It comes with blanched vegetables and boiled rice noodles mixed with their special sauce. Then there's roasted pork, which is delicious – a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and salty flavors. In addition, there are fried pork dumplings served separately with a dipping sauce made from pickled chili peppers in vinegar, which has a very well-rounded flavor when eaten together. This dish is definitely a winner, and the price is also reasonable.
