      "body": "Temas de conversación para todos los gustos\nEn ocasiones, buena parte de los problemas que experimentamos en el día a día tienen que ver con las dificultades cuando se intenta conectar con los demás.\n\nEl sentimiento de aburrimiento, o bien el de soledad o de incomprensión, se puede combatir simplemente mejorando el modo de mantener vivas las conversaciones. Para ello resulta útil contar con temas de conversación para mujeres u hombres de todas las edades que resulten interesantes o divertidos. Estas son algunas propuestas.\n\n1. Anécdotas de la infancia\nExplicar anécdotas divertidas o aleccionadoras que ocurrieron en nuestra infancia suele tener mucho poder a la hora de despertar el interés de todas las personas implicadas en la conversación. Normalmente, además, sirve para que los demás se animen a explicar otras historias similares o que les ocurrieron a la misma edad.\n\n2. Historias de mascotas\nIncluso una buena parte de las personas que no tienen mascotas estarían interesadas en tener una o bien se interesan por el mundo de los animales. Por eso hablar sobre ellas acostumbra a dar juego para crear historias divertidas. Por ejemplo, se puede hablar del modo en el que se comportan las diferentes razas de perro, las diferentes especies de mascotas, o acerca de momentos en los que han actuado de un modo especialmente humano.\n\nArtículo relacionado: \"Los 7 beneficios de tener una mascota en casa\"\n3. Viajes a otros continentes\nHablar sobre los países que cada uno querría visitar supone uno de los temas de conversación que más facilidades dan para generar interés. Hijos e hijas\nLas personas que tienen hijos e hija cuentan con uno de los temas de conversación más fascinantes: lo que se siente al verlos crecer. Incluso aquellos que han sido padres o madres hace poco pueden crear camaradería alrededor de lo que se va viviendo durante los meses de cuidados hacia el bebé.\n\n5. Aficiones relacionadas con el deporte\nEl mundo del deporte también puede dar juego para mantener interesantes conversaciones. Especialmente en aquellas personas que intentan mantenerse en forma y no busquen simple diversión o entretenimiento. Por ejemplo, se puede hablar acerca de trucos para aumentar el rendimiento, maneras de mantener la motivación alta, etc.\n\n6. Trabajo\nAunque exista un mito que indica lo contrario, muchas personas son muy aficionadas a seguir hablando de su trabajo incluso cuando ya ha terminado su jornada laboral. Este tema de conversación permite compartir opiniones acerca de ciertos tipos de trabajo, problemas que van surgiendo en el día a día, aspectos graciosos de la cultura laboral en la que se está inmerso, etc.\n\n7. Películas, literatura y videojuegos\nEstas tres formas de arte son especialmente populares, y eso significa que hay una gran cantidad de personas “enganchadas” a ellas. Repasar la cartelera, por ejemplo, permite recomendar u obtener recomendaciones de películas, y el mundo de los libros también da para muchos temas de conversación. En el caso de los videojuegos, además, como el jugador es a la vez espectador y participante de la acción, es posible explicar anécdotas.\n\nQuizás te interese: \"Los 30 mejores libros de Psicología que no puedes perderte\"\n8. Deportes\n\n \nLos deportes de masas y el seguimiento de acontecimientos deportivos también resultan de gran interés para muchísimos aficionados que viven a lo largo y ancho del planeta. De hecho, algo tan simple como vestir la camiseta de un equipo deportivo puede servir para generar temas de conversación con personas desconocidas.\n\n11. Una sociedad ideal\n¿Cómo sería una sociedad ideal, según vuestros puntos de vista? Uno de los temas de conversación más interesantes, ya que permite que cada uno hable sobre sus valores y su concepción de la justicia, la igualdad o la libertad.\n\n12. ¿Qué es el amor?\nEl amor es uno de los sentimientos más intensos y difíciles de explicar. Es por eso que siempre da para hablar largo y tendido, ya que cada persona puede dar una versión sobre este concepto según sus experiencias.\n\n13. El colapso económico y medioambiental\nHace ya tiempo que es oficial: el planeta está superpoblado y además no gestionamos bien ni nuestro consumo ni nuestra gestión de los residuos. Sin embargo, algunos de ellos son aceptados, mientras que otros queremos cambiarlos, evolucionar mediante su superación.\n\nAlgunas recomendaciones finales\nAdemás te tener en mente estos temas de conversación, es bueno considerar los siguientes puntos a la hora de generar diálogos interesantes:\n\n1. Evita la política si estás con desconocidos\nMuchas personas sienten un gran recelo cuando les toca dar su opinión acerca de aspectos de la política, así que esta opción no es recomendable. No es muy buena idea porque puede generar discusiones y desconfianza.\n\n2. Evita frases prefabricadas\nPuede que sepas que existen ciertos temas de conversación que generan más interés que otros, pero más allá de eso evita empezar un diálogo con esquemas muy rígidos acerca de cómo debe ser la evolución de este. La espontaneidad es lo más deseable.\n\nPor ejemplo, para tener un buen repertorio de temas y no caer en tópicos es bueno leer libros sobre todo relacionado con la mente humana. Por eso te puede interesar este artículo: \"Los 31 mejores libros de Psicología que no puedes perderte\".\n\n3. No caigas en tópicos\nEvita prejuzgar a la otra persona. Por ejemplo, si quieres empezar por ofrecerle temas de conversación a una mujer, no des por hecho que le gusta ir de compras. Trata a todo el mundo a partir de la base de que son seres humanos cuya complejidad se irá revelando durante el diálogo.",
