| title | BEXAM: Bring Enterprise To The Blockchain |
| body |

#
*The old question 'Is it in the database?' will be replaced by 'Is it on the blockchain?'*

The world is moving fast. It's constantly changing so rapidly, after the internet become part of our daily life we are now entering the era of "Blockchain Technology". A technology some experts predict could reshape the world of business and transform the old order of human affairs for the better. Blockchain can provide a distributed, transparent, autonomous system for exchanging value. Blockchain has the ability to make sure that all data are not stored in any single location, which means no centralized version of this data will be available for a hacker to hack. Being hosted by millions of computers simultaneously make these data are accessible to anyone, making it immutable so that it cannot be extended or overridden. But have we embraced the values behind this technology? Have we embraced the fulfillment of the needs for freedom, transparency, privacy and autonomy? While the technology has been embraced most visibly in the cryptocurrency sector, how significant is it in the enterprise sector? # *"There were hurdles for widespread blockchain adoption in the enterprise.*"
Large-scale enterprise databases need more secure, high-speed, and scalable operations. The current blockchain platforms are not scalable, which make it simply not suitable for widespread use. The **Ethereum** blockhain has low transaction processing which is the major reason why Ethereum is not scalable. It's simply not technically possible for Ethereum MainNet to process 40k transactions per second. The **EOS** blockchain currently handles 3,996 transactions per second which is still far below Visa. To make blockchain user-friendly for mass adoption, all of these platforms must be able to compete with traditional financial service like Visa which currently handle 56K transactions per second. No one wants to use a service which take hours or even days to complete. Unlike current platforms, where in order to increase speed we need to optimize the parameters on the blockchain such as block size, [BEXAM](https://bexam.io) is a hybrid of blockchain and Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG), which makes it able to handle up to 40 million transactions per seconds. Here is the video to proof this claim: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeCqOqTjxH4 BEXAM does not rely on mining in order to confirm transactions and add them to the blockchain. Instead, they use Proof of Rounds (POR), a new consensus algorithm with constant improvement through small steps, by taking existing concept and turning them into something better. Think of it like **Lean Startup**. Here are the advantages of Proof Of Rounds (POR): ・Approval of transactions by permutations ・Optimization of processes by assigning roles using a node hierarchy ・Construction of a unique network that distributes information efficiently #
"*A decentralized blockchain should be permissionless, which means not relying on miners for transaction validation*"

The work is still in progress, but BEXAM developers are making good efforts to run the alpha-version wallet which is already accessible and unrestricted to everyone right now through [https://bexam.io/wallet/bexam-wallet-win-x64.zip](https://bexam.io/wallet/bexam-wallet-win-x64.zip)

By using DAG, there’s no need to add blocks one by one to the main chain (a.k.a miners), instead transaction point to other transactions, so one transaction can confirm the next one and so on. Without miners the transaction fees can be lower to zero. On BEXAM, there are no miners and there are no blocks. Because there are no blocks, there is no block size issue and there will be no block scaling debate like currently happen with Bitcoin. BEXAM provides a user-friendly, high speed and scalability blockchain to ensure a quality experience for users. *To learn more about BEXAM and why their technology might be the key to getting massive adoption to blockchain please visit*: * Website: https://bexam.io/faq/ * Whitepaper: https://bexam.io/pdf/BEXAM_Whitepaper_V4.0_3.pdf

*Bounty0x username*: stoneo |

| body |
>
# *"Help others achieve their dreams and you will achieve yours" - Les Brown*
If you want to raise a reader, be a reader. If you want to raise a good kid, be a good father. And if you want to raise money, research shows one of the best ways you can make that happen is to have great appeal that grabs donors' attention and inspires them to give. Instead of turning to traditional investment institutions, we can bypass venture capitalists and angel investors to raise money for new ideas and businesses through crowdfunding platform. It's also an opportunity for people to back others to succeed by being part of a business ownership, revenue sharing and an opportunity for a better return than placing money elsewhere. Crowdfunding is a new way to improve life quality & community wellbeing. But the problem with crowdfunding is that finding someone worth backing with your money is a difficult process. **So even if the idea is solid, they might not all get funded**. There is also problems with current crowdsourcing platform like; *scams, fraud, and deceit*. Remember the Zano case? one of highest-grossing Kickstarter campaign of all time, declared bankcruptcy less than a year after it raised millions of funding. With more and more cases like this, questions were raised over whether backers would ever see the fruits of their donation.

