still remain pending. ***OCO order:*** OCO Order is a type of pending order also known as ***“One Cancel the Other”*** that is not placed at the current market price of the asset. It is an order that allows traders to make more than one openings of order at the same time. Immediately when the first order is accomplished, it cancels the order and places the new order to take profit. **Exit Orders** ***Stop loss orders:*** This is an exit order that is placed by a trader to exit a position when the market goes against the prediction of the trader so as not to make more loss on his/her trading capital. ***Take profit orders:*** This is an exit order that is placed by trader to exit a position when the market goes in the direction and in line with the prediction of the trader so as to make more profit **b) How can a trader manage risk using an OCO order? (Technical example needed).** Risk management is on one of the strategies deployed by traders in averting huge losses during trading. It is a step taken by traders on the proper analysis on the trade they want to enter. To manage risk, traders have to consider placing an OCO order on the trade so as to maximize and also take profit when the price goes in consonant to their prediction and also minimize loss when the price goes against their prediction. For example, I want to enter a trade that is moving in the resistant level which actually signals a reverse in the trend of the asset to bearish trend. At that point, I can place my OCO order. Here, it can be placed as a sell limit order and as a stop-limit order. Assuming that the resistant level of an asset is $5.87 and since it is in a resistant level, it is signaling a potential reverse in the trend to bearish, the price may likely drop. Here I can place the OCO order with $4.56 as the stop-limit order and sell limit order at $5.87 to avert the risk of running at loss if my prediction is not met. If the asset gets to the $5.87, a sell order will be executed while the stop-limit order will be cancelled, but if the asset gets to the stop-limit order of $4.56, the stop-limit order will be executed while the sell order will be canceled. With this, you can see that have been able to manage the risk of running at loss using the OCO order. **3. Open a limit order on any crypto asset with a minimum of 5USDT and explain the steps followed. (Screenshots needed from any cryptocurrency exchange).** **4. Using a demo account of any trading platform, carry out a technical analysis using any indicator and open a buy/sell position on any crypto asset. The following are expected.** ***i)Why you chose the crypto asset*** Litecoin (LTC) is one of the digital currencies with a high value ranked 15 in the crypto market. I choose this asset if I buy or trade on this asset either buying it in the bearish, I will make profit from it when it rises in the bullish market. Since the crypto asset has a high market capitalization, it has a good supply rate in the market and as such people invest in it thus making the LTC to have value in the crypto market. ***ii)Why you chose the indicator and how it suits your trading style.*** I choose to use this technical indicator because it is one of the indicators that is easy to handle so as to make a good decision in investment. It indicates an overbought when the price rises more than 80 level and thus an oversold region when the price goes below the 20 level mark. From the indicator, I discovered that when the price enters the overbought region, it signals a potential reverse in the bullish trend to a bearish trend thus a good time to make a good sell entry and make profit. I also discovered that when the price of the asset enters the oversold region, it indicates a reversal in the bearish trend to a bullish trend thus a good time to buy and accumulate asset to make profit later as the value of the asset rises. This is why I choose this indicator as it suits my trading style. ***iii)Indicate the exit orders. (Screenshots required).*** |

If it does not, the order will still remain pending.\n\n***Stop-limit Order:*** Stop-limit Order is a type of pending order that enables traders to place a limit order on a particular asset when the price of the assets gets to the stop price that was placed either a buy or sell, the order is accomplished thus the limit order is executed. But if the price of the asset does not hit the stop price, the limit order will still remain pending.\n\n***OCO order:*** OCO Order is a type of pending order also known as ***“One Cancel the Other”*** that is not placed at the current market price of the asset. It is an order that allows traders to make more than one openings of order at the same time. Immediately when the first order is accomplished, it cancels the order and places the new order to take profit.\n\n**Exit Orders**\n\n***Stop loss orders:*** This is an exit order that is placed by a trader to exit a position when the market goes against the prediction of the trader so as not to make more loss on his/her trading capital.