      "body": "12 marzo 2018 - El petro es una criptomoneda creada por la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, anunciada su creación el 13 de diciembre de 2017 por su Presidente Constitucional Nicolas Maduro Moros.\n\nUna criptomoneda es un medio digital de intercambio de bienes y servicios a través de transacciones probadas en un valor basado en activos físicos que pueden ser contratos, propiedad intelectual, acciones o cualquier propiedad de algo con valor, en el caso del petro su valor lo representa las reservas de petrolero localizadas en el campo 1 del Bloque Ayacucho de la Faja Petrolífera del Orinoco, con 5.342 millones de barriles.\n\nInicio el protocolo de creación de dicha criptodivisa con la producción del libro blanco del petro es decir las especificaciones técnicas para informar la metodología a implementar basado en hechos y pruebas, explica sus soportes tecnológicos, fórmulas de cálculo para precios y fechas de operaciones.\n\nContinuando posteriormente con la preventa privada del petro el 20 de febrero de 2018, con una emisión limitada por 100 millones, sin emisiones extras, en la misma se ofertaron la cantidad de 38,4 millones de petros, dicha oferta se extenderá hasta el 19 de marzo. El 20 de marzo comienza la oferta publica de 44 millones y el Estado se reservara 17,6 millones de petros restantes, los cuales serán retenidos por la Superintendencia de Criptomonedas y Actividades Conexas Venezolana (Supcacven). El presidente de Venezuela presumió que la preventa de la criptomoneda nacional alcanzó los 735 millones de dólares desde su activación hasta las 20:00 horas locales del día 20 de febrero.\n\nEl valor de un petro sera calculado al valor de un barril del petroleo. Inicialmente esta calculado un petro a 60 dolares, y oscilara según varíe el valor del barril del petroleo según la cesta petrolera venezolana, sin embargo el economista Luis Enrique Gavazut afirmo para la cadena de teleSUR que la criptomoneda venezolana Petro ganará en poco tiempo capitalización, es decir, adquirirá su valor de mercado, como lo han hecho otras monedas digitales como el Bitcoin o el ethereum.\n\nEl petro fue creado para enfrentar el bloqueo financiero, incentivar la inversión extranjera y conformar un nuevo sistema para el pago de bienes y servicios. El bloqueo financiero incluye entre otros las sanciones impuestas por el gobierno de Donald Trump que contiene la prohibición de realizar transacciones con títulos de deuda y acciones emitidos por el gobierno sudamericano y su compañía petrolera estatal (PDVSA) es decir prohíbe transar nueva deuda.\n\nEl petro es la medida financiera del Gobierno venezolano para cumplir con sus compromisos internacionales y no caer en el default, en la que lo quiere hacer caer Trump y su gobierno, para agudizar la crisis del país sudamericano dada por la caída de los precios del petroleo, el desabastecimiento y la especulación desatados por el empresariado derechista, devaluación de su moneda el bolívar y pese a todo, la necesidad del Estado de mantener su política social. Sin embargo sus detractores afirman que el posible uso de \"el petro\" como un mecanismo para pagar las deudas que el gobierno no ha podido saldar con los tenedores de bonos, aseguró que para poder realizarse un pago distinto al acordado -cancelación en dólares- es necesario modificar los términos y condiciones establecidos en el contrato. Otros afirman que representa un endeudamiento externo a futuro. Y finalmente afirman que no es confiable la libre convertibilidad de la moneda a otras monedas. Especulaciones en lo general.\n\nEs la primera moneda virtual del mundo con respaldo físico. Tal garantía no es poca cosa. Muchos señalan la volatilidad y facilidad para la especulación en torno al resto de las criptomonedas: se dice que hay unas 600 aunque en el mercado «suenan» solo una decena. Eliminando la posibilidad de crear moneda inorgánica o de manera infinita.\n\nEn los sistemas de criptomonedas, se garantiza la seguridad, integridad y equilibrio de sus estados de cuentas (contabilidad) por medio de un entramado de agentes (transferencia de archivo segmentada o transferencia de archivo multifuente) que se verifican (desconfían) mutuamente llamados mineros, que son, en su mayoría, público en general y protegen activamente la red (el entramado) al mantener una alta tasa de procesamiento de algoritmos, con la finalidad de tener la oportunidad de recibir una pequeña propina, que se reparte de manera aleatoria. El Petro anunció la creación del \"Registro Único de Minería Digital\".El superintendente de la criptomoneda venezolana Petro, Carlos Vargas, mostró la maquinaria de la minería digital, y destacó que\"estas máquinas son de fabricación china y que son ensambladas en Venezuela\".