[Whirl.com](https://whirl.com) is building a new model of crowdfunding to embrace the "power of good". Instead of one-way donation from an individual to the campaign creators, participants can only start a fundraising campaign **after they have donated to other's campaign first**. In other words, you need to help others before you can ask for help for yourself. Too often, "people try to make withdrawals before they've made any deposits". They ask before they give anything. It's not a healthy relationship. If you come and help others afterwards everything is great. That's what the community is for a lot of people. **Whirl**'s platform is not just a crowdfunding platform but about developing a community. And encouraging the members of the community to interact and help each other.

When you donate to a campaign on **[Whirl.com](https://tokensale.whirl.com/)**, you will earn "Karma", a point for every dollar you give to any particular campaign (7 Karma points per $1 donation). **The more karma you have, the more money you can raise**. For example, if you earned 7,000 Karma points after donating $1,000 then you will be able to raise up to $7,000 goal on your campaign, if you started one. This way we can eliminate the possibility that the campaign would not meet its schedule or harm the backers interest, like what happened with Zano failure. Since any campaign creators need to "pay it forward" or donate almost as much as what he/she is going to raise. But the uniqueness of **Whirl** is that it is built on the blockchain technology. Providing a high-security level and independence on any intermediaries and central authorities, **Whirl** utilizes the technology to reduce platform fees and banking restrictions. This means anyone from anywhere can use the platform. There are still countries that have restrictions on trade and movement of capital and goods. For example US restrictions on fundraising across state borders, discriminates against groups located outside of the state. Not to mention other country's restrictions on fund transfer. Whirl believes in equal opportunities for all, that we can prosper with people from diverse ethnic groups by living and working together. That's why **Whirl** accepts all major cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin and Ethereum including Whirl's native token "WRL". In an effort to create the world without borders. By becoming a borderless community, **Whirl** can help end humanity's suffering, allowing global community to prosper under any condition. #
*It's a business with heart.*

* Learn more about WHIRL and how they can change the landscape of crowdfunding industry at https://whirl.com/ * Read their interesting whitepaper: https://whirl.com/WHIRL_WP.pdf* *Bounty0x username*: **stoneo**

|

For example, if you earned 7,000 Karma points after donating $1,000 then you will be able to raise up to $7,000 goal on your campaign, if you started one.\n\nThis way we can eliminate the possibility that the campaign would not meet its schedule or harm the backers interest, like what happened with Zano failure. Since any campaign creators need to \"pay it forward\" or donate almost as much as what he/she is going to raise.\n\nBut the uniqueness of **Whirl** is that it is built on the blockchain technology. Providing a high-security level and independence on any intermediaries and central authorities, **Whirl** utilizes the technology to reduce platform fees and banking restrictions. This means anyone from anywhere can use the platform. \n\nThere are still countries that have restrictions on trade and movement of capital and goods. For example US restrictions on fundraising across state borders, discriminates against groups located outside of the state. Not to mention other country's restrictions on fund transfer. Whirl believes in equal opportunities for all, that we can prosper with people from diverse ethnic groups by living and working together. That's why **Whirl** accepts all major cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin and Ethereum including Whirl's native token \"WRL\". In an effort to create the world without borders.\n\nBy becoming a borderless community, **Whirl** can help end humanity's suffering, allowing global community to prosper under any condition. \n\n#
*It's a business with heart.*
\n
\n* Learn more about WHIRL and how they can change the landscape of crowdfunding industry at https://whirl.com/ \n* Read their interesting whitepaper: https://whirl.com/WHIRL_WP.pdf*\n\n

",

| body |

#
*"The only way you will ever permanently take control of your financial life is to dig deep and fix the root problem"* - Suze Orman

When it comes to saving and exchanging currencies, traditional banks become the primary option over others. We all need bank accounts. It becomes the basic need which should be exerted first. As of today, we need bank account to receive our monthly salary, to pay for goods and services, to take loans, to save and transfer money. **These services are offered almost exclusively by banks.** But when financial crisis strikes, especially the one in 2008, people starting to loose faith in traditional banking systems. During this period it's hard not to think that there is something wrong with the whole financial system. It’s impossible to forget the long list of banks that needed bailouts. Not to mention people who were either in massive debt, or difficulties to find a job.

No matter how much money you put into your bank account, it's never been yours. Your money is being used by the bank who recirculating your dollars back into other business, driven by a desire for profit rather than expectations of social support. e.g loans, credit cards, stocks, etc. In other words, traditional financial companies like bank match funds between people who currently have more money than they need and people who currently need more money than they have. Or we can say "middleman". # *No one likes middlemen, except the middlemen*.
But when blockchain first entered as the supporting tech for financial industry, *a peer-to-peer system with no centralized authority*, people hope to actually own their money with full transparency. [BridgeX Network](https://bridgex.network/) offers "a truly decentralized" financial framework with high security, flexibility and no middlemen.

