Yo soy venezolano, y uno de los temas que me gusta publicar en mi Blog es éste en exclusivo, te invito a pasar a echar un vistazo!\n\nPor otro lado...\nEstoy de acuerdo en lo que dices con respecto al modelo económico Capitalista, todos los países con este modelo económico funcionan correctamente administrando las ganancias de las propiedades privadas tanto bienes y servicios para invertirlo en el estado y no como Venezuela que se rige bajo un  sistema Socialista en una economía mixta desequilibrada ya que existe cierto nivel de capitalismo debido a que el gobierno no se ha apoderado totalmente de la propiedad privada.\n\nCon respecto al tema de la constitución, difiero un poco debido a que hablas de una constitución que no garantiza la separación de poderes y una economía, donde se especifica que el pueblo debe ser \"DEMOCRÁTICO\"  pero ese no es el problema, no la constitución al menos...       "body": "<html>\n<p>Only a handful of people achieve true excellence in life in any field where they stand out, we can see that most people are always in total tranquility being in their respective comfort zone, which from my perspective can be dangerous for the development of an individual. Being constantly in a comfort zone and getting used to being in it makes it more difficult to leave when you find yourself in a situation where you have to leave it to be able to get ahead in whatever you are going to do.</p>\n<p>The comfort zone is a very normal environment in the human being, after all one of the functions of the brain is to guarantee the life of the subject, and for that it resorts to the emotion of fear when the subject is going to face something unknown, this is how a human being stays locked and locked in the comfort zone for years and even a whole life. As the time went by, the fear was lost and that 6-year-old boy, who was shy on the playing field, began to play more fluently.       "body": "<html>\n<p>Un cambio para Venezuela es algo necesario para que se supere la situación en la que se encuentra sumergida y se ponga en vías de desarrollo; esta es nuestra prioridad, por eso este proyecto esta con el objetivo de lograr esa meta. Día a día los venezolanos sufren de escasez, de inseguridad, y de muchos otros problemas por el mal manejo de los fondos públicos, porque no se ha sabido invertir los recursos en beneficio de los venezolanos. Miles de millones de dólares han recibido el país en los últimos 20 años por la renta petrolera, y no se ha invertido en la sociedad.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Han transcurrido 18 años con una constitución que no garantiza la separación de poderes y un modelo económico que beneficia a pocos y perjudica a muchos, con un modelo político, económico y social, creado bajo un enfoque público, sobre la situación de Venezuela, se pueden arreglar estos problemas, ya que las medidas actuales no son presentadas o discutidas con el 96% de los habitantes en Venezuela, según datos extraoficiales.</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://albaciudad.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/vzla.jpg\"/></p>\n<p>Lograr que se capitalice la renta petrolera, invirtiendo en las distintas actividades productivas que pueden ser explotadas en el territorio nacional como la agricultura, la ganadería, el turismo, entre otras, debería ser la prioridad de cualquier modelo económico, y eso es un punto que actualmente no se está manejando, por eso se implementará en el modelo económico, político y social para lograr un desapego al petróleo, y generar más trabajos, más sustento, y más éxito en la economía del país, así también como en su desarrollo cultural, el cual afecta el aspecto social del país, dando un sentimiento de identidad necesario en cualquier país, porque es el motor de un éxito nacional.</p>\n<p>Capitalizando la renta petrolera, invirtiendo en otros sectores socioeconómicos del país. Ningún gobierno en más de 75 años que han transcurrido desde que se escribió aquel artículo, se ha dedicado a poner en práctica lo que el maestro Uslar Pietri argumentaba, es hora de empezar a “Sembrar el petróleo”. Tomando en consideración la gran cantidad de propuestas, modelos, ideas o personas que han intentado hacer una diferencia en los últimos 18 años, se podría pensar en que este modelo es uno más del montón, pero hay un aspecto muy importante que se quiere priorizar en este proyecto de investigación, que es la conexión con la parte joven de la población venezolana, el cual se asegura que tendrá las pautas marcadas para un cambio importante en el país si sigue este modelo económico, político y social.