\n\n***Take profit orders:*** This is an exit order that is placed by trader to exit a position when the market goes in the direction and in line with the prediction of the trader so as to make more profit\n\n**b) How can a trader manage risk using an OCO order? (Technical example needed).**\n\nRisk management is on one of the strategies deployed by traders in averting huge losses during trading. It is a step taken by traders on the proper analysis on the trade they want to enter. \n\nTo manage risk, traders have to consider placing an OCO order on the trade so as to maximize and also take profit when the price goes in consonant to their prediction and also minimize loss when the price goes against their prediction.\n\nFor example, I want to enter a trade that is moving in the resistant level which actually signals a reverse in the trend of the asset to bearish trend. With this, you can see that have been able to manage the risk of running at loss using the OCO order.\n\n**3. Open a limit order on any crypto asset with a minimum of 5USDT and explain the steps followed. (Screenshots needed from any cryptocurrency exchange).**\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n**4. Using a demo account of any trading platform, carry out a technical analysis using any indicator and open a buy/sell position on any crypto asset. The following are expected.**\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n***i)Why you chose the crypto asset***\n\nLitecoin (LTC) is one of the digital currencies with a high value ranked 15 in the crypto market. I choose this asset if I buy or trade on this asset either buying it in the bearish, I will make profit from it when it rises in the bullish market. Since the crypto asset has a high market capitalization, it has a good supply rate in the market and as such people invest in it thus making the LTC to have value in the crypto market.\n\n***ii)Why you chose the indicator and how it suits your trading style.***\n\nI choose to use this technical indicator because it is one of the indicators that is easy to handle so as to make a good decision in investment. This is why I choose this indicator as it suits my trading style.\n\n***iii)Indicate the exit orders. (Screenshots required).***\n\n\n\n\n",

| body | [image source](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcREHrGuKgu1q8t5AhT7g9koYmjbe1lVKnadiA&usqp=CAU) Am gladdened once again for yet another opportunity of this wonderful edition by the cryptoacademy. From the lecture offered by Professor @awesononso, reading through this lecture series have given me a better insight on stability in digital currencies. To this, I will be writing based on the task given by the Professor. **1. Explain why Stability is important in Digital currencies.** When talking about stability, we are dealing with how firm or steady a thing is. When we look at digital currencies, we see that there are lots of swing highs and lows caused by the users of different digital currencies. This fluctuations or volatility in prices of this currencies which are caused by demand and supply of the digital currencies tends to affect the stability of the currencies. When there is much demand for a digital currency, we see that the price of that currency will rise, because it has a value that is why people demand for more of it, but when much of the digital currency is sold out, we see that the price of that currency will reduce and as such the value will reduce. So, for a digital currency to have a value and be demanded by many, the value must be stable so as for people to have the yearning to invest more on it. When it is of value based on its stability, people will tend to use digital currency as a good medium of exchange thereby making the populace in the crypto world to increase as well as the growth of the cryptocurrency world. Take for instance, if I make an investment on a particular asset, and at the end of that investment, I find out that I am running at loss, I will definitely not want to invest on it again because I am not gaining. But if I invest on a particular asset and at the end, I make an income or more than what I investment, I will want to invest more on it. This same is applicable in digital currency and its stability. If the price of a digital currency is not stable, people will not want to invest on it because it is now like a probability for them to either run at loss or gain. This is why stability is important in digital currencies, to make digital currencies have a proper store of value for more investment on it. **2. Do you think CBDCs would be good in the future?** CBDCs which is a digital currency owned by a particular country is a new development in the affairs of currency circulation and usage as to the new era of technology. To my own opinion on if it will be good in future, I would say yes because it will ease the delay and stress of having to belong to a particular bank before a transaction can be carried out but there is a clause when it comes to it being centralized, because there is no limit to privacy of people’s account, it is still controlled by the government. In the other hand, I think it is a nice development to making digital currency to be stable, because if the CBDCs of a particular country is in consonant with the fiat currency value of that country, it will give the digital currency stability and as such will be greatly demanded for by people for investment because it is a legal and authorized medium of exchange and thus gives it a more security when it comes to certainty of transactions. **Weigh the pros and cons in your own understanding and state your position.