**BridgeX Network** is the answer to end the hegemony of giant corporations in favor of more transparency, efficiency, control and responsiveness. The BridgeX Network is a financial ecosystem framework, built on a proprietory technology core, that bridges the worlds of cryptocurrencies and fiat. We are not trying to eliminate the banks or other financial companies. **BridgeX Network** is trying to create a global movement in which banks and traditional financial companies from around the world are joining together to use blockchain technology for a greater social purpose. **[BridgeX Network](https://bridgex.network/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/181128-BridgeX-Network-Whitepaper.pdf)** enables the seamless exchange and interoperability between the worlds of cryptocurrency and fiat through the twin engines of blockchain-backed loans and payments. Instead of using a middlemen, BridgeX core technologies comprise of cutting-edge smart contract that can do an on-chain loan matching service, on-chain loan tracking service and an oracle that collects off-chain data for the loan contracts – and an integrated cash management module providing off-chain solutions for crypto-to-fiat conversions and cross-border payments. And not only that, BridgeX allow third-party like bank's distributed apps (DApps) to integrate, and offer innovative services to solve real-world financial needs of the network’s international user base. Imagine the possibilities! Cryptocurrency might be new but has the potential to disrupt the whole financial industry. This is the first time we don't use banks directly but instead using our "fully-controlled" digital currency to *pay, make a loan and transfer currency* anywhere in the world, in an instant. But this can works only if traditional financial companies participated. We still need them in a better way. BridgeX has 3 main components: 01. BridgeX Core 02. BridgeX Platform 03. Third Party Integrators Especially *BridgeX Platform* which allowing third party financial services or apps to integrate with the decentralized ecosystem, for example * "Crypto to Crypto Loans" that securely and seamlessly matches borrowers and lenders. * To provide crypto-to-fiat conversions and cross-border payment solutions. With their technology, BridgeX Network will unite the crypto community-at-large, the full spectrum of financial services players in the blockchain industry and traditional financial institutions/ services looking to enter and participate in this new world economy. This is what we called value-based finance, a philosophy to create a sustainable economic, social, and environmental impact. *Learn more about BridgeX Network technology at https://bridgex.network/ and their Bitcointalk thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5024373.0*

|

Third Party Integrators\n\nEspecially *BridgeX Platform* which allowing third party financial services or apps to integrate with the decentralized ecosystem, for example \n* \"Crypto to Crypto Loans\" that securely and seamlessly matches borrowers and lenders. \n* To provide crypto-to-fiat conversions and cross-border payment solutions.\n\nWith their technology, BridgeX Network will unite the crypto community-at-large, the full spectrum of financial services players in the blockchain industry and traditional financial institutions/ services looking to enter and participate in this new world economy.\n\nThis is what we called value-based finance, a philosophy to create a sustainable economic, social, and environmental impact.\n\n*Learn more about BridgeX Network technology at https://bridgex.network/ and their Bitcointalk thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5024373.0*\n\n

",

| title | How To Choose A Domain Name? |
| body |

If you are currently starting or in the middle of developing your own business, startup or website, and plan to port it later to a packaged app, it's good to have a good domain name. At least a domain name that could represent your business and reflect your service quality. **It is a fact that choosing a domain name is a lifelong commitment**. There are just so many words (or word combinations) that could represent your business or organization as a whole, but you can not choose a boring, mediocre, or easily-forgotten name will not suffice – especially when you’re aiming high. A domain name is your identity. The mistake that people should not do is to choose a business name first and then checking on the domain name. You should do the other way around, you should choose a domain name first then thinking about if it suitable as =your company brand or business name. You should follow your domain name as there is a small chance you can get your desired domain name for free. If there are three things every business name should do when choosing a domain name, they would be: * 1. Should be using a .COM / .ORG or local extension like .CO.UK / .DE 2. Short and not difficult to read or pronounce 3. Related to your services or products *

For example, if you are selling laptops and printers it is a wise decision to check on domain ideas on https://domainsbot.com or sedo.com related to printer or laptop. Just type in "printer" or "laptop" on the search bar and they will provide you with hundreds ideas of free domains and premium domains. Premium domains are domain with high demand. Since domain name is a first come and first serve basis, those who lucky enough to register good domains like Printers.com or Laptops.com for a few bucks, can then sell it with a premium prices to interested party (Laptops.com was then sold for millions of dollars back then). So remember to choose a domain name that could represent your products or services then decide a business name based on that domain. A domain name is your identity, it will be showed on Google search, your business cards and on all of your social media channels. |
