They will understand that and they maybe can help you to solve your problems. You have to honest with all people around you and people will respect that and they will respect your feeling. \n\nIf you are smoking or drinking that is maybe your reason of stress. I know it is not easy to leave the cigarets or alcohol but if you only try that can change your minds on something better even if you couldn\u2019t stop.
