This movie traces the different time zones of India starting with Emergency of 1975 to Kargil war and Vice versa,  to showcase those events it uses real time video clips that were then recorded by some media channels. \n\nWhen it comes to acting performed by Amir Khan, it gives glimpse of Ranchho from 3 Idiots movie so there was a place to work with as in the remakes you are supposed to be the actual version actor if not better so Amir's acting did not do any justice to Tom hanks. \n\nAccording to me there wasn't any need to show the Golden temple attack & the riots that broke out in capital and other places aftermath of Mrs. Indira Gandhi's murder because it was like adding pinch of salt on wounds especially in the contemporary period when after Farmer's agitation and some swelling up of Khalistan protesters in world as it poses a threat to the integrity of Our country. The production team could have choosen other time period of significant interests.\n\nThis movie shows the communal riots as Malaria, a disease, which is obviously great theme to name the riots. It also shows the soft power when Mr. Lal singh carry out the excursion of a terrorist from kargil to Indian safe camp because he wasn't able to distinguish between friendlies and enemies due to his psychological imbalance. But then this movie goes on to showcase how soft power can overcome a hardline terrorist who is brainwashed by the preachers of his community, This man helps Mr. Lal in handling his business then goes back to his house where to open a school and providing mainstream education to the children living there.\n\nIn the climax where he goes on a wild goose run this movie shows the different shades of India and different cultures. Overall it could have been a masterpiece teaching communal harmony and peace & tranquility among other nations if it had choosen some different time periods of History and few other significant changes in Script.\n\nNamaskaram",

These are the stories about Armed Personal's deed on and off duty. She has authored many books like Kargil, 1965, Insomnia etc.  Stories always starts with greeting to the Brave and Bold narrating their part.\n\nWhat took me to write a book review of this book, A story which occurs many times but reported for hardly any time. The story about ex cadets who got discharge after being severely injured and medically unfit to serve in the regular armed forces, they are deprived of any means to further survive, there are no other benefits which can help them in sustaining a regular healthy lives. Few of them become depressed. \n\nHardly any newspaper or any organization except few working in this field only notice their pain and help them by any means possible but it's not always enough as the person looses his/her confidence. \n\nBut in this book Ex cadet Navin Gulia's journey is a great example of how one start one's journey. He is truly an inspiration to many, he have done things which is sometimes seems hard for a full bodied person. The rationale behind institutionalization of Global Parliament i.e. United Nation was diplomatic resolution of the Country's bilateral or multilateral conflicts. At its advent it worked as planned like UN charted on Indo Pak relation in 1947 create stability for sometime but with the passage of time, its relevance started depleting as many members of this big forum went on to war on each other, the phrase diplomatic resolution of conflicts was in abeyance. \n\nMany developed countries raised their military propaganda in some unstable and miserable regions of the world and polarized their interests while exploiting the natural resources of that region. And when it was left with nothing but poverty and humanitarian crisis, they fled away to their heavens and in the meantime United Nation was silently witnessing those harassments. This mostly works because of Special power given to just few hands i.e. 5 Veto countries. They exploit the essentials clauses of the UN Charters and make them suitable to their interests while rest of the world just witness the might of those powerful nations. \n\nNow in globalized world when we are dealing with humanitarian problems which poses some serious threats to Humanity like terrorism, smuggling and climate issues, the powerful countries are still busy with their military propagandas and using their might to creating havoc in immediate neighborhood and ultimately to the world. \n\nRecently the anticipation regarding Russia's invasion to Ukraine were in news and there was a full scale chances but The United Nations position was like a toothless tiger which lost its relevance in modern aspiring world. And now Russia invaded Ukraine on eastern flank with full throttle, it can lead to full fledged world war if NATO comes into action and this would gonna disaster for the Modern World despite having a great Institute like United Nation in upfront. \n\nBut it also reminds me of covid situation when World Health Organization failed to report on time which ultimately lead to loss of thousands of innocent lives. Whether it is functional or not, we'll look into this shortly. As of now we would talk about election, election give us freedom or in other words a path to decide our fate and who would be framing policy for our better future. And whosoever person gets the baton of representation then it becomes leader of your fate. \n\nDemocracy is basically Demo based influencing method to rule a large mass in which you get a feeling of inclusion but you are partially included. Overall