All I wanted to do was teach, it sounds crazy but working ina school with a highly involved PTA can make it difficult.\n\nAfter sitting in my class passing out cupcakes to 13 year old children, one of them started complaining about getting a chocolate cupcake and it was at that moment..the I realized...yo wtf and I doing here? \n\nI got my bag and walked out of that prep school to work in one of the most underpriviledge schools in my district. I always pushed that off and didn't pay attention to it. Thus, I spent most of my time reading and researching different alt coins and resources to better understand crypto. Oh yeah shhhh, it's something we are not suppose to talk about. You say bankruptcy in a room full of people and they look at you like you just confessed to a crime. I would know because I hit forclosure and all the fun stuff that comes with that in 2009.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Want to know another topic no one talks about: butt pain and the worst kind of butt pain....<strong>anal fissures.</strong>&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>It is without a doubt the worst kind of pain anyone can have. I only wish anal fissures on the worst type of people...<strong>I see you Jamie Dimon..I anal fissure you</strong>. I would go through 67 foreclosures, lose all my crypto, hit bankruptcy 45 more times , to avoid the pain in my ass that I felt in 2011. 2011, &nbsp;the year I was told by my butt doctor [aka gastroenterologist] that I had chronic anal fissure the 12 o'clock position...I know very fancy. Please don't ask what the 12 oclock position was. You see the test to figure out if you have anal fissures involves you sit up doggy style and a doc looking inside your butthole...the pain..oh god.</p>\n<h2><strong>THE SEARCH FOR REMEDIES:</strong></h2>\n<p>After the doc diagnosed me with the 12 oclock anal fissure, he told me the only way to fix the problem was surgery and that kind of surgery was the most painful type because of the location of my surgery. In addition, if it goes wrong I could be left pooping out of my pants &nbsp;for the rest of my life. Gerson diet: I don't do diet. I like to eat carbs, with a side of steak and let it all be covered with cheese. That's it...that's all you can eat. Hold up, I think the broccoli is a no....no it's a yes. Yeah you can't eat anything with this diet, well anything fun. The upside: I lost 25 pounds, the downside my ass was still in pain.</p>\n<p>2. Went to local Botanica store and an old Cuban lady told me to burn some plants and sit on it: so I was desperate. I live in South Florida and well we have Botanica's everywhere. If you are not sure what a Botanica is youtube it. So I go to one of my local Botanica stores and as I enter a 15 feet Jesus statue is on the side of the door and a 87 year old cuban lady is standing near it. She hears out my problem and immediately fills a bag with 10 plants and tells me to boil it in a pot, and on the first full moon of the month to sit on it.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://fi2w.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/shango-and-jesus.jpg\"/><img src=\"http://fi2w.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/shango-and-jesus.jpg\"/><img src=\"http://fi2w.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/shango-and-jesus.jpg\"/></p>\n<p>A few hours later, I go home and boil the plants. And fuck, the water I will never forget smelled like feet and was murky. I got the pot and put it in my bathroom. Next thing you know, I took off my underwear and had my butt inside the stockpot. It was the worst feeling ever. I would like to stress that it took me some time to find the real projects. Yes, I do believe that not all of the project are real. So here are my rules for spotting real projects and getting hired.</p>\n<p>1. Bid Description:</p>\n<p>If the description of the project is minimum or has no context on this section, I will completely avoid it. A real customer , a customer in need, will be as descriptive as possible to make sure that the freelancer understands what they need. A fake customer or a customer just shopping for prices-will be brief or have blanks in the project details.</p>\n<p>2. Study the Project Bids for a week before gettting started</p>\n<p>If you are new to Thumtack or haven't had luck, study the projects that are coming in for a week or two. Why do you ask? Because this is how you start creating an eye for the fake projects. I will talk about this next...</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>3. How to spot Fake projects</p>\n<p>I started noticing that a project would come in from one place of the US, and within an hour that same project would come in from a different part of the US. Same everything -description, target industry, amount of work etc. I went ahead an paid to place my bid on the projects, and I never got hired for any of the jobs.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I did this for a few weeks-bid on projects that had the same info and they will never hire me.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>How would I spot these fake projects? Again-minimum project detail, and had exact info from another project that came from a \"different location.\"</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>How To Get Hired</p>\n<p>Ok here is the thing with placing a bid. Once you place your number, it is not over. You do not sign out and hope for the best. Thumbtack has a feature that allows you to send follow up messages to customers-USE IT. Send a a quick message, right after you place your bid. This has made a huge difference in me getting hired for many projects.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>If the client writes back and said they went with someone else, this is not the time to tell them off. You simply say \"thank you for the oppurtunity for allowing me to see your project and if it doesn't work out feel free to contact me.\"</p>\n<p>I cannot begin to tell you how many times a client came back because I was polite.</p>\n<p>If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. However old they looked to the world, they were my favorite pair of shoes.\n\nAfter several months of wearing them, my grandfather looked at them and offered to buy me a new pair of shoes. I don't know why this memory stayed with me, but it did.
