| title | Top 5 Reasons to Buy Bitcoin in 2020 |
| body | There are many reasons to buy Bitcoin right now. Uncertainty is rampant during the COVID-19 crisis period. Especially since this crisis is not one based on finances, but rather a complex biological threat to human health and safety (unlike the 2008 economic downturn). With no clear end in sight, the only financial moves that can be made are ones predicated on heavy speculation. From private citizens, to small businesses, massive corporations, even the government itself, everyone is left to speculate on what’s to come in the financial realm and what should be done about it. So with that in mind, here are 5 reasons why Bitcoin is a good option in the midst of all the uncertainties in 2020. Bitcoin Is Not Directly Affected By The Banking Crisis Banks are the gatekeepers of a country’s financial health. If they are too tight with lending, things grind to a halt, and if they are playing too fast and loose there will eventually be a reckoning a la 2008. In our current climate banks are forced to deal with late payments from many borrowers. This is because of the financial challenges this crisis has brought up for many. Business loans and mortgages will not be generating the quarterly income banks usually expect, which in turn affects the amount of money banks make. Therefore some banks may face bankruptcy and freeze their clients funds in an effort to avoid that. That may seem logical to some, but certainly not to the account holders whose money is stolen (albeit legally). On the other hand, if one were to buy Bitcoin in Canada from a Bitcoin merchant or crypto currency exchange, there’s no need to keep that currency with a third party like a bank. Anyone can keep their entire Bitcoin wealth of any amount with them in a wallet in cold storage, safe from the greedy fingers of banks or governments who reserve the right to seize what they want at their leisure. Related: Part 2: How Banks make Money (https://netcoins.ca/blog/part-2-how-banks-make-money/) Bitcoin Has Real Supply And Demand Of all the speculation going on, perhaps the most impactful is being made by central banks who, ever true to their nature when facing a crisis, resort to waving their money printing magic wand to keep the unsustainable fiat currency model afloat a little longer. Like most magic tricks, of course, that’s just an illusion; an elaborate illusion, but an illusion nonetheless, because no value has been added. It just pumps more numbers into the hands of banks to lend out. That’s something a crypto currency exchange in Canada wouldn’t do. Cryptocurrencies retain their actual value based on what the demand is, and not a central supply source that can arbitrarily devalue the currency at will just to prop up its own bloated establishment. Visit the Crypto Coin Show (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1ULGWsmJNqbNbMJ1MdNRjQ) YouTube Channel for more information on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency circulation, or on our LBRY (https://lbry.tv/@CryptoCoinShow:9), the blockchain based video platform. Bitcoin Offers A Whole New Dimension For Diversification This is where decision-making and strategy are key. While bold, all-in moves attract attention, it’s usually those who carefully moderate how much they commit to what level of risk who manage their way to success. For a long time the choices have been cash, commodities (both physical and futures) and securities (stocks and bonds). But those are all part of the same overall market and therefore effected by the same infrastructure. Like how some countries shorted gold on the market for years, while hoarding physical gold at lower prices by the ton to secure their national currencies. Some even speculate that BTC could replace gold altogether (https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-will-replace-gold-crypto-data-analytics-company-ceo-says). Related: Is Gold Really Safe In Times of Crises? (https://netcoins.ca/blog/is-gold-safe-in-times-of-crisis/) Bitcoin bought from a cryptocurrency exchange in Canada (whether it’s Vancouver or Toronto) would have its own truly free market valuation. No crypto exchange or crypto trading operation in Canada is able to artificially manipulate its value. Being diversified into Bitcoin’s free market can help balance out investments in the mainstream markets. When it’s time to cash out, the right Canadian exchange (Here’s a Canada top 10: https://netcoins.ca/blog/10-best-canadian-cryptocurrency-exchanges/) will let you sell Bitcoin easily and quickly. Bitcoin Is Futureproofing Things are moving in a new direction. Not long ago the concept of buying Bitcoin was easy to ignore, but now Bitcoin merchants in Canada have offices on entire floors in commercial buildings. With this in mind, it’s not unreasonable to expect Bitcoin to become a standard alternative for certain transactions. More info: https://cointelegraph.com/news/the-worst-crisis-in-a-century-is-setting-the-stage-for-bitcoin With more and more people researching ‘how to buy a bitcoin in Canada’ on their browsers, that’s almost a given. According to Google itself interest in ‘buy and sell Bitcoin’ searches rose nearly 