      "body": "<html>\n<p>如果只是闲下来随便聊聊，你会觉得很自然，沟通也就那么回事。但是当需要你认真面对面沟通的时候，还是如此看嚒？想想都已经不那么轻松了。</p>\n<p>最近与同事想搞一场变革，关于企业产品发展路线的具体实施方案。为何提出这样的命题呢？是经过这一年来所看到的企业在运作中存在各种问题，无法得到有效的解决。创业型公司能做到这个地步，也算是奇葩了，如果继续沉闷下去，那在花再多的时间也只能算是活着吧。</p>\n<p>经过有哪些我并不想详细叙述，但初衷很明确：<strong>改变企业现状，寻求生存解决方案，早日走上正轨</strong>。</p>\n<p>我们做了，而且经过多次的碰撞，确实渐渐地完善了方案。目的的明确性使我们事半功倍，经过两轮的讨论就敲定的方案，执行并立即执行。</p>\n<p>经过第一场与老板的会议，觉得有失偏颇，虽然老板有所认同，但并没有确认清楚老板认可度，或者说老板真的会全力支持吗？这也是我们所担心的。如果只是强硬的得到的答案日后肯定会有所阻碍，那结果就不可预测。</p>\n<p>一，要明确老板的地位给予正面肯定，我们是为老板分担责任，并明确指出不足应改善之处（这也就是说老板百分之八十的想法我们都要清楚）</p>\n<p>二，妥善并尽量完善的方案，做到更有说服力。虽说方案很明确解决痛点但却很难被一时接受。（也是柔和度，强硬与明确是不同的）</p>\n<p>三，态度语气，刚中带柔，听取老板更多的建议，也即补充方案并按照老板的大方向前进。其实就是老板想做的，而不是我们要做的，只有老板自己认可，才会全力支持我们。确认老板顾虑，明确行动方案宗旨，果立行，及时汇报反馈</p>\n<p>总结后，我们调整了不足之处，改善方案，以提出建设性意见稿的方式补充，这样更利于接受并得到全力支持。所以第二次会议的过程很简单明了，直接通过并按计划执行。可以安心睡觉了<br>\n</p>\n</html>",
