I want to believe they didn't arrange these managers in order of achievements because if they did,<br> there are so many questionable calls there.\n\nI don't believe Mourinho is better than Arsene Wenger and I don't think those managers they placed above Wenger should be. Wenger did remarkably well in football and many only got to know him in the later part of his career as a manager who hasn't won the Premier League for years.