100% this past March. On the other side of the planet, China’s Baidu search engine reported a 183% increase in Bitcoin searches in late May. Bitcoin Offers Mobility and Control If another crisis, like say a second wave of COVID-19, were to hit your area hard, can you safely move your assets to somewhere else if needed? In our current system, money in a bank that has 0% reserve is a liability and potentially not there when you need it. Alternatively cryptocurrencies come without the hassle of physical cash or the control of others. If you wish you can hold some or all of your own crypto in a cold storage wallet offline. Conclusion As always, there’s no silver bullet solution in these unprecedented times, but the concept of Bitcoin as part of a diversification strategy is a great option to include. The attraction to Bitcoin being included as a part of a diverse investment portfolio continues to increase thanks to more market activity, mobility and upward momentum. *This is not investment advice, I am not a financial advisor. | title | Syscoin Bridge released to Ethereum |
| body | Syscoin, a Blockchain Protocol founded in 2014 and one of the earliest pioneers of the ICO, have announced the launch of their Syscoin Bridge Protocol. The Syscoin Bridge allows ERC20tokens on the Ethereum network to move into the Syscoin ecosystem. The Syscoin Ethereum Bridge went live on January 28th 2020 at Block 348,000 Syscoin is a decentralized secure low fee blockchain with high transaction throughput and supporting smart contract functionality, in contract to the Ethereum blockchain which has had ongoing scalability issues despite its large developer community. We interview Dan Wasyluk, CEO of Blockchain Foundry one of the lead contributors to the Syscoin Blockchain Protocol: https://youtu.be/cNUTWuEneCA Tools and platforms such as Metamask, ERC-20 DEXs, MyEtherWallet, Ledger and others can now be used by Syscoin Platform 4.1 via the Syscoin ERC-20 token: SysX. Syscoin-based asset on the main Syscoin chain for point-of-sale applications, which would be backed by the security of Proof-Of-Work, then use the Syscoin bridge to move from SYS to SysX (an ERC-20 token on Ethereum). SysX can then be used to interact with smart contracts on the Ethereum chain And learn more about the Syscoin Bridge through their explainer video https://youtu.be/jHhyFvVtSyU Continue to Follow Syscoin by reading their blog on https://Syscoin.org https://syscoin.org/syscoin-bridge |

"body": "Syscoin, a Blockchain Protocol founded in 2014 and one of the earliest pioneers of the ICO, have announced the launch of their Syscoin Bridge Protocol. The Syscoin Bridge allows ERC20tokens on the Ethereum network to move into the Syscoin ecosystem. The Syscoin Ethereum Bridge went live on January 28th 2020 at Block 348,000\n\n\n\n\nSyscoin is a decentralized secure low fee blockchain with high transaction throughput and supporting smart contract functionality, in contract to the Ethereum blockchain which has had ongoing scalability issues despite its large developer community.\n\nWe interview Dan Wasyluk, CEO of Blockchain Foundry one of the lead contributors to the Syscoin Blockchain Protocol:\n\nhttps://youtu.be/cNUTWuEneCA\n\nTools and platforms such as Metamask, ERC-20 DEXs, MyEtherWallet, Ledger and others can now be used by Syscoin Platform 4.1 via the Syscoin ERC-20 token: SysX. Syscoin-based asset on the main Syscoin chain for point-of-sale applications, which would be backed by the security of Proof-Of-Work, then use the Syscoin bridge to move from SYS to SysX (an ERC-20 token on Ethereum). SysX can then be used to interact with smart contracts on the Ethereum chain\nAnd learn more about the Syscoin Bridge through their explainer video\nhttps://youtu.be/jHhyFvVtSyU\n\n\nContinue to Follow Syscoin by reading their blog on https://Syscoin.org\nhttps://syscoin.org/syscoin-bridge",

| title | EventChain's Updated Roadmap |
| body | As we reflect back on our first full year live in the ticketing industry, we want to thank our returning event creators for making EventChain their platform of choice. Throughout the year targeting the high growth industries of live music, conferences, and the up and coming Esports sector, we have processed over a quarter of a million dollars in ticket sales and received great feedback regarding which features are priority in creating even more successful events. We’ve analyzed the feedback and set out a development timeline over the next 36 months that our team will be working as seen below. Q1 2020 Hybrid Block Explorer — The Hybrid Explorer empowers event attendees to verify the authenticity of their tickets and view any limitations or restrictions put in place by the organizers or artists without any knowledge of blockchain technology. while securing the tickets on the blockchain is a feat of its own, providing a laymans version of the blockchain explorer to view these tickets and understand event information without having to decode all of the techincal jargon in a regular block explorer is needed for ticket purchasers who do not understand technology. This is a front end function available to all prospective ticket holders to verify the authenticity of their