| body | The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the waters close to Japan have not held many fish for decades. So the fishermen had to go further out to sea to catch their supply of fish, the fishing boats got bigger and bigger. The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring in the fish. If the return trip took more than a few days, the fish were not fresh and they lost their fresh taste. To solve this problem, fishing companies installed freezers on their boats. They would catch the fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go farther and stay longer. However, the Japanese could taste the difference between fresh and frozen and they did not like frozen fish. Also, the frozen fish brought a lower price. So fishing companies installed fish tanks. They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to fin. After a little thrashing around, the fish stopped moving. They were tired and dull, but alive. Unfortunately, the Japanese could still taste the difference; because the fish did not move for days, they lost their fresh-fish taste. How did the Japanese fish company solve this problem? To keep the fish tasting fresh, the Japanese fishing companies added a small shark to the tanks that the fish were kept in. The shark of course eats a few fish, but most of the fish arrive in a very lively state due to the fact that the fish are challenged. Keep that shark inside you alive! |

| body | 1. Anand Kulal aka Mohan Kumar(Cyanide Mohan) This guy is not just a serial killer, he was also a science teacher in a primary school. Surely such kind of credentials are rare? His mode of operation included proposing marriage to women, have sex with them on the day before the “wedding”(all proposed weddings were supposed to be in secret) and on the morning of the “wedding day” kill them using cyanide and take off with their valuables. 2. Mallika Mallika is considered as India’s first female serial killer. She would befriend wealthy women who visit the temples, pretending to be someone well-versed in all the rituals. She would then invite the victims to a temple far from their home, asking them to come in their fineries to please the gods. When there, Mallika asks the victim to drink holy water or will give them prasad that contains cyanide. She was convicted for 6 counts of murder and is currently serving life sentence. 3. Raman Raghav It’s Mumbai in the mid-60’s and Raman Raghav is on a murder spree- bludgeoning people to death along the tracks of the Central Railways. Most of his victims were beggars and pavement dwellers. Though he was awarded the death sentence, it was later commuted to life imprisonment as he was found to be mentally unstable. He breathed his last in 1995. 4. Surinder Koli Koli is linked to the murder of 16 persons though only four of them have been solved so far. He raped and murdered young girls and women in 2005 and 2006. all the killings happened inside the house of a businessman, Moninder Singh Pandher. 5. Beer Man Beer man is not someone you want to sit down to have a drink with. The name was bestowed on him because of the fact that empty beer bottles were found near the victims’ bodies. Being active in the ‘killing scene’ from October 2006 to January 2007, the identity of the beer man is not yet known. 6. Auto Shankar Shankar was an auto rickshaw driver who did more than provide his riders commute. From 1988 to 1989, he along with his accomplices, Shivaji and Eldin murdered teenage girls. Shankar got convicted of the murder of six girls in Chennai. 7. Charles Sobhraj One of the most notorious serial killers, Sobhraj has allegedly committed 12 murders from 1976 to 1997. The fact that he was nicknamed “the bikini killer” gives you an idea of the kind of killings that he did. He was incarcerated in India from 1976 to 1997. Once he was released, he moved to France and from there to Nepal in 2010 where he was arrested and was sentenced to life imprisonment. 8. Thug Behram Thug Behram murdered 931 people from between 1790 to 1840. His unique murder technique was to throw a handkerchief with a medallion sewn to it around the victim’s threats, thereby adding pressure to the Adam’s apple, making it easier to strangle him. He was convicted and executed in 1840. 9. Devendra Sharma Sharma was an Ayurvedic doctor who strayed way beyond his professional domains over 20 times. Because that’s how many murders he has committed-and all of his victims were taxi drivers. Posing as a tourist, Sharma would hire a cab. Upon reaching a pre-determined location, he’d let his accomplices inside the vehicle. From there, the gang will take the driver to a secluded place where the driver would be beaten to death. The killers would sell the vehicle in the grey market, the major share of the sale going to Sharma. Arrested in 2004, Sharma was awarded a life sentence in 2007 but was escalated into a death sentence in 2008. 10. Stoneman Killer From 1985 to 1988, 12 murders of a similar kind happened in Mumbai-all of the victims were homeless, those who were sleeping on the side of the street. The victims’ head was crushed using a stone that weighs around 30 kg. After a brief pause, the killings began again in 1989-this time in Calcutta where thirteen persons were killed in the same way. The identity of the killers still remain a mystery. |

