He feels it is just his natural environment,<br> and this is where he fits in. on the other hand,<br> he loses his enthusiasm being locked alone in a room,<br> doing a solitary activity,<br> feels distracted and irritated. Obviously,<br> such person\u2019s comfort zone is related to his outgoing activity.\n\nUnlike the extrovert,<br> an introvert\u2019s comfort zone is where he is alone or around few people; he enjoys solitary activities,<br> feels more in control and is more productive when it comes to solitary tasks.\n\nAside from extroversion\/ introversion example. Endeavours also require diversity of human faculties that can even be contradictory. For instance,<br> working as financial auditor requires more of a cautious person who sticks to rules,<br> while being a marketing executive requires someone who is more creative and can provide brand new tactics to promote his company. Every company has to hire both of them. The auditor and the marketing executive have ultimately two different comfort zones that each can excel in his one.\n\nI have met many individuals who were trying to push themselves out of their comfort zones. They believed they need to change who they were in order to succeed,<br> grow or keep up with others. Beyond their natural limits they felt anxious and out of balance. They felt guilty,<br> worthless and became harsh on themselves as they couldn\u2019t achieve what they believed is only achievable out of their comfort zone. They ended up believing there is something wrong with them and gave up their goals altogether.\n\nThe irony is that,<br> in chasing success,<br> we seek comfort. We work hard with the ultimate goals of financial freedom,<br> acknowledgment,<br> independence and liberty. All of which mean we no longer need to deal with circumstances we are not comfortable with. \n\nFrom time to time one needs to check the boundaries of his comfort zone,<br> trying new activities and reflects upon himself in different environments. Discovering new territories where he feels comfortable. We do evolve,<br> we change,<br> so our inner world needs as much exploration as our external one.\n\n\nGenerally,<br> success is not exclusively tied to those with specific traits,<br> neither is it limited to certain endeavors or territories.