tickets after purchasing on the primary market, or before purchasing on a secondary market. Ticket widget — allowing for event promoters to embed ticket buying directly on their website. V1 will direct the buyer to EventChain to complete the order payment. V2 would allow for the order processing to be completed on the organizer’s site. V2 depends on our ability to process payments through our own gateway. Q2 2020 Esports tournament bracketing integration — providing ability for esports tournament organizers to create and monitor competition standings, manage player registration and ticket sales, all directly within EventChain’s application. Enhanced Ticket Security — Beyond securing event tickets on the blockchain, organizers can choose to enable additional security measures including digital only tickets which cannot be printed or screen captured and SmartQR codes that are not generated until a predetermined time prior to the event start. UX enhancements — Implement updated event page design and enhanced event creation wizard. EventChain Payment Gateway — Organizers currently collect all ticketing funds, ticket revenue and EventChain’s ticket processing fees, directly through their own PayPal, Stripe, and CoinPayments.net (cryptocurrency) accounts. EventChain then invoices organizers for the ticket processing fees collected each month throughout the sale period. To streamline organizer onboarding, EventChain will provide its own payment gateway. This will be followed by a fully embedded ticket selling widget, apply for an integration with Facebook and Instagram Event Tickets and resale marketplace. Streaming and on demand video support — Through a partnership, EventChain will offer event producers integrated features to sell access to live streamed and on demand content for their events. This provides an additional source of revenue to event creators through paid content delivery. Q3 2020 Resale Marketplace — Attendees are able to resell their tickets on EventChain’s own resale marketplace. Event Organizers retain control of their ticket inventory on the resale marketplace, being able to place restrictions or limitations on the tickets if they wish, including allowing an open resale market, restricting ticket markups, enforcing a face value market and deriving resale commissions on resold tickets. Reserved Seating — EventChain’s system will support both general admission ticketing and reserved seating with interactive maps that can support multiple pricing tiers to accommodate venues of all shapes and sizes. We have identified several interactive seat map providers to leverage for the task. Dedicated Attendee iOS and Android Apps — The mobile apps provide additional marketing exposure through the app stores. The native apps provide a more seamless customer experience from mobile devices, facilitate attendee engagement, additional marketing opportunities, tracking and security. Q4 2020 3rd Party integrations — including business intelligence tools, cashless systems such as RFID bracelets, touch-less payments and tracking beacons. These integrations provide additional data to event organizers on the purchasing habits and behavior of attendees. With tools analyzing this data, organizers can provide a better customer experience for guests and sell more tickets. Engagement, Incentivization and Gamification — Event creators, brokers and attendees are rewarded for maintaining a positive reputation on the platform and for contributing to the engagement of event content. Reputation value is accrued and can provide additional benefits inside of the EventChain platform and integrate EventChain Tokens. Q1 2021 Authorized Seller Program — Organizers can assign blocks of tickets to authorized brokers to expand ticket sales distribution to increase sales in addition to their event page on EventChain. XR Ticketing Experience — EventChain will provide a Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality experience to allow for event ticket purchase in XR as well as allow for promoters to enhance and gamify event marketing. Q2 2021 Public EventChain API — will allow legacy ticketing systems to easily offer Blockchain Secured SmartTickets and access to the resale marketplace where attendees can buy and sell blockchain secured tickets. Organizers retain control of ticket resale limits and markups at all points of ticket distribution. We look forward to realizing this roadmap and delivering the functionality needed to ticket the highest caliber of events internationally, enabling event creators the utmost control over their events so they can best serve their attendees. | title | Looking for Liberty? Think AnarchoVegas Conference 2020 |
