So I got to see the other side of the tourist industry and just how much work goes in to making these trips run smoothly and seamlessly.\n\nI helped out my friend (tour guide) whilst the other tour guide was leading the troops around 19km of coastline. This involved moving luggage out of the trailer,<br> putting it in to the rooms of the log cabins they'd be coming back to after the walk,<br> taking all the kitchen gear out of the trailer and into the kitchen cabin,<br> making lunch for tomorrow,<br> help make dinner and desert for tonight... The list goes on and it's \"the other side\" of this industry. \n\nWhat you don't see as a paying customer,<br> all the hard work and effort that goes on behind the scenes to make sure you have a great experience,<br> is another world of serious organisation and determination.
