Mughlai style, rich and regal Murg Musallam may look like a lot of work but the end result is SO worth it. A Masala roasted chicken with vibrant color and flavor, it is beautiful to serve to a gathering of people. Serve Murg Musallam with Naans and a salad or on a bed of Jeera Rice.\n                                                         WHAT YOU'LL NEED \n \n3 pounds (1.5 kilogram) approx chicken pieces (thigh fillet, cut into 2\" cubes)\n2 green chilies\n20 cloves of garlic\n2 3-inch pieces of ginger\n1 teaspoon garam masala powder\n1 teaspoon turmeric powder\n1 cup fresh, unsweetened yogurt\n1 teaspoon red chili powder\n6 large, brown cardamom/ badi elaichi\n10 cloves\n2-inch piece of cinnamon\n10 peppercorns\n1 teaspoon cumin seeds\n2 teaspoons coriander seeds\n15 almonds, blanched\n12 to 15 tablespoons vegetable/ canola/ sunflower cooking oil\n3 large onions, very thinly sliced\n3 tablespoons tomato pureé\nSalt to taste\n2 tablespoons fresh, chopped coriander.\n\n                                                                    HOW TO MAKE IT \nPut the chicken into a large, deep, non-metallic mixing bowl.\nGrind the green chilies, half the garlic cloves and 1 of the pieces of ginger into a smooth paste in a food processor.\nMix this paste with the garam masala powder, 3/4 tsp of salt, turmeric powder, yogurt and half of the red chili powder. Mix well to make the marinade for the chicken.\nPour the marinade over the chicken and mix well to coat the pieces completely. Keep aside for later.\n\nWhile the chicken is marinating, heat a shallow pan or griddle on medium heat and when hot, roast the cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon, badi elaichi, blanched almonds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds on it. Stir frequently until the spices begin to turn slightly darker in color. Take off from heat and allow to cool.\nNow heat 4 tablespoons of the vegetable cooking oil in a deep pan, on medium heat. When hot, add the sliced onions and the remaining half of the garlic to it. Sauté, stirring frequently, until the onions are pale golden in color. Use a slotted spoon to drain the onions and garlic and remove them from the oil. We will use this remaining oil and pan again a little later.\nPut the fried onions and garlic into a food processor along with the above roasted spices and the remaining piece of ginger. Grind to a thick, smooth paste, only adding water as required to facilitate the grinding.\nNow (using the same pan you used to fry the onions), add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan and set up on medium heat. Brown only the pieces of chicken (in batches), reserving the marinade for later use. When this is done, keep the chicken aside. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons more of the cooking oil and when it is hot, add the ground paste you made above.\nSauté for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add the marinade, chicken pieces, tomato pureé, remaining red chili powder and salt to taste. Add 1/2 a cup of hot water and stir well.\nReduce heat to a simmer and cook until chicken is tender - most of the liquid will have dried up.\nGarnish your Murg Musallam with chopped, fresh coriander leaves and serve with Jeera Rice and a salad! Naans also go brilliantly with Murg Musallam!",

      "body": "The Nordic banking giant Nordea has announced it would shed 6,000 jobs during the next four years. One of its reasons is the replacement of human positions with \"robots\".\nNordea has around 32,000 employees. CEO Casper von Koskull explaining the layoff in a statement on Thursday said \"need to cut costs\" and \"improvement in efficiency\" were key factors, Xinhua news agency reported.\nThe layoffs include 2,000 outsourced consultants. How the sackings would be distributed in the Nordic area was not specified.\nNordea said it was introducing \"robots\" that respond to customer questions online.\nOne such robot in Norway has already begun working in September and has already responded to 10,000 questions previously handled by staffers.\n\nIn Finland, robot service begins in December. Von Koskull said \"artificial intelligence\" will improve customer experience.\nSome jobs described as \"routine\" will be transferred to Poland. Salary levels in Finland and the other Nordics are higher than in Poland.\nThe news came two days after Nordea announced it had begun cooperation with Apple-pay, now available in the Nordic area.\nAnalysts have pointed out that after a couple of years Apple and comparable companies could be severe competitors to traditional banks.\nAfter a change of legislation next year, banks in Finland must allow access to a customer's account to outside services, if the customer permits.\nThe media here noted that Nordea's announcement brought recollections of the 1990s.       "body": "A drone struck a plane on one of its wings while on approach to Québec City’s Jean Lesage International Airport on Thursday. The plane was operated by local charter airline Skyjet.\n“This is the first time a drone has hit a commercial aircraft in Canada. The puja is dedicated to the worship of the Sun god and his wife Usha. During the occasion, devotees perform puja to thank god for supporting life on earth and seek the divine couple’s blessing. However, Chhath – the main day – isn’t the first day but the third day of the puja and, this year it will be celebrated on October 26. (Also read: How is Chhath Puja celebrated?)\nAccording to Hindu religion, the Sun is believed to heal many severe health conditions and ensure longevity, prosperity, progress and well-being. People celebrate the festival by following a rigorous routine that lasts four days. The rituals include: fasting (including abstinence from drinking water), holy bathing, offering prayers to the rising and setting sun, and meditating by standing in water.\nIn addition to Bihar, many other states such as Jharkhand, eastern UP, regions of Nepal, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh also celebrate the festival with great fervour. Chhath Puja is so called as it is celebrated on the sixth day of the month of Karthika in the Vikram Samvat. It is also celebrated in the summers, some days after Holi. However, Karthika month’s Chhath is more ardently followed by people.\n#HISTORY OF CHHAT POOJA .\nIt is believed that the celebration of Chhath puja may predate to the ancient Vedas, as the rituals performed during the puja are similar to the ones mentioned in Rig Veda, in which the Sun god is worshipped. At the time, the rishis (sages) were also known to worship the Sun and remain without intake of good as they would obtain their energy directly from the sun. However, another significance of the puja is attached to the story of Lord Rama.\nAccording to ancient texts, Rama and his wife Sita had kept fast and offered prayers to the Sun god, in the month of Kartika in Shukla Paksh, once they returned to the Ayodhya after 14 years of exile.
