I needed a nice detox from this weekend. Spent most of Sunday recovering from Saturday so today I went into action.\n\nTwo a day! This afternoon I created my own kind of HIIT program so I could achieve both the 100 rep challenge by @steemmatt and the #50pushupchallenge by @notorius562. Total of 160 reps (30 min stair master counts as 100). Then tonight was my one hour Monday Night Hot Yoga class that makes me feel all calm and ready for the week.
