      "body": "Hello fellow users of Steemit. \n\nThis is my FIRST post, ever. Yes that right....\n\nI am super excited to be apart of this community and will definitely introduce myself in a later (more personal) post, but right now I wanted to write about a topic that has not only been a popular conversation across the crypto-verse, but also popular across my friends and clientele.   \n\nThe market's been in some turbulence lately, and has been going UP. As per usual.  However with bitcoin so stagnant people are wondering which alt coins could possibly hold future value as an investment. NO. not a pump or shill. An actual investment. \n\nSo here are 3 key factors (They are extremely simple to follow) when looking for alt coins that will potentially grow to the top 5 market cap. And then I will give u 3 examples of what I personally hold. \n\nFactor 1- World changing technology that can last through a \"flash crash\" or MAJOR correction.\n\nFactor 2 - Growing community backing the project\n\nFactor 3 - Genius Developers or founders + valuable business connections\n\n\nExample #1: \n\nIOTA \n\nPossibly one of the most undervalued top 10 coins. The tangle network is a game changer. Not many coins focus on the internet of things (IOT) ... Everyone likes to say bitcoin is going to fail and that the new lightning network has so many issues. But realistically it probably will never fade away because of its world recognition and market share. So we should be looking at new niches. sustainable coins for the future. IOTA with its $0 transaction fees and extremely fast network (which grows faster per user) is perfect for tracking the internet of things onto the blockchain. YES it is still far behind being fully developed. However looking into the future 2-5 years, would this not be a technology that grows out of blockchain, the same way Microsoft grew out of the internet boom? Do some research and you will soon see the internet of things is one of the most valuable markets that the blockchain will dominate, in soon time.\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_jNH9BlEEo&t=309s\n\nNext example. \n\nADA Cardano. \n\nThe CEO/ founder, Charles Hoskinson, previously worked on Ethereum with Vitalik in it's infancy. (MIC DROP).... Jk \n\nSo after branching off this, he took his genius mind else where. NOW he tackles some of cryptos largest problems in interoperability, scalability for the masses, transactions per second and plans to make one of the best blockchains available. This coin is constantly having it's code scrutinized by professionals and has created such a well developed name for itself that it is in the top 5 coin market cap without having a working product. (and my personal favourite) \n\nTRON (TRX)\n\nTron is simply interesting because in a market where every coin claims to be lightning fast, private, and a better alliterative to bitcoin or ETH, TRON is unique. TRX stands alone like IOTA. The coin plans to take the power back into our hands and create a decentralized entertainment system and content creation facilitation network, where data and content is not owned by any large corporations but instead by the community and the users. Right now Netflix, youtube, facebook etc, corporations and social networks own all the data, and can sell it or manipulate it to market and advertise to us. They also can pay their content creators what they choose because it is centralized! We have 0 security and no privacy and especially no control over the network. but more importantly we do not own the rights to this data, yet we create the content for them? Tron has a lot of work in front of them.( to re code almost all the HTML that runs our current data system and create this new platform)... BUT do not put it past the founder Justin Sun. Top 30 under 30 in Forbes and friends with the infamous Jack Ma from Ali baba....