** **Pros of CBDCs** CBDCs allows for ease in accessing your wallet without having to pass or own an account in a particular bank. CBDCs are currencies that have been clearly approved and authorized as a legal medium of exchange. CBDCs allows for easy and faster transactions to be carried out without an intermediary as well no cost or transaction fees charged. CBDCs allows citizens to grow and be up-to-date in the thriving advanced technology that emerges the world. **Cons of CBDCs** CBDCs which operates as a centralized system delimits users to their privacy since the central bank has full control and central authority over the account. CBDCs will create a gap in the employment status of people who were working under the banking sector since transactions are carried out without intermediaries and as such will render those that were working under the banking sector jobless. CBDCs will reduce the income that would have been generated by banks over transaction charges. CBDCs will lead to a loop hole for those who are not convenient or exposed to the usage of internet or assessing of internet services since it is a currency that can only be accesses in a digital format via online. **3. Explain in your own words how Rebase Tokens work. Give an illustration.** Rebase token works just like the demand and supply principle. in demand and supply, the higher the demand, the higher the price but the higher the supoly, the lower the price and value. In rebase tokens, the more token demanded, the higher the price and if there is a drop in the demand of the token, the price will eventually suffer. Also, if there is a high demand of the token, the supply of the token will this reduce, causing a rise in the value of the token, but if the demand reduces and the supply increases, the token will be devalued. But in rebase token, as the supply reduces and the value tends to reduce, the rebase mechanism will help in circulating the token less so as for the value of the token not to drop as it should be. Take for instance, a token is traded and accumulated based on more buyers, the price will increase thus an increase in the value, but by the time the holders of the token tends to sell off their tokens, for the price value not to fall, the rebase mechanism will help in making the circulation less so that the value will still be close to or up to to what it should be. This is how rebase token works. **4. Go to the https://www.ampleforth.org/dashboard/. Check the necessary parameters and calculate the rebase %. From the lecture offered by Professor @awesononso, reading through this lecture series have given me a better insight on stability in digital currencies. To this, I will be writing based on the task given by the Professor.\n\n**1. Explain why Stability is important in Digital currencies.**\n\nWhen talking about stability, we are dealing with how firm or steady a thing is. When we look at digital currencies, we see that there are lots of swing highs and lows caused by the users of different digital currencies. This fluctuations or volatility in prices of this currencies which are caused by demand and supply of the digital currencies tends to affect the stability of the currencies.\n\nWhen there is much demand for a digital currency, we see that the price of that currency will rise, because it has a value that is why people demand for more of it, but when much of the digital currency is sold out, we see that the price of that currency will reduce and as such the value will reduce.\n\nSo, for a digital currency to have a value and be demanded by many, the value must be stable so as for people to have the yearning to invest more on it. When it is of value based on its stability, people will tend to use digital currency as a good medium of exchange thereby making the populace in the crypto world to increase as well as the growth of the cryptocurrency world.\n\nTake for instance, if I make an investment on a particular asset, and at the end of that investment, I find out that I am running at loss, I will definitely not want to invest on it again because I am not gaining. But if I invest on a particular asset and at the end, I make an income or more than what I investment, I will want to invest more on it. This same is applicable in digital currency and its stability. If the price of a digital currency is not stable, people will not want to invest on it because it is now like a probability for them to either run at loss or gain. This is why stability is important in digital currencies, to make digital currencies have a proper store of value for more investment on it.