| body | The AnarchoVegas conference 2019 took place on July 19 and 20. The conference’s goal is to empower individuals to make a different in the world for themselves and their family and friends, while spreading the messages of individualism and freedom. The opening keynote speech was delivered by Avens Obrien (https://twitter.com/avensobrien)discussing realistic choices and options for a free and individual life. “ I loved that AnarchoVegas was very on theme. This was not about Republicans vs Democrats or who could be better political allies or political movements at all: this was about imaging a world without the state, and how we would live and do and be.” — Avens OBrien Avens Obrien opening speech at AnarchoVegas 2019 Banding together the libertarians from the cryptocurrency and blockchain movement with old school anarchists who have searched for freedom since before distributed networks existed, one of the fundraising efforts at this years AnarchoVegas focused on the Free Ross initiative, highlighted the legal battle for the freedom of Ross Ulbricht, sentenced to double life in prison for his creation of the Silk Road darknet marketplace, a move that has set precedence for injustice in the eyes of many libertarians. The highlight of the conference came from the speech by Jeff Berwick — The Dollar Vigilante, free market, anarcho-capitalist newsletter, website and video podcast with over 25 million views on Youtube. The Speech is available to view below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gr6f3QyAzQc Jeff Berwick, The Dollar Vigilante at AnarchoVegas 2019 At the end of AnarchoVegas on Sunday night there was a dinner and pool party gathering for some of the attendees and speakers to celebrate freedom and individualism. AnarchoVegas was such a success, the tickets are already on sale for AnarchoVegas 2020, available on EventChain, and of course in true libertarian fashion, the tickets can be purchased with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Monero and other cryptocurrencies (and Credit Cards as well). | title | MiracleTele Overview - Decentralized Telecommunications Platform |
| body | Miracle Tele project is a place where blockchain based mobile and data services globally and profit from the telco network growth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-5isz2T7l0 Currently the telecom industry is controlled by several giants that control the networks and make it extremely difficult for smaller competitors to enter the space. One of the problems this leads to is overpriced international calls with lack of quality and lack of privacy. Especially in the age of globalization, there needs to be more cost effective and efficient ways to communicate through telecom services. In certain countries, you are even required to provide government ID or sign contracts just to get a hold of a SIM card. It’s time for the power to shift back to the users. Part of the focus on the tele SIM card is that it retains your privacy, which has been a key focus point for many companies in the wake of privacy leaks and hacks on large companies like facebook. The program has multiple use cases, and rewards you with biweekly rewards thanks to the tokeniziations of the companies assets. TELE tokens are the foundation of our blockchain powered mobile ecosystem and all members of our community who hold TELE can stack them. Similar to Proof of stake algorithm, stacking was implemented so that all Miracle Tele users can get token holder rewards. The reward calculation formula is based on the growth of our telecom network and every two weeks we distribute 40% of our net profit on the telecom services between all those users who have stacked their tokens. The platform has now reached over 8000 active Telco users. MiracleTele just released their iOS mobile app, and upgraded their APN server side equipment which gives enhanced telecom system performance. As well, they have negotiations with mobile carriers and prepping the infrastructure for the use of TELE tokens as payment for helping to provide services. MiracleTele’s plans in their upcoming roadmap include some impressive nearby milestones. In the first two quarters of 2019, they are starting developing their proprietary wallet, introducing free use of whatsapp and telegram on miracelteleSIMcards, expect to reach 50,000 registered users on the platform with 25,000 active telco users. They also expect this to double by the end of 2019 with 100,000 rgeistered users and 50,000 active telco users, alongside finalizing the development of their own blockchain for the telco ecosystem. The Miracle Tele team includes CEO Burciks Andrejs, who has been involved in the blockchain community since 2015 and worked as a project manager in roles with accounts in telecom for over 10 years. The Head of development Roman Golod has over 11 years in the telecommunications industry and has created several VOIP and MVNO projects from scratch. The COO Roberto Machin has over 12 years as a senior executive and has driven 80 million dollars plus of revenue to his former companies, among other members on the team. Miracle Tele is having a tokensale for the sale of their TELE tokens, so lets break down the ICO Details. 50% of the tokens are allocated to the tokensale. 20% are allocated for promotion, 20% for the team, 5% for bounties and 5% for legal costs. The tokensale continues until all of the TELE tokens are sold out. The tokens are erc20 compatible and cost approximately one tenth of a euro each. The tokensale is ongoing right now and for more information visit their website at www.modex.tech Do you see yourself using a mobile virtual network to communicate internationally without cooperating with the large telecom groups? | title | Solving Data Ownership with Skrumble Network Blockchain |
