      "body": "Analizando los problemas humanos en las organizaciones según conversaba el Prof. Asdrúbal lozano en su intervención, el nos ilustra las complejidades y ambigüedades que presentan las organizaciones y como van evolucionando la manera como viene haciendo lo que hacen y desde esta perspectiva se generan enfoques y tipologías gerenciales que permitan aplicar transformaciones en las organizaciones de hoy; las cuales denominamos organizaciones inteligentes y /o organizaciones emergentes. Asimismo la praxis de la gerencia ha estimulado el comportamiento organizacional.\nEs fundamental asumir el citado al que se refiere el Dr. Asdrúbal de lo que hoy se llama transcomplejidad que no es más que aquellos factores ecológicos, sociales, culturales, tecnológicos  que están inmersos en las organizaciones de los cuales podemos observar mas no podemos explica su transformación. Por lo tanto urge, tal como puntualizo el Dr. Peter Draker la necesidad de gerencia a los talentos humanos desde la perspectiva del conocimiento “Hace falta un Taylor en este siglo”. Es por ello Como consecuencia de la globalización, el mundo empresarial está sufriendo cambios importantes en todos los sentidos.  Cambios que van apareciendo en el transcurso del tiempo  y que están influenciados en gran medidas por factores tanto políticos y económicos como culturales y sociales; más sin embargo, existe una inquietud latente en las organizaciones (independientemente de la naturaleza o razón social de estas)  acerca de: i) cómo gestionar la  productividad en el trabajo no manual, ii) cómo enfrentar estos retos, y así adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos para conformar las llamadas organizaciones inteligentes y/u organizaciones emergentes. No obstante, es ampliamente aceptado que para lograr dichos objetivos es esencial aprovechar el máximo potencial de los talentos humanos que integran la organización en virtud de elevar la eficacia de la gestión en todos los niveles de “producción”.\nAsimismo estos cambios mencionados  que hacen de la vida empresarial muy dinámica y a la vez improvisada por parte de quienes las gestionan, han ocasionado pérdidas en el nivel de productividad del trabajo no manual. En una encuesta  realizada por Warren Bennís en “Preparando el Futuro”, cuando comenta los resultados de esta en diferentes compañías de Estados Unidos, ante la pregunta a los integrantes de las mismas de cuánto porcentaje de su potencial intelectual creen estar utilizando, la respuesta estándar es que solo emplean alrededor del 20%. Con lo cual  se confirma el sentimiento de muchos ejecutivos y líderes que en estas organizaciones no se emplea el 100% del potencial intelectual disponible.\nEn consecuencia la gestión de los talentos humanos debe transformarse y redimensionarse en la búsqueda de nuevos procedimientos de gestionar talentos desde la complejidad del individuo, esta es un área importante para la prevalencia de las organizaciones en el tiempo; desde este escenario es donde se permitirá atacar las grandes dificultades que presenta el mundo a la hora de gestionar talento en las organizaciones. En Venezuela más que nunca debe surgir nuevas ideas de transformación que conlleve a proporcionar un nuevo horizonte a las actividades de las empresas productivas.",
