User use to vote quality content to distribute rewards from rewards pool to the author of the post/comments. The who one distributed the reward will get 50% of the reward they distributed. The higher the steem Power one have the more he can distribute from the reward pool.\n The rewards are allocated so that the author can get 50% of the payout and the remaining 50% payout goes to the curator.