| body | Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of speaking to a project on the East Coast of Canada which is quite an interesting blockchain project working towards a more secure communication network. Their goals for their public chain include unlimited, scalable and uniquely optimized routes for communication, to foster the thriving dApp ecosystems of Skrumble Network. https://youtu.be/ZD7KgfQ6REs Skrumble, the team behind Skrumble Network, has been around since 2014 and has a team of over 45 members mainly based in Toronto, Canada. They started off in the SaaS market with their innovative communication technology and have now chosen to redirect the skillset and technical knowledge of the team to build this unique blockchain communication experience. Skrumble Network is a public chain that makes it easier for humankind to contact and contract. Centered on creating the most secure connections for communication possible, Skrumble Network is empowering dApps to make free communication really free, private data really private, and unlimited contracts really unlimited. With no middle entity or centralized server host in between to censor, block or manipulate any data, Skrumble Network’s blockchain and dApps will be a catalyst for data privacy and help to truly democratize communication on a global scale. It’s relatively easy nowadays to create an ERC20 token and call it a day, but Skrumble Network is taking it to the next level by producing their own secure public blockchain with 3 secure components. 1. First, a Secure, Communication-Centric Blockchain: Most blockchains are built for secure and fast financial transaction, but have major limitations when it comes to data storage, connection speeds, and ultimately, accessibility for communication. Skrumble Network is working on a hybrid approach to build a blockchain that is uniquely optimized for communication connections. By using this hybrid methodology that is needed to blend it with a distributed and encrypted rich media stream for real-time communication. It carries the authentication part, the information to establish a peer-to-peer connection, as well as financial transaction ledger data. The main focus is to achieve consensus quickly, so the lag typically associated with blockchain transactions are not part of the user experience. The connections are private to the participants and of course, all the data stored is encrypted in a way only participants have the ability to decrypt it. 2. Second, a Decentralized Communication Application: Skrumble Network is also building the first dApp on their blockchain, that can’t be blocked, ensures anonymity and focuses on privacy and data ownership. It includes features such as messaging, calling, video calling, secure wallet integrations and in-conversation payments, file transfers, even screenshot alerts, and much more. 3. Last, an open source Communication Layer: Developers can easily add Skrumble Network’s secure communication layer to enable any application with rich media stream capabilities, and we are currently in the works with other amazing blockchain projects to see what we can help them accomplish in the near future. And these 3 components are just part of the bigger picture. Overall, Skrumble Network wants everyone to feel comfortable enough to continue sharing their valuable personal data and truly speak freely without feeling concerned with intermediaries and unknown third parties having access to their private information. | title | What are Smart Contracts on the Blockchain? |
| body | <b>On this episode of the Crypto Coin Show</b>, I’ll overview everything about Smart Contracts. What are smart contracts, why do they exist and why are they important? Smart contracts are a powerful tool that can provide many solutions in a wide variety of industries around the world to make business faster, more efficient, more global, and more secure. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/K_BvVxb1l2E" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> <br><b>I’m Ashton Addison from EventChain.io and this is the crypto coin show.</b> <b>Where I decrypt the facts to keep you on track in the crypto world.</b> Today we dive into Smart Contracts. Well To start, Smart contracts are essentially just contracts but with better technology. It’s not just an IQ, but rather it’s the underlying technology that makes these things smart, and that underlying technology for smart contracts is the blockchain. Through the use of programming and decentralized networks, we can have contracts that work more efficiently and are more appropriate serving the growing business needs of the new globalized economy. Well get to the blockchain portion of it a bit later, but first the contracts themselves. These smart contracts have Computer code built into them so the logic and programming language of Smart Contracts results in automation, where specific events are triggered automatically when an initial event occurs like signing a transaction, a timestamp, or anything else programmable. In programming terms, the automation of a smart contract is actually something