| body | Top 5 Most Haunted Places In India: If you believe in life, you must believe in death. If you believe in God, you must believe in Satan. If you believe in the alive, you must believe in the dead. 1. Bhangarh Fort in Alwar: Most popular among the ASI approved haunted places in India The extent of the hauntedness of the Bhangarh Fort is evident from the fact that the Archaeological Society of India has put up warning signs forbidding the tourists to be present in the precincts of the fort after sunset. Hence, no wonder, the fort ranks on the top of the list of most haunted places in India. Bhangarh Fort is known worldwide for its hauntedness. As per the story associated with the most haunted place in India, Tantrik Singhia fell in love with Princess Ratnavati. He tried to use magic to win over her, but the princess got to know of his evil plans and ordered him killed. Before the tantrik died, he cursed the residents of the fort to die and the village dwellers to remain roofless forever. Certain villages in the city are roofless. Even if a roof is built, it collapses soon after. 2. Brij Raj Bhavan in Kota: Home of the harmless ghost Brij Raj Bhavan Palace, an old palace built in early 19th century and converted into a heritage hotel in 1980, is one of the haunted places to visit in India. It is claimed to be home to the harmless ghost of Major Burton who was killed by the Indian sepoys during the Mutiny of 1857. This ghost in India is rumored to walk the corridors of the palace and occasionally slap the guards who sleep on their duties. 3. Kuldhara in Rajasthan: Haunted village near Jaisalmer Known to be a deserted ghost village, Kuldhara is located near Jaisalmer and has been abandoned since the 19th century. It was established in 1291 by Paliwal Brahmins, known for their business acumen and agricultural knowledge. One night in 1825, all the people of Kuldhara and 83 nearby villages vanished all of a sudden. The mystery of the vanishing villagers is quite intriguing. Though a story talks of Salim Singh, then minister of state, who fell in love with the beautiful daughter of the village chieftain. He threatened the villagers of huge taxes, should they fail to get him married to her. The chief of the village, along with those of the nearby 83 villages, decided to abandon their villages. It is also said that the villagers, before leaving, cursed the village that no one could ever inhabit the land. 4. Dumas Black Sand Beach in Surat: Only few returned to tell the tale The thing about the most haunted places in India is that they differ so much in their nature and topology. It is believed that the beach was used as a burial ground for long and hence is home to several tortured souls. People have reported hearing whispers of other people talking when they were alone on the beach. But these reports have been given by only a few of them. Rest? Well, they never returned from their midnight stroll on the beach. 5. GP Block in Meerut: Ghosts involved in merry-making Ranked among the North India’s most haunted places, GP Block in Meerut is known for its numerous ghosts. Several locals have spotted ghosts of girls in red dresses and ghosts of men drinking right outside the building though none of the witnesses could figure out who these people really were. The ghosts disappeared whenever any brave-heart dared to go close to them. |

| body | I am listing below few of the incidents which I have seen personally in my life in connection with the automobiles. Just wanted to share the same with all of you guys … I hope you will enjoy this. And also share your experiences like I had. 1 I was in school those days. It was early 90’s. We had one neighbor named Mr. Majgaonkar. He was around age of 45. One fine day his wife told us that they bought a GADI. (In India people call gadi for all types of vehicles including 2 wheelers & bicycle also) My mom asked for how much. She replied 6000/-. My Mom rightly assumed that they would have purchased some moped. But when asked she replied they bought a CAR with little surprised look. Now it was time for us to surprise. On seeing our faces she clarified that her Father in law has wish that they should own a car. So that after he dies people will say, “who died? Mr. Majgaonkar with car died …” (Gadiwale Majgaonkar was the words) !!! It sounded really funny and we had a big laugh after she went. They had bought an very old fiat `which was just in running condition. Later on we get