This is my first (solo) upload to video, I am planning a joint video with my partner Logost, that will still be coming, we're still figuring out the details. \n\nI wanted to upload this, partly, as talking about emotions helps me to process them, but also because I was asked a favour by someone that has recently shown me some  valuable wisdom.\n\nThis all started just over a week ago, I was in the midst of fighting a sinus infection of some sort. Two things happened to me at pretty much the same time. I found out my aunt had died the day I went to the doctor about my infection. The irony in this for me is she was very much for homoeopathic medicine and against pharmaceuticals. This has hit me pretty hard as I lost my Grandpa only a year ago.\n\nThe good thing that happened however, Logost and I were watching a youtube video advertising The 5AM Club by Robin Shawma. I was actually rather sceptical at first. How can simply getting up early change your life. Logost however suggested buying the book and I do love to read. With Amazon prime it came the next day and I cracked it open.\n\nOnce I started reading, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a story, and a good story at that. Essentially, what one might define as a self-help book illustrated as a story. A spark of genius I have never witnessed before, an in-built example and illustration with all the rollercoaster ups and downs any good writer must have.\n\nI personally found this format of information to be highly effective. You form an emotional and perspective bond with the characters and their journey through the information. I also love a good experiment, so I figure I'd try it out. It's been a week since I finished the book, a few more days since I started and I honestly am surprised I've been able to stay as strong as I have. Despite everything going on, at the very least the 5AM Club has grounded at the very moment the storm arrived. I actually feel happier and more energised, I'm getting more done, my Aspergers and PTSD, whilst still present, arguably the PTSD is worse even, still it's affecting me less.\n\nYes, it's hard. I've had a 90% success rate at getting up at 5AM. I'm struggling just to not have an emotional break down at times as I haven't stopped shaking internally. Yet, I started with a 0% success rate.\n\nTLDR, Hi, I'm Tick, This is Spiral Paradox, bad things are happening, however we remain positive. Check out Robin Shawma's book The 5AM Club. Prana, Chi and Chakra also work. It does feel like some depth is missing, however. The Force from Star Wars actually gets closer.\n\nThrough atonement, meditation and practice one can observe what we refereed to as the \"flows\". Waves of energy flowing through the universe. You can see them, touch them, hear them or smell them, everything is made of waves though. When waves interact they entangle, once entangled waves cannot be separated. It is this concept that is, and was, responsible for FTL communications, both back home and on Earth.\n\nWe travelled through a realm we called Chima Space. As far as we could tell, an alternate dimension or universe filled to the brim with Chima, but no discernible matter. That was the extent of our knowledge on the realm. It wasn't actually all that fast on the inter-stellar scale. It made up for this however, with near instant inter-galactic jumps. Far too many people are obsessed with the physical nature of things, an obsession that leads to a focus on desire and mediocrity, of smallness and insignificance. A hypocrisy so rampant, then I can feel nothing less then excited anticipation when I find, even for a moment, someone who dares to glance upon the metaphysical, that which lies outside of physics.\n\n\tIt is as if this world is infected by a cancer of the mind, the so called heroes that perform blatant acts of degeneracy and imposition to an ignorant mass of birds tweeting irrelevances without an iota of importance as if to guilt trip the very universe itself. And yet they say I am the mad one.\n\n\tAs tempting as it may be to wash my hands of humanity, even I cannot deny that I must have been sent to this world for some reason, perhaps will of the universe, my subconcious, Faraday. Probably a little of everything.\n\n\tInevitably people will read this, thus I urge you, dear reader, if there is one thing I have learned it is this: the physical nature of things is the most, irrelevant, mundane, boring part of reality. I was once, as you most likely are, or have been, or will be, caged by such notions. Shackles of our own making, however they have always been. I can only assume, that you stumbled across my musings because some part of your being drew you to it. You and I are energy, not our bodies. It is this very fact that allows these thoughts to stand the test of time and make it to you. Whether you read this tomorrow, next year, or in millennia to come. Or perhaps it shall be lost to time, never to be seen again. Still, I haven't been the first to think in such terms, nor shall I dare say be the last.\n\n\tI fear the most when I consider the ancient tales of this world, the end days they speak of, whether they be predictions or accounts of history diluted with time, they all speak of such degradations of civilisation. This is what compels me to write, in the perhaps, vain hope that at least one person will entangle with these vibrations.\n\n\t\n\tI cannot continue to allow such behaviours, beliefs and attitudes affect my chima. A force field must be implemented. Supposedly, I have Asperger's. The running joke is that of an autistic force field. Amusing and curious. Application of such a force, this is what my people once called chima. Practice makes progress. A clear mind, focused on the task at hand is the only salvation that is coming for me. I alone can set my destiny in motion. Let none stand in my way. Please, that'd be really nice actually.\n\n\tI sincerely hope I can set this example practically and successfully, as well that other may see, at the very least to open there eyes for what may well be the first time.
