I reconnected with myself and practised radical self-awareness. During lockdown,<br> I feel there is so much pressure out there for everyone to stay motivated and\/or self improve. There is enough pressure on us mentally because of the state of the world. We need to relax and realise we are all in this together. \n\nThe more self-aware we can be now,<br> the more empathy we will have when it's time to re-integrate. This,<br> I feel,<br> will be one of the most important factors to push society forward. Everyone's situation will have changed,<br> yours included. Know your value.
