I had asked the Eobot support why my transfer wasn't showing up. I queried if it was the memo address (although I didn't quote this as it was an email). Their response as follows: \n\"It would be the transaction hash \/ id. The memo number is different. We need something to lookup the transaction if you can do so on the steem block explorer\"\nI have no idea how to get the transaction hash\/id or what the steem block explorer is. All I can see in my wallet is that I sent a sum to Eobot and to the correct address\/memo.
