The bus normally started empty since the boy used to enter from the very beginning. The boy liked sitting at the back of the bus and spending his time playing on his phone. After about three or four stops, a lady entered the bus and sat next to him. It was surprising since there were plenty seats available, he could not understand why she chose that particular seat. \n\nStill, he assumed maybe that was her choice, she also liked sitting at the back.\nHe continued playing on his phone for some time until she started asking about his stop. \n\nHe told her it was about one or one and a half hours away. She asked if he traveled every day or he was going for something. He replied that he traveled every day because his college was far from his house. She responded saying she was also in college. She said she studied in a private college and stayed in PG and so didn't like moving up and down. \n\n---\n\nIn the beginning, he thought that if he did not ask any question, everything would be okay. But he was wrong, once she found out his basic details, she started telling stories one after another. So he took out his phone and turned towards her. She said she was meeting her friend and then together they would visit the city zoo. She continued talking about her life, friendship with her friend, her likes and dislikes and even family matters. She said her mother always used to tell her that she talked too much and should control herself. She also said that boys always preferred girls who talked less and acted more.\n\nAfter some time, she said his bus stop name and asked how many stops were left. When he looked outside and counted, he told her that the next stop was hers. She held her bag and said it was nice meeting him. She said she normally never talked much with strangers but his vibe was good so she talked so much. Those words stayed in his mind and he was smiling all through.\n\nShe ended by saying she was happy seeing him smile since she thought he did not know how to smile. Her bus stop came and she quickly got down from the bus. After she left, the bus was still full but somehow he felt lonely. During her talking, he thought she was a headache, but now those words stayed in his mind. He forgot to ask her name and she also forgot to ask his. It is a big step for the first 15 years and an early feeling of being left behind for the second 15. One parent remembers their first day taking their kid to school with deep fear.\n\nThe father was crying during the ride and found himself crying even more when his son started bawling in front of the staff member that met them at the drop off place. By the time the worker led the child inside, the father was a mess. He could not help but remember how his little boy had tears running down his cheeks, he was carried away.\n\nThe parent's worst fears came true when, later on, the woman who picked his son up looked tired but glad to hand him back. She told the father that he had a problem, saying the kid had been screaming for hours since the moment he left him at the school compound. The father looked at his son, who sat quietly looking down at the papers in his lap from the back seat of the car.\n\nThe woman went on, telling the father that they tried to calm the boy in the best way they could. Coloring looked like the only thing that worked. The kid's behavior changed the moment they gave him the crayons and he suddenly stopped crying. She did not look happy about their success, but uncomfortable, she almost looked frightened.\n\nThe child leaned forward and called his father by name. The child agreed without saying anything.\n\nOn the ride home, the child kept talking about his new drawings, sometimes asking his father to take a look at them. Although the father was tired of the boy's nonstop talk, when they got home, he gave in and opened the back passenger door of his van, asking the boy to show him the pictures.\n\nThe first picture was his father. The second one was his mother's picture. The third drawing was the problem. He said he drew a man.\n\nSo the father looked at the drawing and felt someway. There was no man at all. All that was there was a black shape, with two red eyes staring at the viewer from the upper part of the page.\n\nWhat do you mean by man in the hall? That was the question the father asked.\n\nThe child answered the father and said, he watches us while we sleep sometimes.\n\nThe dinner table was very quiet that night. All the father could think about was that drawing. He told his wife about it, but she brushed it off with a wave of her hand, saying that children imagine plenty things. The father believed her., he wanted to. He almost made himself think the whole story never happened.\n\nIt was 3 am in the morning, something very strange shocked him to wake up. He really was not sure what woke him up but whatever it was, it made him sit straight in his bed and he was looking around the dark bedroom. He was panicking a little bit.\n\nThen, the bedroom door opened with a noise. It turned dark everywhere. For anyone that wants to be a leader I want to let you in on a secret to being good at it, leadership goes far beyond mere positions, it lies in its influence on others. \n\nBeing able to encourage and inspire people in your everyday work is what becoming an effective leader really is. You're doing nothing but making others become better versions of themselves because of your presence and that better version can get the group or team's work done better.\n\nIn the best case, you should be the reason why someone decided to improve himself and learn some new skills, and even desire leadership itself. In case you are focusing on helping others grow, you can create a lasting mark that will remain even if you are not there. Some leaders are only concerned about their success measured by some numbers and because of that mentality they have, although such a leader achieves great results, they cannot encourage and inspire others, so the other people feel empty and dissatisfied. \n\nThere are also leaders who set a good examples and I look up to those people. They usually look energetic and curious and make everyone believe that it is possible to achieve any goal no matter how big or intimidating the goal is. These are the types of leaders that I aspire to be. Such leaders create an environment where everyone feels encouraged and inspired to develop themselves much further than they imagined for themselves before meeting that leader in their life. So being a successful leader would mean you are able to turn a meeting into an opportunity to gain more wisdom. \n\nPlease keep this in your heart if you want to be a leader. Success is judged not in terms of how much money you have made, it is important to know whether others managed to improve themselves under your influence.
