Usé la vieja técnica de cubrirme las manos en aceite. Si les soy sincera, no quedaron tan bonitas como le quedaban a mi abuela, pero es mi primera vez después de muchos años, y las niñas disfrutaron un montos. Les dejo la receta por si se animan Ingredientes: Mantequilla 1 taza de agua 1/2 kilo de papelón Aceite Bandeja con harina Preparación: Se enmantequilla muy bien una bandeja y se reserva. Aparte se pone a cocinar el papelón con el agua hasta que tenga punto de bola, más o menos por media hora una vez listo se coloca en una capa fina sobre la bandeja. Se deja enfriar un poco y con las manos cubiertas de aceite y el papelón todavía caliente se estira con las manos repetidamente hasta que se ponga dorado. Se va cortando y se colocan en una bandeja con harina para que no se peguen. Esta dulzura se puede envolver en papel celofán. Recuerdo claramente la melcocha caliente. Ahora casi no se hacen en casa, pero es tan sencilla de hacer que me resulta ideal retomar la receta para hacerla con los mas chicos, así que la volví a preparar, y definitivamente la tecnología nos simplifica hasta una preparación tan antigua como esta... Usé la vieja técnica de cubrirme las manos en aceite. Si les soy sincera, no quedaron tan bonitas como le quedaban a mi abuela, pero es mi primera vez después de muchos años, y las niñas disfrutaron un montos. Les dejo la receta por si se animan Ingredientes: Mantequilla 1 taza de agua 1/2 kilo de papelón Aceite Bandeja con harina Preparación: Se enmantequilla muy bien una bandeja y se reserva. Aparte se pone a cocinar el papelón con el agua hasta que tenga punto de bola, más o menos por media hora una vez listo se coloca en una capa fina sobre la bandeja. Se deja enfriar un poco y con las manos cubiertas de aceite y el papelón todavía caliente se estira con las manos repetidamente hasta que se ponga dorado. Se va cortando y se colocan en una bandeja con harina para que no se peguen. Esta dulzura se puede envolver en papel celofán. Se va cortando y se colocan en una bandeja con harina para que no se peguen. | body | Las recetas a base de arroz abundan en Venezuela, tenemos primero que nada unas buenas cosechas de arroz, luego, es parte de nuestro consumo diario y al igual que muchos otros países es un cereal que se adapta a muchas de nuestras creaciones culinarias diarias. Consumimos arroz cocido, hervido, en panes, pudines, torticas, ensaladas, chichas y teteros, dulces y postres, como acompañamiento o plato principal, en fin el arroz tiene incontables usos en la cocina venezolana y siempre es muy apreciado, tanto que parte de nuestro plato típico nacional. Hoy presento una receta de "asopado de arroz” ... es un arrocito con pollo un poco más firme que una sopa pero siempre nadando en un delicioso caldo. Es un plato ideal para comer en familia y disfrutar de su sabor y contextura deliciosa. Ingredientes para 5 personas: 1 pollo grande 5 diente de de ajo 250 gr. de ají dulce 3 cebollas regulares 1 pimentón entre verde y rojo 5 Ramita de de cebollin 3 Cucharada de de alcaparra 1 Pizca de de comino 1 Pizca de de onoto 2 1/2 Litro de de caldo de pollo 1 Cucharadita de sal 1 Chorrito de salsa inglesa 1 Ramita de cilantro 1/2 Copita de de aceite de maíz 1 1/2 Taza de de arroz 2 Pizca de pimienta Preparación: Limpie y pique el pollo en trozos regulares, aliñe con la sal, salsa inglesa y la mitad del ajo triturado; la otra mitad del ajo se reserva. Aparte en una caldero se añade el aceite y cuando este caliente se sofríe la cebolla, el ají dulce, el cebollin, el pimentón y el cilantro, todo bien picadito cuado se doren se le agrega el pollo y el aceite onotado, se revuelve bien se tapa para que se cueza por diez minutos luego se añade el arroz y el caldo, la alcaparra y el comino y la otra mitad del ajo y la pimienta recién molida, se deja cocinar hasta que arroz ablande, se sirve bien caliente en plato hondo y se acompaña con casabe horneado con mantequilla de ajo…ideal para un domingo  |

"body": "Las recetas a base de arroz abundan en Venezuela, tenemos primero que nada unas buenas cosechas de arroz, luego, es parte de nuestro consumo diario y al igual que muchos otros países es un cereal que se adapta a muchas de nuestras creaciones culinarias diarias. Consumimos arroz cocido, hervido, en panes, pudines, torticas, ensaladas, chichas y teteros, dulces y postres, como acompañamiento o plato principal, en fin el arroz tiene incontables usos en la cocina venezolana y siempre es muy apreciado, tanto que parte de nuestro plato típico nacional.\n\nHoy presento una receta de \"asopado de arroz” ... es un arrocito con pollo un poco más firme que una sopa pero siempre nadando en un delicioso caldo. Es un plato ideal para comer en familia y disfrutar de su sabor y contextura deliciosa.\n\nIngredientes para 5 personas:\n\n1 pollo grande\n5 diente de de ajo\n250 gr. de ají dulce\n3 cebollas regulares\n1 pimentón entre verde y rojo\n5 Ramita de de cebollin\n3 Cucharada de de alcaparra\n1 Pizca de de comino\n1 Pizca de de onoto\n2 1/2 Litro de de caldo de pollo\n1 Cucharadita de sal\n1 Chorrito de salsa inglesa\n1 Ramita de cilantro\n1/2 Copita de de aceite de maíz\n1 1/2 Taza de de arroz\n2 Pizca de pimienta\n\nPreparación:\n\nLimpie y pique el pollo en trozos regulares, aliñe con la sal, salsa inglesa y la mitad del ajo triturado; la otra mitad del ajo se reserva. Aparte en una caldero se añade el aceite y cuando este caliente se sofríe la cebolla, el ají dulce, el cebollin, el pimentón y el cilantro, todo bien picadito cuado se doren se le agrega el pollo y el aceite onotado, se revuelve bien se tapa para que se cueza por diez minutos luego se añade el arroz y el caldo, la alcaparra y el comino y la otra mitad del ajo y la pimienta recién molida, se deja cocinar hasta que arroz ablande, se sirve bien caliente en plato hondo y se acompaña con casabe horneado con mantequilla de ajo…ideal para un domingo\n\n ",
