      "body": "<html>\n<p>Hello &nbsp;Steemians,&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Today I am going to share with all of you a recipe that is really closer to my heart and one of my favorite`s that is Brownies. These brownies are gooey yet fudgy yet they are melt in the mouth. Just one bite of these brownies would make you feel like you are in heaven. It took me just 15 minutes to prepare the batter and 45 minutes to bake these yummy brownies and trust me they were gobbled up in less then 5 minutes. Its easy to make and total 1 hour time is what you need.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></p>\n<p>ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 3/4 CUP</p>\n<p>BUTTER - 1/2 CUP</p>\n<p>SUGAR- 3/4 CUP</p>\n<p>CHOCOLATE CHIPS- &nbsp;1 CUP&nbsp;</p>\n<p>EGGS- 2 LARGE&nbsp;</p>\n<p>COCO POWDER- 4 TSPS</p>\n<p>VANILLA ESSENCE- 1 TSP</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDURE:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>1.</strong> Preheat your oven at 160 degrees. Take a 6*4 square mold and place a parchment paper on it nicely. If you do not have parchment paper, use butter to brush the mold. Use an oven safe mold.</p>\n<p>2. Take a double boiler, place the chocolate chips in it. When the chocolate starts melting, add sugar and butter in it. Mix it nicely, there should not be any lumps.</p>\n<p>3. In another bowl, take 2 eggs. Beat the eggs whites along with the yolks properly. Add Vanilla Essence. Beat them using a hand blender.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>4. Take another bowl, sieve All purpose flour and coco powder in it. Mix them thoroughly. At this stage, add a pinch of salt. Salt gives a higher shelf life to the brownies.</p>\n<p>5. Add all purpose flour and coco powder to the eggs mixture. Mix it nicely.</p>\n<p>6. Remove the chocolate,sugar and butter mixture from the double boiler. Slowly start adding the eggs mixture into it. At this stage , you may use a hand blender to mix it nicely.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>7. The batter should not be lumpy, it would be thick, but that is the consistency we need for perfect brownies.</p>\n<p>8. Add the batter into the square mold (with parchment paper) and place it into preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Actual temperature may vary according to the type of oven you have.</p>\n<p>9. Once the baking time is over, take a knife to check if it is baked properly. We do not need a really clean knife but a little chocolate is what we are looking for.</p>\n<p>10. &nbsp;If its baked , take it out of the oven, place it on the oven rack.</p>\n<p>11. Do not remove it from the mold. Cut the brownies and take them out one by one. The first brownie is usually most difficult to be taken out. Let it cool.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>TIPS:</strong></p>\n<p>If you wish to store the brownies, place it in an air tight container. These stay good for about 15 days. This recipe would yield 4 big brownies. You can enjoy it with ice cream, with a cup of coffee or can be eaten alone too. All the ingredients should be at room temperature. We do not need a really high temperature to bake it as we need fudgy brownies. Use powdered sugar for best results. You may sieve it before using. You may also add a pinch of baking soda if you want really soft brownies. I have not added as I was looking for gooey brownies with a light brown texture on top. I have multiplied the ingredients to 3.5 as I needed 15 big brownies.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Hope you like it. I would like to share about something that I keep on listening everyday from my parents, friends, family,etc the most - Marriage. Some people say you should get married as you are getting old, some people say you should get married as you can`t live alone all your life while some just say get married as your friends are getting married. Really. are these the reasons once should get married ???</p>\n<p>Growing up, looking up at my parents I felt marriage is a beautiful bond. It indeed is a beautiful bond. In India, most of the youngsters get married either because of family pressure or they think that they have found the one. Mostly marriages in India are arranged ones. Love marriages happen too but the percentage is pretty low as there are a lot of hurdles to cross which too many fail to do.</p>\n<p>One question that always comes on my mind is - SHALL WE GET MARRIED BECAUSE THE SOCIETY SAYS SO OR SHALL WE GET MARRIED BECAUSE WE ARE IN LOVE???</p>\n<p>For me, Love is when you like spending time with someone, doing things together, doing silly things when you are with each other or even talking endlessly on small topics. But at the end of the day, does it mean if we love someone , we should prove it by getting married to them??? My answer here is a BIG NO. I can`t get married to the one I love just because we are in Love. I can`t rush into marriage just because I love him. I`ll get married when my heart and my mind is ready for it. I`ll not get married because my parents, relatives feel I should. I am a mature girl and know what is right or wrong for me. I might seem a little rude to all of the readers here or some of you may feel I am not in love with this guy. I`ll not hesitate from telling my point of view.</p>\n<p>Marriage is a huge responsibility- Yes, for me marriage is a huge responsibility. It`s not just about the bond you share with your partner. You are equally responsible for each and everything ranging from household chores to respecting each other. A girl(wife) is responsible to care for her in-laws, look after the house, look after her parents too and most importantly doing all this along with handling her job. At the same time, a guy(Husband) too should be responsible for looking after the house, caring for his in-laws, caring for his parents and handling his job efficiently. I know many of you would say, we are in 21ST CENTURY and do all this. I agree, but I know many couples where one fulfills his/her responsibility while the other makes excuses every time.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>My question to all the readers here is Should we get married because we are in love or should we get married because we are ready for the big responsibility??