\n\n**2. Do you think CBDCs would be good in the future?**\n\nCBDCs which is a digital currency owned by a particular country is a new development in the affairs of currency circulation and usage as to the new era of technology. To my own opinion on if it will be good in future, I would say yes because it will ease the delay and stress of having to belong to a particular bank before a transaction can be carried out but there is a clause when it comes to it being centralized, because there is no limit to privacy of people’s account, it is still controlled by the government.\n\nIn the other hand, I think it is a nice development to making digital currency to be stable, because if the CBDCs of a particular country is in consonant with the fiat currency value of that country, it will give the digital currency stability and as such will be greatly demanded for by people for investment because it is a legal and authorized medium of exchange and thus gives it a more security when it comes to certainty of transactions. \n\n**Weigh the pros and cons in your own understanding and state your position.**\n\n**Pros of CBDCs**\n\nCBDCs allows for ease in accessing your wallet without having to pass or own an account in a particular bank.\n\nCBDCs are currencies that have been clearly approved and authorized as a legal medium of exchange.\n\nCBDCs allows for easy and faster transactions to be carried out without an intermediary as well no cost or transaction fees charged.\n\nCBDCs allows citizens to grow and be up-to-date in the thriving advanced technology that emerges the world.\n\n**Cons of CBDCs**\n\nCBDCs which operates as a centralized system delimits users to their privacy since the central bank has full control and central authority over the account.\n\nCBDCs will create a gap in the employment status of people who were working under the banking sector since transactions are carried out without intermediaries and as such will render those that were working under the banking sector jobless.\n\nCBDCs will reduce the income that would have been generated by banks over transaction charges.\n\nCBDCs will lead to a loop hole for those who are not convenient or exposed to the usage of internet or assessing of internet services since it is a currency that can only be accesses in a digital format via online.\n\n**3. Explain in your own words how Rebase Tokens work. Give an illustration.**\n\nRebase token works just like the demand and supply principle. in demand and supply, the higher the demand, the higher the price but the higher the supoly, the lower the price and value. But in rebase token, as the supply reduces and the value tends to reduce, the rebase mechanism will help in circulating the token less so as for the value of the token not to drop as it should be.\n\nTake for instance, a token is traded and accumulated based on more buyers, the price will increase thus an increase in the value, but by the time the holders of the token tends to sell off their tokens, for the price value not to fall, the rebase mechanism will help in making the circulation less so that the value will still be close to or up to to what it should be. This is how rebase token works.\n\n**4. Go to the https://www.ampleforth.org/dashboard/. Check the necessary parameters and calculate the rebase %. What else can you find on the page?**\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo calculate the Rebase%; from the screenshot above, the Oracle Rate = $1.022 and the Price Target = $1.061\nTherefore the Rebase % = {[(Oracle Rate - Price Target) / Price Target] x 100} / 10\nSubstituting the values; ={[(1.022 - 1.061) / 1.061] x 100} / 10\n= [(-0.039/1.061) x 100] / 10\n= (-0.0367577757 x 100) / 10\n= -3.6757775683 / 10\n= -0.36757%\n= -0.37%\n\n***Other things that can be found on the page are:***\n\n\n\n\n\n**5. Trade some tokens for at least $15 worth of USDT on Binance and explain your steps. (Give necessary Screenshots of the transaction).**\n\n\n\n\n\n",

I encourage you to continue to improve and put more effort into your presentations.\n\n* The quality of the content is \"Poor\", since you did not cover with much clarity and fluency most of the important details regarding the concepts of \"Price Action and Break-even Point\", and your example was not pointed out correctly.\n\n* You have a \"Poor\" understanding of the strategy and technique of analysis in conjunction with \"Price Action\", since, according to the step-by-step and criteria you described, you moderately covered most of the important details about them, so some of the factors are correct, but others are not.\n\n* Your answer on what type of analysis is best was well justified and valid.\n\n* In the last question, I wanted to see if the students had understood the strategy of the Price Action technique with the \"Breakeven Point\", so your performance was \"Poor\", as you did not correctly point out the breakeven point and I did not see your input on a demo account.\n\nAppreciate your efforts at Crypto Academy and look forward to seeing your next assignments.\n\n<center>\n\n\n\n</center>\n\n</div>",
