We're here with the spirit and the desire to keep going.\n\nYesterday was World Depression Day, and I want to share my thoughts on this very sensitive topic.\n\nJanuary 13th isn't a celebration of anything; it's simply about raising awareness about a topic that many have dismissed as normal, something that doesn't require any kind of help. Let me tell you, it does require help, and a lot of it, because it's a feeling that can lead to wanting to leave this earthly plane.\n\nIt's not easy to wake up and not want to get out of bed. That simple thought makes you wonder, should you keep going or not? Do you stare at the wall trying to understand what's happening, or do you just stare aimlessly? Or do you lose your appetite and sleep? 😴\n\nIt's not a fad, folks, NO, living with depression is very hard, very difficult, but with the help of family, friends, psychologists, and often psychiatrists, it's possible to move forward, to heal? In my opinion, no, but you can live with it normally, since it often stems from something internal, and that's not so easy to heal.\n\nThis is my thought and opinion on a topic as complex as depression. If you suffer or have suffered, you can tell me in the comments, or give me your opinion; I'll be reading it.\n\nSo, thank you for this reunion, and I hope to continue seeing you here in future posts, so we can keep growing and sharing together.\n\n![1000085571.jpg](https://img.blurt.world/blurtimage/gia30/f798f25fb727637cb309af462e660b4c65671c73.jpg)\n\nESPAÑOL \n\nHola mi gente bonita de Blurtstory, espero y deseo que estén todos muy bien a pesar de que bueno nuestra moneda está muy baja, nosotros allí con el espíritu y las ganas de seguir arriba.\n\nEl día de ayer fue el día de la depresión, y yo quiero dar mi opinión sobre ese tema tan delicado. \n\nEl 13 de enero no se celebra absolutamente nada, solo se trata de dar conciencia sobre un tema que muchos han justificado como algo normal, algo que no requiere ayuda de ningún tipo, y déjenme informar que si necesita ayuda y mucha, ya que se trata de un sentir que puede conllevar a querer irse de este plano terrenal.\n\nNo es fácil despertar y no tener ganas de levantarse, ese simple gesto te hace pensar, si seguir o no?, o te quedas fijamente mirando a la pared tratando de entender que está pasando o simplemente la miras sin rumbo fijo, o se te quita el hambre, el sueño 😴.\n\nNo es una moda señores, NO, es muy duro vivir con depresión muy difícil pero con ayuda de familia, amigos, psicológica y muchas veces psiquiatrica, se puede salir hacia adelante, sanar?