we call Ifthisthenthat logic, Executing code based on a triggered event where “if” this event trigger happens, “then” code executes some other event or function. For example, putting money to an address could execute a contract which does anything programmed into the contract. You need a pre-existing event to trigger the next event. Then these event changes programmed in the smart contracts are updates through communication and agreeance of those updates between nodes on the blockchain, updating the network wide transparent ledger. One of the main differences with smart contracts from a regular contract is that any contract changes are pushed out and verified by all of the other nodes in the system. So how do these smart contracts help us make the world better in the real world. Let’s think of an example where normal contracts occur in commonly for reference. What are big contracts you would normally sign? Buying a car, buying a house or a signing a rental or lease contract. These could all be automated into smart contracts. Imagine taking the regular contract with the details of the contract all coded on to the blockchain where through interaction You would be able to make a purchase of that car. When you make a deposit for the car based on the contract terms, the smart contract would execute that deposit automatically and engage you in the next stage of the contract. By having this contract on the blockchain, all of the information associated with this contract would be agreed upon by all parties verifying the network where the contract sits, and once the car is purchased the identity will be transferred to you and the smart contract will be updated across the entire network so everyone agrees that you now have ownership of the vehicle. This process should make doing business more streamlined and allow for a more secure and transparent communication of data than previously possible. Another feature of smart contracts is multi-signature requirements where an event cannot be triggered without multiple parties accepting to it. For instance if that car was owned by 2 people, the contract could enforce both people to sign off or else no actions will be taken. A strong example of multisignature protection in crypto is a Multisig ICO Wallet. Many wallets owned by corporations holding the collected funds from ICOs have restriction where any particular amount of signatures, whether it be 2 of 3 or 3 of 5 signatures coded into the contract must sign off on a particular event for the contract to execute that specific event. This prevents one single party from taking the funds out of an ICO wallet without others permission. The current traditional process requires a lot of communication back and forth. The old way requires a lot of steps to confirm back and forth between parties. If the information is all coded into the blockchain and the owners of the information can be transferred easily through a transparent transaction on the blockchain. In a rental contract agreement, there can be issues on both ends. There are many other utilities arising from smart contracts. For instance having your own Digital identity that can build reputation and social credibility. With blockchain technology and smart contracts possible to build credit by providing a history of timely and transparent payment history recorded on the blockchain. In Summary, smart contracts really are just contracts that have some form of automation or what programmers call logic, and are uploaded to a blockchain. These contracts are not the end all be all to regular contracts and they are still in the early adoption stage at least in the real world, but they have the ability to change many industries and likely will end up reshaping the legal industry, financial industry, insurance industry and many others. This smart contract lesson is brought to you by EventChain SmartTickets, using Smart Contracts to solve problems in the ticketing industry like excessive ticketing fees, counterfeiting, and scalping. Check out our project at <a href="EventChain.io">EventChain.io</a>. I’m Ashton Addison and Thank you for watching. | title | Token Store Overview - Decentralized Exchange for trading Cryptocurrency |
| body | <b>On this episode of the Crypto Coin Show</b>, we take a look at a decentralized exchange option for trading Crypto, Token Store. Decentralized exchanges allow you to trade cryptocurrencies with further security by allowing you to control your own private keys and have no counterparty risk. Token Store is one of the many decentralized exchanges popping up, and the use of these platforms should grow significantly in the next year or two, so better to start learning now. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/FBAl337LN8Q" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> <br><b>I’m Ashton Addison from <a href="https://eventchain.io/">EventChain.io</a> and this is the crypto coin show.</b> <b>Where I decrypt the facts to keep you on track in the crypto world.