It must not necessarily be something wrong or negative,  but as long as it makes you stop focusing on what you should be focusing on, it's a distraction.\n\nPLAN YOUR ACTIVITIES FOR THE DAY IN AN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE\nEvery activity of ours falls under 1 of 4 categories:\n1. Important and urgent\n2. Important but not urgent\n3. Not important but urgent\n4. Not important and not urgent\n\nIf majority of your activities are in Category 1, you're not managing your time properly.  If most of your activities are in Categories 3 and 4, you might just have been spending your time on time wasters.\nThe best place for your activities to be is in Category 2, and carry them out while they're still in Category 2.\n\nDON'T PROCRASTINATE\nProcrastination, they say,  is the thief of time.
