And when my father got the report about it, he started crying and I could literally see tears rolling down. My father sobbed for days, without being soothed. It made me cry too when I saw my dad crying. At that instant, he is worthy of crying, for he used to cry a lot and there was one person who cared for him, since the time he was in his mother’s womb, all the way to his adulthood. It made him cry. My Dad was on call with his Uncle one time who had been invalid for years without healing or a solution. The man was talking to him with his voice trembling and shaking and my Dad started crying. When I was a little girl I had this little mind of Girl, I was like Why is my Dad so simple and so vulnerable who can’t even control his emotions in public. My father wept outside while I watched. What was I? My father knew the effect of his actions. The tears in his eyes are a form of thanks for the fact his children are alive and healthy and everyone is there in the house.\n\n### My advice\nTo every guy out there, if you feel like crying, cry. Crying does a lot more than you think. It is a major way you express yourself, it could be a way of responding to stress, burden, pain, loss, deep joy, celebration, and peace within.