</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://www.vicepresidencia.gob.ve/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/514658.jpg\"/></p>\n<p>Garantizar el desarrollo íntegro y la conformación de partidos políticos, su libre desenvolvimiento y tener siempre representatividad de las minorías, por medio del sistema de representación proporcional mixta es uno de los puntos primordiales de este modelo, ya que escuchar es la única manera de poder hacer un cambio importante, y este modelo nace de la idea de hacer lo que sea necesario para mejorar la calidad de vida de todos los venezolanos. Las nuevas políticas que aquí se proponen deben serán capaces de renovar y mejorar la sociedad para superar la disyuntiva en la cual Venezuela se encuentra, ya que con el problema actual de los medios de comunicación, Venezuela se encuentra en un punto de confusión, en el cual no se sabe que se debe arreglar, ya que el pueblo es ciego de los problemas del país, y este modelo político, económico y social busca eliminar cualquier privación de libertad injusta o innecesaria, como lo es, el control absoluto de los medios de comunicación</p>\n<p>Una democracia que conduzca a la descentralización administrativa del Estado. Una democracia económica de libre mercado que luche en contra del monopolio y beneficie al empresario y al empleado, son actualmente soluciones a unos problemas que el estado no está afrontando en Venezuela, y no es secreto que existe más del tercio de la población en pobreza. Una democracia social, que luche a favor de la abolición del clasismo, la discriminación y la desobediencia civil, para poder generar más tranquilidad y estabilidad en la vida de los venezolanos, y tener por efecto un mejor resultado a nivel económico y educativo, logrando así un objetivo principal de nuestro modelo político económico y social.</p>\n<p>Rescatar el verdadero significado que los próceres independentistas le dieron al poder Legislativo. La cúpula política que ha gobernado al país, ha despojado a la nación venezolana de un poder Legislativo que represente a la gente y sus derechos, se evitaría el incremento exagerado de dominio al Poder Ejecutivo; la mala actuación de instituciones que se supone deben servir a la sociedad venezolana ha perjudicado la separación de poderes.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Lidiar con la corrupción y el clientelismo existente en la gestión, son los principales objetivos que tenemos pautados para conseguir una mejor Venezuela, renovando la justicia para mayor translucidez y rectitud en el poder Judicial, podríamos lograr esta pauta, teniendo en cuenta que la corrupción es un problema muy grave en Venezuela, se busca que con una economía estable, un país exitoso y un sistema judicial transparente, los niveles de corrupción en el Estado disminuyan considerablemente.</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-s7LJGD-VxRs/Ub8i1iartdI/AAAAAAAAAew/LW4ZQVXR1lc/s1600/guri.jpg\" width=\"906\" height=\"689\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Venezuela necesita un rescate, y con este modelo innovador, único y dedicado, se podrá generar este rescate. En Venezuela existe gente que dará gota de su energía para poder rescatar a Venezuela, este modelo será una guía para esas personas, una guía forjada con sus mismas ideas y pensamientos, para cambiar así, este trance involuntario de atraso e ineficiencia que llego a Venezuela, y poner a Venezuela en el camino al progreso.       "body": "<html>\n<p>La falta de un modelo económico, social y político eficiente, hace que países como Venezuela se vean seriamente perjudicados, porque no se aprovecha el potencial social y económico y eso tiene como resultado el hecho de que sigamos siendo un país subdesarrollado. Según el reporte del organismo internacional PNUD (Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo) (2003), “Venezuela se ubica en el estrato alto según su índice de desarrollo humano que es de 0,762; y se encuentra por debajo de 70 países, ocupando el puesto número 71”. El país con mayor índice de desarrollo humano es Noruega, con 0,944 y se encuentra en el estrato muy alto.</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://www.poderycritica.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/CRISIS-EN-VENEZUELA-NO-SE-RESOLVER%C3%81-CON-MEDIDAS-UNILATERALES-ONU.jpeg\"/></p>\n<p>Analizando las cifras del Banco Mundial (2014), “Venezuela posee un Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) de 545.704 millones de dólares americanos”, es decir, Venezuela se ubica por debajo de 34 países, en el puesto número 35, y entre los 5 primeros de Sudamérica. El PIB es básicamente el total de todos los bienes y servicios finales producidos por cualquier país en 365 días, en relación a una lista de precios estandarizada, cotizada dentro del propio mercado interno de los Estados Unidos, país que es tomado como relación en las comparaciones internacionales realizadas, Venezuela está ubicada en una muy buena posición respecto a otros países según su Producto Interno Bruto, pero lamentablemente no hay insumos suficientes para la gente y es por eso que Venezuela padece de una crisis humanitaria en estos momentos.