This is a very good process that needed to be done on most of the crops that is being cultivated. If you are a tomato farmer it will reach a certain point whereby you will bring together those dead on wanted plans to support the cultivated plants and this process is called the mulching. If you are also pepper farmer and you recite in a very hot region of the country you need this as well. This is to prevent a lot of things to happen to your crop or to your farm as a whole. \n\nThere are times when the rain will stop for so many weeks that we also trigger what is called drought. This drought does not really occur mainly in the desert area but it can also show up in the normal countryside. This is what I mean when the rain stops for a couple of weeks or months it will bring along so many changes on the farm making farmers act a lot of questions. But for those that are already into the system they will have done this when it was still raining partially. Retain a lot of nutrients into the soil from evaporating by the sun or by too much Heat source. Have observed this likewise I have also experienced this couple of times. Now it is also happening at this point in time. The use of suck is another big method that is being used so many years ago that I have been into, and it has pay even more. But people seems to keep complaining about space and agricultural Farmland. So when you want to cultivate this, you need a very good soil that is not too retaining in nature. This means that when water passes through it, it will allow water to drain but not so fast. When you have this type of soil it will be able to retain as much as water that is highly needed even when you are have a heavy rainfall. This is the kind of soil that I used for this type of crop which is called **_The Tumeric Plant_**. \n\nTo so many people that visited it they do not know what is this as a plant so I need to give them more knowledge about what it is and how it can be planted. That is why as individual person you need to always ask a lot of questions don't assume you know it. So many people may be within your range that knows practically how things can be done and also how to explain better on what to do. But when you assume did knowledge that will have been shared will not be useful again. So after a lot of discussion I had to tell them that it is Turmeric. Some actually took from the already harvested portion which I stored for some reasons. I also show them how to cultivate it. \n\nThe turmeric plant is very useful for different purposes and that is why to some extent it is been planted within individual range. Although so many people go to the supermarket, stores and local market to buy them in bit or a large quantity. Which I have also done that before so many years ago but not now. That is why I always give trials in planting whichever way its landed. I will also give a second chance as well. \n\n* They are plants that can survive much more during the rain season. Caring for them means alot because it will grow up more wider and with the root being spread out even out of the boundary. When one leave get dried up that will be multiple growing up at the same spot also. I witness it practically and that is why I know what I'm talking about. It will always give you your sugarcane produce. I learned about planting of sugarcane while I was very small because my late dad had it in mass. This means that we always visit the farm where we cultivated sugarcane more than 2 plots of land. It's inside a swampy area. Which also gives the privilege to negotiate with the soil and water for a very good production. \n\nFor those who are familiar with rice farming the same Farm activity you do for rice is also applicable to sugarcane. It is just that we need the sugarcane stem to kick off not the rice seed this time around. The sugarcane stem also varies from one another depending on the kind of sugarcane species. We have the red sugarcane species as well as the normal sugarcane species which grows in green color. The record I kept made me to conclude that it is good to always reason out of the box. This means that even when you cultivate just only one sugarcane stem when you come back and double check on it in the next few months you will absolutely see that you have more than 10 sugarcane stem already growing one after the other. When did sugarcane do not see water constantly it also makes it to change color within few days. I also noticed this when I was moving around the farm too they will check on the record keeping. This is because of the heat that comes from the sun. To reduce the amount of it that is being penetrated into the soil. The beginning of a very good farming season start from when there is a favorable weather condition which can also be simplified to a very good atmosphere, good rainfall pattern. When you have this at least to some extent you will be rest assured that even when you plant anything it will germinate and start growing up on its own naturally without the use of chemical fertilizer. The use of chemical is not really allowed. But on a note of improvement and importance it can be used. I know of some farmers who happen to have large quantity of Agricultural farmland when we were in the university. I know then that, there is no way there will be successful farming season without the use of chemical Fertilizers in bags. But there are so many awareness about NO USE OF chemical fertilizers \n\n\n* The new development of the farm shows that within few weeks now there will be a lot of different species of pepper bringing out their fruits. The quantity will also be much because of I have a lot of already transplanted chill pepper and Bell pepper all over the farm. Wasting of time or procrastinating is also the very bad thing that I am always come across in we Young Farmers. Why I said this is because recently I met someone who happened to be a farmer as well but yet has not planted a single seed. Yet he called himself a farmer. When we discussed extensively why this was so. At the London I came to a conclusion that he always shift most of his big dreams forward so another new week, another new months, another new year on and on. Yet he hasn't secured any kind of Farm experience. \n\nSo frankly speaking I told him that he better get to work and achieve is big dreams on Farming generally. And as we all know that funny is a very big deal in the sense that it has a lot of branches. If you do not want to go into crop production you can as well branch into another section of Agriculture maybe flower which is also horticulture and the rest.
