Hace unas semanas mi Prima Mariannellys me hablo de Steemit  y me explicó a fondo el funcionamiento de esta ingeniosa comunidad. Tras días leyendo al respecto y habiendo iniciado mi suscripción, esperaba ansiosamente la aceptación de mi cuenta por parte de dicha comunidad,  la misma no se hizo esperar por mucho tiempo, ya que no existe Mayor alegría y satisfacción que la que Steemit te da, simplemente cuando abrí mi correo y vi un email que decia:\n\n\n\n Inundado de alegría y satisfacción por la aceptación de mi cuenta en esta hermosa comunidad, el día de hoy decido hacer mi primer post siguiendo la tradición de empezar con el tag #introduceyourself .\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n        Me llamo Erick Rodriguez, nací el 31 de julio de 1992 en la ciudad de Barquisimeto-Venezuela,  tengo 25 años, soy medico interno de la 7° cohorte de la universidad de la ciencias de la salud, ademas de Cantante de Reggaeton Romántico, organizador de fiestas y Residente de 1er Año de la Especialidad de Medicina Familiar; poseo ciertos certificados y diplomas nacionales e internacionales por motivos de haber aprobado mis cursos y diplomados en los siguientes temas: Electrocardiografia clínica básica y Arritmias Cardíacas, Embarazo y Salud bucal, Esquizofrenia, Trastorno Bipolar y abuso de drogas, Por ultimo participe activamente en la primer Congreso de Estudiantes Internacionales De la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina en relación a la \"Hipertension Arterial\", les muestro algunos de estos certificados para muestra que es cierto:\n\n \n\n\n\n\n    Para dar fe y voto de que soy yo una persona real y no un criptousuario ficticio, decidí Realizar un dibujo con el logo de Steemit, recordando un poco mi niñez cuando dibujar era mi pasión, y ademas también hice una imagen tipo Gif para aclarar cualquier duda:\n\n \n\n\n\n    Una vez comprobado que soy yo un Criptousuario real quiero continuo con mi Post. Mi pasatiempo favorito es ir al Gimnasio y durar algunas horas entrenando fuertemente, no solo para mantenerme en forma sino además para cuidar mi salud, ¡El ejercicio físico hermosea el cuerpo y da salud y bienestar!, no escapan además el ir al cine y estar en la playa con mis amigos, creo que debemos vivir la vida al máximo. \n\n\n\n   Durante mis largos 7 años como estudiante de Pre-grado de medicina, certifico que no todo es color de rosas, y que para obtener un gran triunfo se necesita un gran esfuerzo, y con esta idea tuve la oportunidad de rotar por hospitales y ambulatorios de prestigios, aquí les muestro mi Primer Parto Atendido en la Maternidad del Hospital tipo III De Barquisimeto, Éste es el Producto de mis manos, lo maravilloso que es traer un bebe al mundo:\n\n\n\nA mi lado derecho está mi Colega, Prima y Amiga Mariannellys quien como ya dije fue la que me hablo de Steemit, y a mi lado izquierdo se encuentra la madre de la criatura. \n\n\n\nDías después de esta maravillosa experiencia, tuve la oportunidad de compartir mis guardias y consultas con mi colega la Encargada de la Maternidad del Hospital de la Carucieña y mi otra colega Medico General, aquí una foto:\n\n\n\n!Mas que amigos, colegas¡\n\n\n\nLlendo por el mundo y aprendiendo un poquito de esto y de aquello, no podría olvidar a quien me enseño mucho de anatomía. Yo lo llamaba \"PURO HUESO\" :\n\n\n\nÉste esqueleto me enseño la anatomía de 208 huesos de nuestro cuerpo humano y las particularidades de cada uno de ellos.\n\n\n\nEl sueño de todo estudiante de medicina es culminar su carrera exitosamente , y ser el mejor medico de todos, en calidad humanista y humilde. les muestro mi alegría de ese día con mis colegas:\n\n\n\n Que satisfacción mas grande sentirse todo un profesional, y saber que durante tantos años de esfuerzo al fin eres un Medico de La República.\n\n\n\nTambién quiero que conozcan a mis familiares que estuvieron ese día de graduación conmigo y quienes fueron y siguen siendo mi apoyo de vida, a ellos gratitud y mucho amor:\n\n\n\n    Quienes aparecen en la foto son: Mi Hermana Alexandra, Mi Padre Salvador y Mi Prima Mariannellys a quienes amo muchísimo. Es decir La planta recién cortada o tallada y no procesada.\n\nDesde ya hace muchos años La Administración de Alimentos y Medicamentos de Estados Unidos (U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA) no ha reconocido ni aprobado la planta de marihuana como medicina. debido a su poder adictivo pero ¿que sucedería si se demostrase que la marihuana es una medicina alternativa?\n\n¿CUALES SON LOS PROBLEMAS REALES CON ESTA PLANTA?\n\nUno de los principales problemas esta relacionado a que Los médicos no recibieron capacitación sobre los beneficios de este medicamento cuando estaban en la escuela de medicina. La educación en diferentes países sobre el uso de marihuana medicinal varía.\nEl uso medicinal incluye separar los componentes de esta droga para sacarle los beneficios y no usarlo de la forma que comúnmente se conoce, fumada. sin embargo Estas formas se encuentran en los dispensarios y tiendas minoristas alrededor de muchos países en todo el mundo y nunca han sido aprobados para uso médico por la Administración de Alimentos y Medicamentos. México podría dirigirse a la misma senda que estos países teniendo una nula regulación sobre la droga y esto es muy factible debido a la pobre manera de gobierno de regular medicamentos. lo mismo con Colombia y otros países.\nLa documentación de los beneficios y los efectos secundarios aun son insuficientes ya que no se tienen pruebas y estudios apropiados y No hay referencias autorizadas sobre la dosis, indicaciones o contraindicaciones, o las que describen la diferencia entre las variedades marihuana.\npor otro lado Muchas instituciones a lo largo del mundo todavía consideran la marihuana como una droga restringida con alto potencial de abuso y sin uso médico aceptado por lo que algunos médicos se preocupan por sus licencias con la DEA para prescribir otros medicamentos controlados como analgésicos. Esto a llevado a que Los productos de marihuana sean muy diferentes a los fármacos de las compañías farmacéuticas en que la pureza y la dosificación están reguladas.