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Considerando el Producto Interno Bruto, Venezuela &nbsp;podría estar mejor, pero la mala administración de los recursos del estado, la corrupción y el desacierto en políticas económicas han llevado a Venezuela al fondo de una fosa, de la cual no es imposible salir, pero si es muy difícil. En los números se refleja que Venezuela es un país en vías de desarrollo, pero en la realidad y en las calles de Venezuela, la verdad es otra, muy diferente a las cifras; y ¿Por qué ocurre esto?, Por la falta de programas sociales que garanticen una vida decente a los ciudadanos, por la falta de un sistema económico eficiente que beneficie a todas las clases sociales, por la falta de un sistema político trasparente y eficaz.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.derechos.org.ve/web/wp-content/uploads/160901125203-cnnee-vo-protestas-caracas-1s-venezuela-00005508-full-169.jpg\" width=\"1600\" height=\"900\"/></p>\n<p>A pesar de no haber cifras oficiales, se cree que Venezuela ocupa el primer lugar en el mundo con mayor inflación, que supera el 100%, es decir, el Bolívar es la moneda más devaluada del mundo, lo que reduce cada día el poder adquisitivo y patrimonio de los ciudadanos del país. Según estudios de la Organización de Naciones Unidas (2014), “Venezuela ocupa el puesto número 71 en materia de educación con 0,921 y el puesto 59 en desigualdad con 0,513”, estas cifras apuntan a que no se está aprovechando nuestro potencial socioeconómico.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>En el Plan de la Nación 2013-2019, Nicolás Maduro 2013 propone objetivos para el 2019 son colosales, pero si se va a la realidad es imposibles de lograr, al menos antes del 2019. Las universidades Simón Bolívar, Central de Venezuela y Católica Andrés Bello hicieron estudios en el año 2016 y apuntaron a que el índice de pobreza en Venezuela está entre 72 y 76% de la población. En lo político la realidad no es distinta, según la Unidad de Inteligencia del diario The Economist (2012), “Venezuela ocupa el puesto 116 en índices de democracia, y está ubicada en la categoría de Régimen Autoritario, con 3.96 de 10 puntos”. Esto hace denotar que Venezuela es uno de los países con menos democracia en el mundo; sin democracia no se puede garantizar un buen desarrollo humano a los ciudadanos.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.derechos.org.ve/web/wp-content/uploads/2017-04-10T202619Z_324339945_RC1890C60C70_RTRMADP_3_VENEZUELA-POLITICS.jpg\" width=\"1400\" height=\"858\"/></p>\n<p>Se toma en cuenta que problemas sociales como la pobreza, la falta de educación, la falta de programas sociales, la falta de un Estado de Bienestar, la delincuencia, la marginalidad, los problemas económicos como la inflación, la corrupción, el mal uso de los fondos públicos y los problemas políticos, como los bajos niveles de democracia, la desconfianza popular en el sistema electoral, la separación de poderes son graves problemas que debemos afrontar como país, si queremos llegar a ser desarrollados.</p>\n<p>Se debe aplicar un modelo económico libre y flexible donde existe una Ley de Libre Mercado que beneficie tanto al empresario como al empleado, para fomentar la empresa privada. Hace falta un sistema legislativo que sirva a la gente, un sistema judicial que sea imparcial y un sistema ejecutivo que sea transparente. Contar con organismos transparentes es necesario para reducir la corrupción. Promoviendo la separación de poderes públicos, donde uno complemento al otro para lograr un sistema político transparente.Buscar un sistema de educación donde se prioricen la libertad de pensamiento y los valores, y aplicar un sistema educativo similar al que posee Alemania.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://www.lapatilla.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/2017-06-29T202733Z_871251389_RC17C13632E0_RTRMADP_3_VENEZUELA-POLITICS.jpg\" width=\"1400\" height=\"950\"/></p>\n<p>Un modelo que garantizará el desarrollo y la participación activa de cada individuo junto al Estado, por medio del mínimo vital, estableciendo las condiciones necesarias para un Estado de Bienestar. El Estado debe estar limitado en sus funciones de seguridad tanto interna como externa, judicial, de seguridad social y legislativa. Se debe promover la propiedad privada, la competencia de eficacia, creación de precios libre y libre circulación del trabajo, capital, servicios y bienes.
