      "body": "Al Oeste, aproximadamente a unos 63 km., luego de atravesar el Parque Nacional Macarao, nos encontramos con uno de los sitios más encantadores de Venezuela, sin par e inesperado, un pedazo de la Selva Negra (Schwarzwald) del sur-oeste de Alemania, enclavada en la Cordillera de la Costa, al Norte del Estado Aragua. \n\nEfectivamente, los primeros colonos venidos a nuestro país, se organizaron y se establecieron en estos hermosos parajes en 1843, provenientes de pueblecitos de la Selva Negra, tales como Wyhl, Edingen y Oberbergen de Kaiserstuhl.       "body": "En el sector Occidental del parque nacional Canaima, está el Auyantepuy, uno de los tepuyes más conocidos. (Los tepuyes son esas montañas planas que terminan con inmensas paredes verticales.) De ese tepuy nace el Salto Angel, con sus 979 metros de caída libre, el más alto del mundo.\n\nHay dos formas de ver el Salto Angel. Una de ellas es desde el aire, en avioneta y la otra es en una excursión que parte desde el puerto Ucaima en Canaima, y que dura más de 3 horas navegando por el río Carrao y luego por el Churún. Desde el río Churún, hasta el mirador del Salto Ángel, se debe caminar aproximadamente una hora a través de la selva. Para ver una presentación (tipo \"Slide Show\") del paseo haz clic aquí.\n\nEl Salto Angel tiene ese nombre, en honor al hombre que lo descubrió en 1937, el aventurero y aviador norteamericano Jimmy Angel.       "body": "La Gran Sabana está dentro del parque Nacional Canaima, al Sur de Venezuela, en el Estado Bolívar. Es uno de los mayores atractivos turísticos del país, con vistas solo no consiguen en este lugar del mundo.\n\nEste parque tiene dos sectores muy distintos. Montaña más alta de Venezuela, una de las más hermosas del país, con numerosos atractivos naturales, se eleva sobre la Cordillera de los Andes a una altura de 5.007 metros sobre el nivel del mar, en su cima hay un busto del libertador Simón Bolívar.\n\nLa leyenda más popular relacionada con esta elevación es la de las cinco águilas blancas, escrita por el merideño Tulio Febres Cordero, en la cual el pico Bolívar desnudo recibe su nieve de una de cinco águilas que son perseguidas por una princesa indígena por su bello plumaje. El águila de la leyenda de la princesa “Caribai” se posó para extender sus alas y llenar las cercanas montañas con una blanca cubierta de nieve.\n\nEn la cúspide del pico Bolívar se encuentra el busto de El Libertador, moldeado en galvanoplastia por el pintor y escultor colombiano Marcos León Mariño, junto al busto hay una placa que dice:\n\nLa escultura pesa 80 kilos, fue llevada a la cima el 17 de abril de 1951 como esfuerzo de la Junta Pro-Monumento, liderada por el Dr. Enrique Bourgoin, conquistador de esa cumbre y fue descendida por andinistas en el año 1996, a fin de ser refaccionada por el maestro Martín González, que recubrió internamente el busto con bronce antes de ser ascendido nuevamente a la cima del pico Bolívar.\n\n![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmes4zy4hHD2BS4Y6Zk1dpFzqNL6veZB84m6prxzb7Ya4p/image.png)",

Se extiende desde Caracas (Distrito Capital), y todo el norte del estado Miranda y sur del estado Vargas.\n\nEn 1958 es declarado parque nacional. Esta formación montañosa es pulmón vegetal de la ciudad y dentro de él pueden realizarse diferentes actividades por ser uno de los principales atractivos de la capital de Venezuela en alturas que varían desde 120 hasta los 2765 msnm, en el Pico Naiguatá.       "body": "Este pueblito de verdad me encanta, me quedé con ganas de regresar muy pronto y con mas tiempo para hacer un recorrido que me recomendó un baquiano.\n\nEn las cercanías de Mucuchíes (2.980 m) un desvío de la carretera principal conduce a una hermosa y estrecha vía que termina en Gavidia (3.500msnm) (N8 39.971 W70 54.628), un caserío de 300 años en el Parque Sierra Nevada, donde hace menos de dos décadas llegó la carretera y la electricidad. La vía cruza un espectacular cañón y se mantiene paralela al río Gavidia.\n\nGavidia es un pueblo de agricultores con grandes plantaciones de papa, zanahoria y ajo.       "body": "Situado en la vía que conduce de Trujillo a Mérida, tomando un desvío que se encuentra cerca de Timotes, se encuentra uno de los pueblos más bellos del Estado Trujillo, y quizás de toda Venezuela: Jajó.\n\nEl encanto de Jajó empieza mucho antes de llegar. Los 20 minutos de carretera pueden incrementarse muy fácilmente si uno cae en la tentación de detenerse para admirar el paisaje: árboles espectaculares, montañas majestuosas, campos cultivados\n\nEl pueblo de Jajó fue fundado en 1611, por lo cual ya casi tiene 400 años.       "body": "El Sistema de Transporte Turístico Teleférico de Mérida o simplemente Teleférico de Mérida es un Sistema teleférico que opera en Venezuela. Es el teleférico más alto y el segundo más largo del mundo por sólo 500 metros. El teleférico de Mérida posee 12,5 kilómetros de trayecto, alcanzando una altura de 4.765 m.s.n.m, haciéndolo una obra de ingeniería que fue tradicionalmente única en su tipo y con más de 50 años de historia. Va desde la ciudad de Mérida hasta la cima del pico Espejo dentro del Parque nacional Sierra Nevada en los Andes venezolanos, específicamente en el estado Mérida, Venezuela.