looking at different form of governments, it is best option available for growth and well being of People. I used the world partially that's because the way the Ruling govt. is elected, Ruling Govt. gets around 30-40% of direct vote and rest is against that regime and Voters casting the vote are around 50-60% of total population on an average. If we calculate this then around 24-25% people's wish is ruling the whole. So is this : Of the People, By the people and for the people ? \n\nObviously elected ruler have an idea about the Population that supported his/her regime then what would you expect from him/her in this populist world. Their policy would definitely inclined to the section which casted vote to them. Democracy can not be ideal but its functional. \n\nIn real world the leader are vulnerable about their ideologies, they never have fixed ideals for them. Their ideologies changes with the voice in the air. They always pursue the winning current with undermining their ideals. It started in an Indian state ,Karnataka, where some students wearing Hijab were denied entry into an educational institution around starting of New Year 2022. \n\nHijab is wore by Muslim women to maintain modesty and privacy from unrelated males as depicted in The Holy Book \"Qur'an\". As the first issue arose out of a Institutions and within a week it started flouring in many institutions and News and Social media handles. Different opinions started, some were in support and some were against. \n\nAs in globalized world any news spread faster than the speed of a tiger, This issue taken a whole Hindu Muslim controversy on Peak again as before the Pandemic when CAA and NRC protests were held in The Capital. The videos of Hindu people wearing Bhagwa scarf stopping muslim women wearing Hijabs were all over social media. Recently just before this issue another issue regarding Muslims paying their Namaz on road in Gurgaon was very hot in country for few days but then administrative authorities took some steps to stop vandalism and any unfortunate event, that issue is still under Judicial Review. \n\nThe validation and invalidation regarding Hijab practice, I'll put up in next Blog !\n \nSo what is that thing which stucked in my mind while reading and analyzing the issue. So The Big Question of today is why this issue started flouring now whereas the practice is going on through the ages ??\n\nWell! If you look into a bigger picture then this issue started with The announcement of Election Commission of India about the election in India's five states : Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur. We are aware that election are won through the practice of Divide and Rule so The elections in India's three strategically important states in terms of Politics. It is set pattern to polarize the Voting and Voters and this issue expose communal rifts to easily alter the voter and his access to free vote. This Hijab issue is used by different political parties to their political gains. \n\nEvery time when there is an election scheduled in India, a social issue arises out of no where to disturb communal harmony and to polarizing the World's biggest Democracy. We need to understand we are living in world which is on the edge of loosing the sustainability due to our aspiration of becoming Greater Power in the Universe, we don't need another cause to destabilize the Human survival. Humanity is already on the edge on biological and cyber warfare. We need to consider that the election is For the betterment of a State not a particular sect or Religion, It's the high time to part our religious ways from the politics. Religion and Politics should be considered two different entity because religion should be solely personal matter whereas Politics should be inclusion of all with different ideologies on a single plate. It may sound Idealist but for the survival and sustainability of Humanity : It is the ultimate need of the hour. \n\nFinally I would emphasis on peaceful resolution of this issue where no-one's educational rights would be infringed and they would be casting their vote not to their Religion but to Development, skilling in IT sector, sustainability of universe and overall to Humanity.",

But here the question arises for the reason that person knocked the door of The Court, Is getting what he deserve?, There should be checks and balances that how many times he gets the Justice Done! \n\nI am not raising any question on the credibility of Indian judicial Capacity, My very concern is that Due to lack of Infrastructure and the working staff the accountability of Judicial System is not up to the mark. A person can end up all his life in the hearings of his case but still not able to get to the Justice. Is this system we need for our citizens? or we need to add up some reforms to make it more convenient and accessible even to lower strata of our society. Our Preamble of the constitution advocates for Justice which is Social, Economic and Political.