to know that our neighbor went with his father in that car for ride 2-3 times. After few months we also heard that his father (age around 80) expired. We remembered his wish & laughed again imagining that his wish about peoples saying must be fulfilled. Now after so many years when I look back of this incident, I regret that we laughed that time. He (father with wish) must be having a strong desire to own a car & drove it. But he must be unable to that time. It was really difficult to own a car in 60’s, 70’s. Only very rich people were able to afford the same. It was also the time when not many cars were available in the market & getting loan option was almost not there. So his wish must be a true wish from deep of his heart. His son, our neighbor also bought a car just for his wish. We must appreciate him. Great to have a son like this we can say … 2 This was when I was doing my engineering. I used to go to my friends place daily & used to go together to college. Around 9:30-10 AM we used to go. I used to see one person waiting on Bajaj scooter. One elderly person from friends building used to come & they used to go together. I thought he must be his collogue. When asked my friend, who told me the reality & was laughing like anything. Can you imagine what was the truth? The person used to wait on scooter was the driver …. No jokes guys …. That elderly person was having some health issues & was unable drive the scooter. He was unable to own a car either. He was unable to use public transport as it was not convenient. So he had kept a driver for his scooter. He used to come daily in the morning with Tiffin and take the owner on scooter wherever he desires !!! Its only possible in India. We can get very cheap labor. Can you beat this? 3 This incident is comparatively new. 5-7 years back. My friends neighbor bought a car. Wagon-R I guess. It was middle model which comes with power windows only for the front 2 windows. After few days he was frustrated & realized his mistake. So what’s the problem? Here the fun starts … He was businessman and had driver with him for his car. Previously he was owning Mahindra jeep. Now he was using his new car. He was frustrated as driver can scroll windows with button & he has to do it manually though he is the owner …. Hahahaha … when we heard this we laughed like anything. I always found cars with only front 2 power windows funny. Either give all four or don’t give any. Consistency will be there & all will be happy … I guess companies should come up with only 2 rear power windows car for India where people can afford a driver very easily. So that people can take revenge to driver Beat this … 4 Do you know how much a fiat costs now a days? 70’s, 80’s fiats are still available in few numbers in Pune & some rare species are using it. When enquired, I found that we can get a fiat in running, reasonable condition for Rs. 5000 also !!! I can buy one every month also…. (Just kidding). I know one family living nearby us who owns such a old fiat. They are elderly couple & use their car daily to go nearby places. Now the uncle being old person he has kept a driver for that. So when I just calculated the total expenditure, it was around 6-7 thousand per month including drivers salary, petrol & maintenance !!! I found it really very funny and can’t imagine the calculation where monthly expenditure of the car is more than cars cost !!!! How many people you know who spends more amount than cars cost per month to maintain the same? Really doubtful. Can you beat this ??? 5 This was most recent. Tata Nano launched and I was very curious to see it in actual on road. Deliveries has just started that’ what I heard. Nano is basically a people’s car. It’s for people who cannot afford to buy a bigger costlier cars, this was the Ratan Tata’s basic idea behind developing such a low cost car. His main idea is that every India person can own a car at some point of time in life. So I was returning from office to home one fine day. I saw a little cutie Silver Nano going around 100 mts in front of me. I started chasing the car. I get near to her very easily as I was on bike. I wanted to see the lucky guy who got the delivery of the cutie. So I raced a bit more. What I saw??? Any guesses ??? Please believe me guys, it was driven by a driver and 2 persons were sitting behind comfortably and chatting as if they are going in a Merc. I couldn’t believe that people can keep driver on Nano also !!!! Its possible only in India I guess …. Can you beat this ??? |

"body": "I am listing below few of the incidents which I have seen personally in my life in connection with the automobiles. Just wanted to share the same with all of you guys … I hope you will enjoy this. And also share your experiences like I had. \n\n1 I was in school those days. \n\nNow after so many years when I look back of this incident, I regret that we laughed that time.