</b> So you want to get some altcoins from ether, but don’t trust the exchange with your funds? With Decentralized exchanges, you don’t have to. sometimes referred to as DEXs, using decentralized exchanges like token store allows you to keep more control over your funds. It’s pretty easy to learn how to use as well. When you start on the Token.store website, you just need to create a new ethereum wallet on the platform, or import your private keys from a wallet directly or use the metamask extension. The safest way to do it is to use the metamask extension, but I recommend using it only as an intermediary to another more secure wallet. You can send funds to your wallet on token store once you’ve set it up. From there, though you need to deposit some ether into the Token store smart contract. Once the funds are In the smart contract then you can either click on a bid or ask to buy or sell any of the tokens listed so far or set a buy or sell order manually, you get the tokens you wanted right to your same ethereum wallet. Right now theres less than 50 tokens available on token store, but you can get some good ones like Rchain, populous and EventChain and the interface looks a lot nicer and more user friendly than what people have been used to for decentralized exchanges. Many people ask, what is the difference between token store and etherdelta? Well here are some of the key differences: 1. they Completely rewrote the responsive User interface 2. Completely rewrote a new reliable order book 3. they Revised the smart contract with versioning, migrations, and account modifiers. Again, Using Token Store decentralized exchanges means that you are not relying on token store themselves to store any of the funds. The nature of decentralized exchanges as well is that you send your funds to the eth smart contracts programmed to conduct a peer to peer exchange of tokens upon receiving. There are other decentralized exchanges to use like EtherDelta, IDEX, RadarRelay, CobinHood and Kyber Network but some of these are still being developed and surely even more alternatives are being created as we speak. Check out the exchange and pick up some eventchain tokens at <a href="www.Token.store">www.Token.store</a>. So Do you want to hear about more decentralized exchanges and projects dedicated to more privacy and control of your coins and your private keys? Let me know In the comments down below. This cryptocoinshow is sponsored by EventChain SmartTickets, Support our project using the ethereum blockchain by trading EventChain tokens on Token Store. I’m Ashton Addison and Thanks for watching. Remember to like, share, and subscribe to Crypto Coin Show to see my next video when I Decrypt the facts, to keep you on track in the crypto world. |

| title | Blockchain Conferences and Events in 2018 — EventChain and Crypto Coin Show |
| body | Hey everyone, It’s Ashton Addison from EventChain and the Crypto Coin Show and I’d love to give you an update on the blockchain conference and event scene in 2018 including the great events that have happened so far and what large upcoming events are happening in your area. To start, In January I visited the World Crypto Economic Forum in San Francisco which had a great Keynote by Nick Szabo who touched on the centralized nature of cryptocurrency exchanges and a bit about atomic swaps with other speeches from Shawn owen of SALT, Vinny Lingham of Civic and I spoke on the importance of blockchain influencer marketing. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/3dNKKPQBCOk" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> <br>Also in January I attended the North American Bitcoin Conference in Miami where I had the privilege of doing video interviews with people from Polymath, Dash, Credits, Tai Lopez, Lucyd, Decred, and many more. These videos should all be available on our Crypto Coin Show channel. Both Bitcoin Miami and WCEF San Francisco were sponsored by EventChain and turned out to be great events to kick off the year. More Recently, We sponsored the Polycon conference hosted by PolyMath in the Bahamas where I Interviewed some great projects. I spoke with Trevor Koverko CEO of PolyMath, Nick Spanos of Zap, Crypto Chicks, Atlad Cloud renewable mining, Dr Tsai of ZeU network, Blockchain Foundry and the Syscoin core development team, CoinPayments team, Crypto Chicks and more. I admit Tai Lopez and Trevor from Polymath probably had the most compelling speeches out of the lot. Again it turned out to be a great conference and those videos will be up on our channel in the near future as well. As for what’s coming up, I am heading to TokenFest in San Francisco for their blockchain event on March 15th and 16th to do some media coverage. We are also sponsoring the Latam blockchain conference March 19th in Argentina, Blockconf March 21st in Melbourne, and Block2thefuture on the USS Hornet Naval aircraft carrier in alameda California on April 4th. An event on an aircraft carrier sounds like a cool one and I know they are giving out free bitcoin and free chicken masala so don’t miss that. For those in Asia, I’ll be panelling and giving the closing Keynote speech at the TechLaw conference in Singapore on April 4th, hosted by the Singapore Academy of Law on the Smart Regulations for a Digital Economy. I’m sure it will be an eventful experience for everyone. There are some other blockchain conferences in April as well and you can see the full blockchain calendar on our website <a href="http://eventchain.io/">EventChain.io</a>. On top of the EventChain partnership with iFlyer TV backed by Sony Music in Japan, We are doing our best to sponsor, partner, and bring coverage to blockchain events around the world advocating for blockchain smartticketing for transparency and security. Stay tuned to EventChain.io to watch the development of our application and stay informed on the latest conferences and events to attend. I’m Ashton Addison and thank you for watching, please share this video out and subscribe to stay informed on the latest blockchain overviews, interviews, and insights as I decrypt the facts to keep you on track in the crypto world. |

