| body | Hi All Steemians! I hope everybody doing well! I start this week with my New lifestyle - start workout, eating healthy,no stress and more relax :)  I want to share my Vegan Meal prep for 2 days! It's really easy to make so Let's start! 1. Cook your cous-cous - I have 5 Tbsp of cous-cous and add just bit of water 2. Cook your mushrooms - add them on the pan put some salt on it - dont add any water! - mushrooms are full of water and they start let water go 3. Cook your stir fry veggies - add them on the pan with 1 Tbsp of oil. Roast it for few minutes and then add a bit of water and steam them for 5 minutes 4. Roast your sweet potatoes - add 2 potatoes on baking tray. Set your oven for 200°C and put them in and let them cook for 15-20 minutes. And we are done! See! Really simple,healthy & delicious Have a great weekend guys and let me know if you liked it :) X X X |

| body | Hi Steemians! I had a course at work yesterday and I would like to share with you how amazing vegan lunch I had! My colleague asked that catering company about some one special vegan lunch just for me. And I was really impressed what I got! <center></center> On the top you can see fake meat with sweet chilli sauce and on the bottom was great salad -carrot, cucumber, beetroot slices, red & yellow pepper, sprouts,pumpkin seeds and walnuts. Have a nice weekend guys and let me know if you had similar positive experience at your work with vegan food!!! x x x |

Today, I would like to talk about Plant based diet :) <center> </center> I know this will sound weird but I used to be a vegan for 6 months and I didn't like it because I gained a lot so I stopped. But after few months I realised what I used to do, was just unhealthy veganism but wasn't a plant based diet. I ate lot of unhealthy stuff - such as pizza mostly for dinner and lot of fruits and just little amount of greens and no exercise at all. So I did a grocery shopping today and it's all Plant based can't wait to cook something nice. And here are Benefits of Plant Based diet: <ul><li>No harm for Animals</li> <li>Lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol</li> <li>Better blood sugar</li> <li>Lower risk of cancer</li> <li>Weight loss</li><ul> Also I think it's not that expensive as buying meat. Of course if you will buy some alternative food or superfood then yes could be a more expensive but I still think eating meat is still "luxury". But also there is some risks and you would be amazed it's not protein deficiency :) Just one risk what could be really concern is lack of B12 but still you can eat this as in supplements. Our B12 is store in our liver and it doesn't mean when you stopped eat meat then after one month you will be ill or die :D Now I understand it's about get all good nutrients into body and it will slowly reform. Stay with my blog dear Steemians and I will keep you updated how am I doing on my plant based diet. I also start doing some exercise so I hope I will add some photos of myself here for compare how Plant based diet help me :) X X X |

Here's what we need:  METHOD: 1. Put your summer fruit, Honey or Agave (as much as you like) 2. Mix everything in your blender 3. Once is done add 2 Tbsp of chia seeds 4. And done! Put your chia pudding to the fridge overnight 5. In the morning I topped mine with some yogurt and some mix nuts ENJOY!!!!! Let me know in the comment if you like it :) |

| body | Hi My Dear Steemians! Today, I would like to show you my Plant-based meal prep. Delicious, easy to make and eye catching :)  I usually prepare main meals - lunch and dinner. I have enough time in the morning do the breakfast so I am doing it in the morning - usually having porridge and then for snack I am having my smoothie - green or fruity :) So let's start cooking! Meal #1 <b>Sweet potatoes stuffed with Bean chilli</b>  1. First of all pre-heat the oven for 220 degrees Celsius 2. Do some small holes to your sweet potatoes (prevent exploding in your oven ) :) and put them into the oven for approx. 30 minutes or until soft. 3. Chopped your red onion and red bell pepper 4. Rinse your beans. I used Red kidney beans, black beans and sweet corn 5. Chopped your broccoli for small pieces and put together with edamame beans into the pot and cook them for max. 5 minutes - we want this crunchy taste and green eye catching colour. 6. Add 2 Tbsp oil to the pan and add chopped onion to the pan and roast it for few minutes add red bell pepper, cumin, chilli flakes and cinnamon 7. Pour your tomato sauce (or you can use canned tomatoes) 8. Add all your beans and sweetcorn, add some salt to taste 9. Cook for 15 minutes  10. We are done! Cut your potatoes add bean chilli to the middle serve with broccoli and edamame beans Meal #2 <b> Falafel with lemon and herb rice</b> 1. Put your falafel into the oven for 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 12 minutes 2. Put your rice on the pot and cook as usual rice 3. Chopped your herbs - parsley, basil 4. Add juice from half lemon and herbs to the rice 5. Add some salt if needed 6. Chopped your veggies - red cabbage and tomatoes. I left spinach as it was :) 7. Woala we are done! 8. | body | Hi Dear Steemit people! Hope everybody doing well this week! I had yesterday my meal prep day number #2. And I would say I just cant believe why I didn't do those meal preps before! BENEFITS OF MEAL PREP: <ul> <li>Saving TIME & MONEY </li> <li>Avoiding to STOP eating JUNK FOODS</li> <li>Always YUMMY & HEALTHY food in your fridge</li>  Well let's show you the recipe :) INGREDIENTS <li>Rice</li> <li>Chicken Breast</li> <li>Beef meat</li> <li>Mushrooms</li> <li>Dijon Mustard</li> <li>Red onion & regular onion</li> <li>Salt</li> <li>Paprika</li> <li>Black Pepper</li> METHOD of BEEF STROGANOV 1. First cook your rice 2. Chopped your red onion and put into the pan  3. After 2 minutes add the mushrooms and roast for approx. 5 minutes  4. When your onion and mushrooms are done put them away 5. Add your beef on a pan a roast it for 6 minutes  6. Then add your onion mushroom mix to your beef. Add glass or 2, of water and steam it for at least 45 minutes until meat will be soft. 7.We are done :) METHOD of CHICKEN BREAST & RICE - really simple! 1. Pre-heat your oven for 180 Celsius 2. Put your breast chicken on the baking tray and add all spices  3. Then put to the tray but use kitchen foil on the top of your tray 4. Have them in oven for 20 minutes and after then take kitchen foil off and put oven for 220 Celsius - chicken will be nice & crispy on the top 5.
