Loving unconditionally.<br>\nD<\/strong>ogs are known to love unconditionally. They don\u2019t hold on to grudges even when they are yelled at. We should love unconditionally and forgive easily too. Life is easy when we do things unconditionally and forgive easily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Living in the moment.<\/strong><br>\nfor dogs,<br> the past is gone and nothing can be done to bring it back. Dogs don\u2019t hold back to the past. They live with principle of accepting things you can\u2019t change and changing the things you can. Dogs live in the present moment. we should learnt this from the dogs and accept any situation we find ourselves in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Overcoming fear with love.<\/strong><br>\nThere are some dogs that are aggressive. Their aggressiveness could be linked to lack of care and love. But once they are taken care of,<br> one will notice that they will become more gentle and friendly. Same applies to we humans,<br> we are fearful and feel insecure when we don\u2019t feel loved. fear and insecurities can be overcomed with love. With self-love and making those around us feel loved,<br> life will get easier. <\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Letting go of grudges<\/strong><br>\nHolding on to grudges keeps one down psychologically down and prevents growth in life. We could develop the feeling of resentment towards someone and this originates from within. Dogs are free-spirited animal and as such don\u2019t hold grudges. We should learn this lesson from the dog as it will make life easy for us. <\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Self acceptance.<br>\nS<\/strong>elf acceptance is one thing we should learn from the dog. We should not imitate others or wish we had been like them. We should accept our looks and our flaws. We should practice loving everything about us. <\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Enjoying the journey.<\/strong><br>\nDogs are known to be sticking out their head through the window while riding on a car. This shows that they are enjoying the breath of fresh air. They can jump and run around. Dogs do many a time,<br> induce us to do exercise. However,<br> there is difference between exercise and playing. Exercise involves movement of the body while playing opens the spirit and mind to new creativity and ideas. Playing and exercise are very important as it helps eases stress from work and anxiety. We should learn this from the dog as it will help us to live a more healthy life. <\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Being excited for good things.<\/strong><br>\nDogs are very expressive when they are happy. They show it by jumping up and down when they are about to get some food. This shows that they appreciate the minutest thing happening around them and we should emulate this from the dog.