| title | CoolCousin ICO Overview - Decentralized City Guides with Trusted Locals |
| body | <b>On this episode of the Crypto Coin Show</b>, I’ll overview the CoolCousin ICO, A tourism platform shaking up the holidays with a twist on travel agencies built for the new age traveller. Finding good travel info can be difficult and avoiding biased opinions can also hard through the web, but with cool cousin you can find local “cousins” whove lived in the area for a long time and are willing to provide their knowledge and experience first hand. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/bP1ovZ1pSj8" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> <b>I’m Ashton Addison from <a href="https://eventchain.io/">EventChain.io</a> and this is the crypto coin show.</b> <b>Where I decrypt the facts to keep you on track in the crypto world.</b> Information overload and biased content in the centralized travel market has made it hard for tourists to find relevant info. CoolCousins has built their platform from the community up, so travellers get on demand city guidance that matches their style and needs directly from like minded locals. Cousins are like a refined version of travel agents, just as airbnb hosts are to hotel clerks. Using CoolCousins people can get travel and tourist information from local experts who want to provide the help for the timing or their visits, where to stay and what places you can’t miss while in their city. The unbiased nature of the service ensures trustworthy information is safeguarded by blockchain technology, limiting the company’s ability to make commercial decisions compromises the authenticity of the platform. CoolCousin was launched in 2016 and is already used by over 500,000 travellers worldwide. It is well on its way to becoming a decentralized travel agency for the new age travellers. By the end of 2017 they had their web app launched in over 65 countries with over a thousand Cousins guiding platform participants. As for the roadmap, they are planning on launching the sample wallet in Q3 of 2018, Cool Cousin 4.0 by 2019, and Mass adoption by 2020. There is double digit growth month over month and coolcousins seems positioned to become a major player in the travel industry, which is generating $2.3 trillion dollars a year. CoolCousins has been dubbed an up and coming travel service by the NYTimes, LA Times, The Guardian and National Geographic as a must app for travellers. The 17 person team at CoolCousin include CEO Itay Nagler, who has a track record of turning ideas into products that adopt millions of users. The CTO Gil Azrielant is a blockchain developer, early ethereum enthusiast and cyber warfare officer at the Israeli defence force. The CMO Nadav Saadia is a marketing strategist who led millin dollar campaigns for Procter and Gamble and HBO, Shachar cotani is the Chief Product officer and has been responsible for international digital products and campaigns, and Itamar weizman is the COO and founded israels largest every grassroots political campaign by the age of 22. As for the CoolCousin Board of Advisors, Pete Hancock was the former head of national sales at yelp, Asaf Shavit, whos the co-founder at digital asset partners, among other advisors. The CoolCousin platform is used by CUZ cryptocurrency tokens and a blockchain peer to peer transaction network on top of Ethereum. The platform will include diverse and affordable premium services so cousins can be paid appropriate for their services, directly from. CoolCousin is having a tokensale of their CUZ tokens for their platform, so let’s break down the ICO details. Out of a total supply of 300 million tokens, 33% are allocated to the ico, 25% are for the community incentives and platform growth, 24% is for future operations, 10% is for the team, and 8* is for advisors, early supporters, and for bounty. The soft cap for the ICO is 4000 Ether and the hard cap is 17,500 Ether, where 1 ether gets 3770 Cuz tokens. The Whitelist is available now for the ICO and more information is available on <a href="http://www.coolcousin.com/">www.coolcousin.com</a>. If you go travelling, wouldn’t you want to meet the local cousins who have lived in the area for many years giving you first hand knowledge to make your travelling more enjoyable? Let me know in the comments down below. This cryptocoinshow is sponsored by EventChain SmartTickets, Stop excessive ticketing fees using the ethereum blockchain by participating in our project at EventChain.io.
