Sometimes we only regret the choices and decisions we made when we are faced with consequences, flashbacks,or a scenario. A lot of people have gritted their teeth and wished that the hands of the clock could be turned back by years, to some days, and to others, just a change of time by an hour would mean a lot.. The great and most dangerous mistake or regrets are the once that can not be reversed back even if chances where to be given\n\nA lot of us hold on to the mistakes we have made in past through the choices we made, the words we said, the things we did, and so on. But the queation now is for how long will you hold up to this regret. It is always ok to have the regrets to our actions or choice or even the words we said out, but holding up to this regrets for long that affects your further decisions and action in life is a big danger to holding back of regrets.\n\nThe effects of regrets and finding a way to releive this burden has been one of the major challenge allot of people have faced and are facing. When regrets hits, it can affect the social, emotional, psychologically and sometimes even the health statues of the victim. A lot of people mostly do have challenge in managing the effects and degree of regretss in their lives. People that are been swalowed byu regrets ends up having further issues in life such as theor relationship with people, the pursue for grateness, their thought among others.\n\nWhen there is high degree of regret in an individual live, most individual end up excibiting different actions, behavior and also live an unconfortable live as they are leaving with guilt. For some, there is withdrawal from the society, poor motivation, agressivness, health challenges and also in some cases there is suicidal attmepts. Like I said it is okto have a little regret about our mistakes but the issues is how we allow the regret consume us.\n\nBasically we might be wondring on how to get away with regrets and focus on our live and future growth when the guilt is much, when our conscience keeps hitting us so hard. To be honest the first way to ger read for too much of regret is first realizing that yes there is this guilt. Allot of persons try to run away from the truth and try to pretend brave and all. Another way is apologizibg genueily to oneself and also to those we offended if any. The third is realizing the that the future is more than the past even though the regret is coming from the mistakes of the past but it is important to note this. Another way of getting rid of this guilt or regrets is be involving important people to help, having a shoulder to rely on and some to support emotionally and if possible psychologically. Another way is understanding that comfort can also be gotten from God too.\n\nHaven gone through this,\n\nHow long will you want to keep holding up to your regrets? How much damange will you allow your regrets to cause before you make peace with your inner self? It it high time you let go the guilt, the regrest the hold backs and focus. It is actually your time to let the past be by making peace and amendment and we move.\n\nRemember you are great and you can be greater let the regrets stay far from you…………………………………..",
