      "body": "500g de couscous\nhuile d'olive\n1 oignon haché et deux petits entiers\n3 tomates fraîches\ntomate concentrée\nharissa\n2 piments verts\n150 gr de viande (agneau, boeuf)\npoivre\nsel\n2 pommes de terre\n100g harissa\n150g de pois-chiche\npaprika\n3 carottes\n2 courgettes\n \n\nPréparation :\n \nMettre la viande saler, poivrer et l'oignon haché et l'huile d'olive et laisser mijoter durant 10 min, Une fois la viande un peu roussis rajouter l'eau, le pois-chiche laisser bouillir un peu ensuite rajouter la tomate concentrée, l'harissa recouvrir et laisser bouillir un moment.\nRajouter deux piments découpés en deux laisser juste 5 a 10 min juste le temps de donner un peu le goût ensuite le retirer à part dans un petit récipient pour qu'il serve après pour la décoration.\nMaintenant il faut rajouter un litre d'eau a la sauce et laisser bouillir un peu. Ajouter les légumes (pommes de terre, les carottes entières, le potiron ou courgettes selon le goût.\nEntre temps on passe au couscous, il faut le mettre dans une terrine, y verser dessous 4 cuillères d'huile d'olive et un demi verre d'eau, le mélanger bien entre les doigts pour faire pénétrer, le laisser se reposer un moment.\nPlacer le couscous dans la partie supérieure de la  couscoussière, et laisser cuir 20 minutes. Quand la viande est à point, déplacer le couscous sur un grand plateau ou une terrine et séparer doucement les grains avec vos doigts. Humidifier les graines avec l'eau légèrement salée. de temps en temps il faut remuer avec une spatule le couscous.  Ajouter les légumes et laisse cuir a feu moyen.\nUne fois que la viande et surtout le pois-chiche bien cuit, car les légumes prennent plus de temps pour la cuisson et que le couscous est tendre entre les doigts. Arrêter la cuisson.\nPrendre un petit bol, y verser un peu du gras qui monte à la surface de la marmite de la sauce préparée. Laisser un peu revenir et ajouter un peu d'eau. Laisser un peu mijoter jusqu'à ce que la viande soit cuite et que la sauce reduise (presque completement : on ne laissera qu'un peu de \"jus\"\n\nCOuper les pommes de terre en cube et les faire frire. Des fois je les fait juste bouillir dans l'eau et je les laisse fermes.\n\nMélanger les pommes de terre et la viande+sauce.Battre les oeufs et les ajouter à la préparation. Ajouter le fromage rapé. Mettre dans un plat à four huilé et enfourner jusqu'à ce que le tagine soit doré et bien cuit (tester avec la pointe du couteau)\n\nDécouper des carrés et servir. Now, the state’s government has $34-million plan to protect the beloved animals.\n\nKoalas have large, hairy ears. They have especially sharp claws, which help them climb trees. They are marsupials, meaning they carry their babies in an opening of skin on the mother’s stomach. The animals are native to Australia, and are described in many Aboriginal stories of creation.\n\nOver the last 20 years, the koala population in New South Wales has fallen by 25 percent. About 36,000 koalas remain. The animals’ numbers have fallen in other parts of Australia, too.\n\nAs part of its plan, the government of New South Wales is setting aside nearly 25,000 hectares of forest where koalas will be able to breed freely.\n\nIt will also add more signs to help car drivers avoid koalas that walk into roadways. And, the state will build specially made bridges so that koalas and other wildlife can cross roads while avoiding cars and trucks.\n\nKoalas face several threats, including loss of habitat due to land-clearing, dog attacks and heatwaves. A sexually transmitted disease – chlamydia – is also harming koalas’ health.\n\nGabrielle Upton is the environment minister of New South Wales. She told VOA about her state’s plan to set up a group of wildlife hospitals to treat injured and sick koalas. She also said researchers are testing a vaccine that would protect the koalas against chlamydia.\n\nA new koala hospital will open in Port Stephens, north of Sydney. It will join an already existing hospital in the New South Wales town of Port Macquarie, which began treating injured marsupials in the 1970s.\n\nConservationists have welcomed the idea of opening a second hospital.
