      "body": "Actifit Report: Walking Through the Storm\nToday felt completely different from normal days. The weather suddenly changed in the afternoon. Strong winds started blowing across the area, and within a short time, a heavy storm and rain covered everything. The sky turned dark, dust filled the air for some time, and people rushed to safer places. Honestly, weather like this always creates a strange feeling — half fear, half excitement.\nEven with the rough weather, daily activities still continued. I spent some time outside during the windy atmosphere, observing how quickly nature changes its mood. Trees were moving aggressively, electric wires were shaking, and the sound of the wind was loud enough to make everything feel intense. After the dust storm, heavy rain finally started, and the temperature became much cooler.\nDuring the rain, I also completed some walking activities. The roads became wet and slippery, but the fresh smell after rainfall made the environment peaceful. Children were enjoying the rain while many people stayed inside their homes watching the storm from windows and rooftops.\nWeather like this reminds me how powerful nature really is. One moment everything looks calm, and the next moment strong winds can completely change the atmosphere. In many areas, storms also create difficulties for people, especially travelers and workers outside, but at the same time rain brings relief from heat and dusty weather.\nToday’s activities were simple but memorable. I walked, observed the changing weather, spent time outside during the cool rain, and enjoyed the peaceful feeling that comes after a storm. Sometimes these small moments become the most refreshing part of the day.\nStaying active during changing weather is not always easy, but it makes daily life feel more real and connected with nature. What truly scares them is the feeling that they may have become unwanted in the lives of their own children.\n\nThe journey from Lahore to Karachi was not easy. Especially for a woman who was sixty-nine years old. But a mother’s love does not care about age. It only wants to see her children.\n\nThat same love brought her to her son’s doorstep after a long train ride.\n\nShe had booked the ticket weeks earlier. Packed small gifts for the grandchildren — bangles, sweets, toys — and even stitched a light green dress specially for that day, hoping her grandchildren would run toward her and say:\n\n“Grandma is here!” ❤️\n\nBut when the door opened, her son looked at his watch and quietly said:\n\n“Mom… you’re fifteen minutes early.       "body": "Sometimes, certain people enter our lives and we start believing they are our whole world. We make time for them, sacrifice our own happiness, and hide our pain just to see them smile. But as time passes, we realize that maybe we never truly had a place in their life. That realization creates a strange silence inside us — a silence that may not be visible from the outside, but slowly breaks a person from within.\nOne thing I have seen very closely in life is that people often place their hopes in those who are only temporary companions. Once their need is over, they slowly drift away. In the beginning, their words, attention, and care all feel real, but one day you suddenly realize that you are standing alone. The person for whom you prayed and cared deeply has now become someone else’s world.\nI remember there was a time when I shared every little thing with one special person. Whenever I had a bad day, talking to them brought me peace. I truly believed that connection was genuine. But then circumstances changed, distances grew, and one day I realized that I was the only one trying to hold that relationship together. On the other side, there was only silence. And sometimes, silence hurts more than words ever could.\nThe real pain does not come from betrayal itself, but from the feeling that we truly accepted someone with all our heart. When a person gives sincere love to someone who does not value it, an emptiness remains inside forever. After that, even sitting among people feels lonely.\nBut life always teaches us something important. Not everyone is meant to stay forever. Some people come only to make us stronger. They teach us that our happiness should never depend entirely on one person. Because if that person changes, our whole world falls apart.\nEven today, many people look happy on the outside while they are completely broken inside. They do not express their pain in front of others; they simply continue living quietly. Maybe that is why it is said that not every smiling face is truly happy.\nDespite all this, a person should never lose hope. Allah always brings peace after hardship. Those who break hearts may find temporary happiness, but people with sincere intentions and pure hearts are never abandoned by God. Healing takes time, but wounds slowly fade away.\nIn the end, I just want to say this: if someone failed to value you, do not think you are worthless. Every person has importance. That is when I realized that true happiness is more connected to the condition of the heart than the size of a bank account.\nToday, if there is one prayer that comes from my heart, it is this: may Allah bless us with real happiness, the kind that brings peace to the soul and softness to the heart instead of pride and arrogance. Because sometimes a person gains everything materially but still loses inner peace.\nLife has also taught me that good deeds make a person stronger from within. Whenever we help someone, guide someone toward goodness, stop someone from doing wrong, or avoid hurting another person’s feelings, a different kind of peace enters the heart. That feeling cannot be bought, no matter how much money someone has.\nI think one of the hardest things in today’s world is to remain a good human being. Everywhere there is competition, jealousy, showing off, and the endless race to become rich quickly. In such an environment, if someone keeps their intentions pure, earns honestly, avoids wrongdoing, and encourages others toward good actions, then that itself is a great success.\nMany times we make the formula of life seem very complicated, while maybe the real formula is actually simple: keep your heart clean, make life easier for others, remember Allah, and spread goodness whenever possible. Because in the end, neither wealth nor fame stays forever. What truly remains are our actions and the way we treated people.\nI still believe hard work and earning are important because life cannot run without effort. But now I understand that money can only fulfill needs; real happiness comes from peace, sincere relationships, respect, good health, and the mercy of Allah.\nSo my sincere prayer is that Allah grants us the ability to become better human beings, fills our hearts with kindness, protects us from wrong paths, and blesses us with a life that contains peace, blessings, and benefit for others.
