      "body": "Stop everything you do for a while and let me get your attention, if you can't do that you can come back later I won't leave until you reach your own goals.\nYou may saw ''YOUR LIFE'' which means that is something belong to you and only you, not your family's life, partner's life, boss's life. So everything you do is up to you, and your life matter as much as everyone else. To explain more without mention useless details, no matter what is your goal or problems you have I would strongly recommend you to take between 15 and 30 minutes a day, no cellphone, computer, company or ... try to make that time for your own, if you can't remember how much time you wasted on meetings with people who doesn't respect you or using useless ways to spend time fast, and always remember that you own that to your self. You can just pick a blank paper and a pen. Start thinking first about your life don't write anything YET. Think about it like you mean it and not just because I say so, look for your life from others view (your family, friends, lover, co-workers...) Start to to think about your situation, where are you right now, what was your dream when you were a child, what was your expectation when you grow up, I guess you'll take more than the time I've recommended to you, but remember it's not for one day or one time, remember that you can't think about everything for just one time, but you can start and in some point you'll stop, it's here when you have to write where did you stopped. I am sorry because you'll reach some moments when you'll cry and moments when you'll laugh or have regrets, but it's okay to do all that, and always remember that you do it for your self and someone else.\nRemember how many struggles you've passed in one piece, the times when you said that's the end but somehow you've made it, if this doesn't meant anything to you, you're totally wrong, it's here when you have to see how strong you are, how after every breakdown you've managed your self to rise again stronger. Life it's not easy no matter what you'll see, even the rich people aren't happy, aren't strong as they seems to. However, you have to learn that everything happens to you is for a reason even if you can't see it, to remind you that life have plans the same you do.\nAfter practicing that day by day you'll get used to it, and you'll be happy to reach that one moment when you set with yourself, because it's the moment when you feel that you own your life, and you'll start saying YES THIS IS MY LIFE.  However, you must know that your actions have consequence, you have to learn how to say no to certain requests, because after all that thinking you'll reach an outcome \"They're with you only when you're happy'' I wish you can understand that before too late.\nNow, remember that pen and paper? type everything cross your mind about future, about what o you want tomorrow for yourself, what's your goals, what do you want to change about you... writing it down won't change anything but it's a path you should follow, and start to change that, don't be like people who waits for Monday or next year or or ... your deadline is tomorrow, and remember that you own that for yourself.       "body": "Well, where should I start for you guys? \nYou may already knows that but no all the facts for sure, even me I am not aware of everything, No one can. Why attacking people's land and make decisions about it, why would anyone of us choose the faith of others? Well it's not about land of course. it's even oil, gold, or some precious material... Us declare war just like that or they use a plan B which called forcing  protection to citizens after creating civil wars on those countries. The west tries to divide the middle east and all Muslim's countries. If you googled a little bit you'll find that each country have issues with the next country, starting from Morocco and the list goes on. Everyone nowadays is protesting about Trump's statement  when it comes to Jerusalem. I found it weird, how can you protest about another country and you already have problems in your own? Why? I kept asking the same question to my self, and wondering about other country's kings and presidents? Even tho, if they weren't okay about it, Trump could never says that, we have to take a step back and look to the whole picture and not only the event. We should start asking our selves the moment when everything begins began. We will notice that it's Arabs who sold their selves in the first place, for the technology or because they're afraid of making their own decisions or to make the west and powerful countries to protect them. \nIt's all politics, All of that, all of it, all of everything. The same happens when we're talking about global warming, the countries who polite our mother earth are the same countries who sing treaty. If we unmask everyone starting from our selves, our families, our communities and start to be our selves everything will change. Our problem is we ask for change, but we don't start with our selves. We want everything to be given for us without making a simple effort.