\n\nLack of Infrastructure and Number of Judges in India is increasing the existing backlog of cases, Judges present in the system are not able to give his time to every case. On the other hand the cases which get the hearing dates then trials get decades to complete. \n\nAt present there are about 3 Crore cases pending with the Indian Judiciary Department where 0.2% in Supreme Court, 13.8% in High Courts and 86% in Sub ordinate courts. Uttar Pradesh and Bihar have the most number of cases pending and judges vacancy. There is 19 judges/million people, where as 120th report of Law Commission suggests for 50 judges/million and if we count the required number of judges for the disposal of pending cases we need 70000 judges. \n\nIncrease in the cases have weakened the capacity of Judicial System, This leads to delays in redressal of cases on time. There is various concerns related to this scenario because Some of the appellate and under trial prisoners lost their lives in hope for Justice. If someone being Undertrial Prisoner gets the justice after a long time then some of them loose their confidence in themselves at that age to start their lives from scratch, Ultimately they end up with some pathetic and illegal ways to live their further life. \n\nHere question comes which is my Thumbnail “ Justice Delay is Justice Deniel ?” The whole system creates the picture for Injustice to many. So in the modern world where everything is instant and on your finger’s tip, here a pizza can reach you by 30 minutes, but of course justice is not a Pizza. The demand for Instant Justice increases but this is absolutely true that very nature of justice can’t be instant because You have to hear two sides and look into the proofs submitted by them and then only A judge can announce his/her verdict. As there is guiding principle in our system that “Let a hundred guilty be acquitted, but one innocent should not be convicted.” But the conviction does not come easily of course, It takes time and hearings. During the hearing there are multiple loops which needs to be managed and i.e. Intentions/medical conditions of judges, medical condition refers here to temporary illness but the amount of work bestowed upon them is not letting them a needed rest, existing backlogs and incoming workload, the quality of lawyers and the appointment mechanism. There are instances where sometimes prosecutor is not present and on another hearing victim’s lawyer is not present and sometimes lawyers deliberately demands for more and more hearings to make money out of every hearing so this leads to delay in trials ultimately Delay in Justice. \n\nDelay in Justice is sometimes injustice to the Victim because what someone will make with getting justice after giving whole of his life in the proceedings of courts. Other animals do not enjoy this authority because of some hormonal issues may be ! \nThere is very famous quote \" With great power comes greater responsibilities.\" So it become our responsibility how we react to the situations, It's on us that in every situation we should be conscious about our reaction as well as actions. \nNow a days during lockdown due to Covid-19 many of us are free and staying at home so our patience level has been decreased abruptly, We just react on things on which previously we do not consider those to be attentive. This is because of mental stress. \n\nOften we see when a bike or car crashes to somebody or just saved by inches the reaction made by those drivers or passengers is so harsh that sometimes it leads to death of somebody and we call it road rage. Indeed This lockdown is necessary for us but I think it is unplanned, because We have a very large population of migrant laborers and daily wagers so a unplanned lockdown will make their life more worse.\n    But this lockdown unleashed the reality of Indian Nationality as State Govt. was prioritizing for help of those who belong to their states and made the arrangements systematically. Those who were providing their services to the states, it becomes the accountability of the state to accommodate them but states failed in doing so. As the lockdown shutdown the services of any mode of transport so these workers started their journey on foot to self-accommodate themselves in their respective houses. This sudden movement of worker violated fundamental principle of lockdown and created panic among public and the government both. \nMillions of migrant worker were on the road without caring about whether they would get their destination or not, some were on foot and others were by their bicycles. This was the responsibility of government to accommodate them where they are. \nGovernment is providing the relieve amount in the accounts of the poor but the -fact is in India not every daily earner possess a bank account or if someone possess so but he have 8-9 family members in his family, the amount which will be transferred represent only the account holder. We are country in which most of the poor families live on the road and doesn’t possess any bank account. And till now there is no such situation that Government need to request for financial support for helping the poor, there is contingency fund of India for dealing with disasters. I hope we will not suffer to that stage as we have taken preventive measures very strictly so there was no need for financial assistance from the countrymen. But you could request them to take care of those poor families who will not get their bread during lockdown. There is a new fashion is trending on social media of posting the Donation slip as screenshots on social media accounts. I just have a question for them What if they had helped those poor with this money directly? This nature will survive without us but we will not survive without nature so its our duty to preserve it. So during these lockdown days spend your time with your family and take care of our nature by planting more and more trees and respecting other beings, meanwhile during high time support your family and take care of eachother.
