I am going to base this write up on three things which are saying 'PLEASE', 'SORRY' and 'THANK YOU'. I have come to realise that a larger percentage of people finds it difficult to say those three words. People hardly want to accept that they did something wrong not to talk of redeeming themselves neither do they want to appreciate any favour or gestures that are being bestowed on them. These three words are capable of performing magical wonders in our lives. When someone renders any form assistance to you even when it involves money, try to show appreciation by thanking them. That way, you will be respected and they will always want to help you out. Let them feel that you are happy with the service they rendered. These three words are magical, yet the most powerful words in any form of language.
